Welcome to the Love Your Calm podcast. Mini Meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast-paced world.

Hello and welcome.

This week's meditation is a listener request. It invites you to lean into your intuition and gives you the space to begin to listen to the wisdom that exists within you.

Let's get started.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position, whatever that looks like today, whatever feels most soothing for you. Give your body a moment to relax into the space around you, to feel the support of the surface beneath you. When you're ready, consider closing your eyes if this feels safe for you, or maybe soften your gaze.

Let's take an intentional breath here together to help settle into this practice. Inhale through your nose, feeling your stomach rise. Gently hold it for a moment and exhale completely through your mouth, feeling your stomach fall, releasing any tension or distractions just settling in.

As your breath starts to find its own calming rhythm. I invite you to bring your awareness to the space within you, the space that exists beneath the chaos of the world around you, the place where you can hear your heart speaking. And feel the gentle nudges toward what feels right.

Maybe take a moment here in this quiet place to reflect on a question or a decision you've been pondering. Give yourself permission to listen deeply without any judgment, to trust that the answers are within you, waiting to be heard.

Take a couple of rounds of breath here, giving yourself the space to listen, to be open, to receive any insights or clarity that may be waiting for you today. To fully trust your intuition. 

And when you are ready, begin to bring yourself back to the space around you. Take your time. There's no need to rush. Take any movements you may need that feel good for you. And when you're ready, in your own time, slowly open your eyes, knowing that you can return to this practice whenever you may need it.
