Welcome to the Love Your Calm Podcast. Mini Meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast-paced world.

Hello and welcome.

This week's meditation is a gentle journey of acceptance. It invites you to embrace yourself fully, embracing every part and everything that makes you unique.

Let's get started.

Take a few moments to find a position that feels comfortable for you today whatever that means for you. You can take any cues from your body, maybe roll your shoulders back a couple of times, shift from side to side until you find a position that feels right today.

If it's safe for you, consider closing your eyes softly or maybe just lower your gaze. Your breath begins to find its natural rhythm, flowing in and out like a gentle wave. There's no need to change anything here. Simply give your breath the space it needs to flow in and out. As you begin to let go of any tension you may be holding, let it slip from you like sand falling through your fingers.

I invite you to shift your awareness inward. As your breath continues naturally here, invite in a sense of acceptance and love. Take note of this feeling of love in the area around your heart. Feel this love expanding outward, spreading warmth and comfort as it grows. Take a moment here to reflect on any parts of yourself that you may have struggled to accept. Take note of any thoughts or feelings that arise. Give yourself permission to acknowledge these thoughts and feelings without any judgment, knowing that every single part of you is worthy of love, every version of you is part of your journey and deserves kindness.

Consider repeating this simple affirmation to yourself here in this comforting space.

I accept all parts of myself. I am worthy of love.

Inhale deeply, feeling the strength of this affirmation. And exhale slowly, releasing any self doubt that may be lingering.

Take a couple of rounds of breath here, inviting in this self acceptance, Letting go of anything that hinders your journey.

And when you are ready, begin to bring yourself back to the space around you. Take any movements you may need, and when it feels comfortable for you in your own time, slowly open your eyes, fully embracing yourself with the love and and acceptance you deserve.
