Hello and welcome.

This week's meditation builds from last week's practice. It invites you to explore the power of vulnerability and how embracing this can help you connect with your authentic self.

Let's get started.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position, whatever feels best for you. Take any cues from your body to help you really settle in. And when you are ready, softly close your eyes if that feels good for you or maybe lower your gaze.

As your breath settles into its natural rhythm, I invite you to bring your awareness to the idea of vulnerability. It's often seen as a weakness, when in reality it's a powerful strength. Acknowledge any feelings that arise for you when you think about being vulnerable. Maybe there's fear, uncertainty, or possibly even a sense of freedom.

Simply acknowledge any feelings or sensations that come up for you without any judgment. Take a moment to consider what it would look like to be more vulnerable in your everyday. Take a moment here to consider repeating this simple affirmation to yourself.

I embrace my vulnerability. I am worthy of showing my true self.

Let this affirmation resonate within you, Releasing any fears that come with being authentic. Maybe consider what authenticity means to you, reflecting on any parts of yourself you may have held back. Dreams or feelings you may keep hidden. Give yourself permission to visualize these aspects coming to light, Illuminated by your inner strength.

Take one final calming inhale here, welcoming in all that you are, and exhale, letting go of anything holding you back. And when you are ready, begin to bring yourself back to the space around you.

Take any movements you need, maybe wiggle your fingers and toes, and when it feels comfortable for you, slowly open your eyes.
