Hey there + welcome to The Hey Kahla Podcast!! In this episode we’re chatting all about routines… specifically morning routines!
Do you have one? Like them? Believe in them??
Well - apparently we ALL have a morning routine - a set of tasks we do in a certain order to get our day rolling.
However, some of us are intentional about those tasks, and some of us run around letting our mornings run us.
Are there things you’d like to add to it in order to feel better or more prepared for your day? Do you have anything that's non-negotiable for you in the morning? Are you doing things that add to your stress and anxiety in the am?
This week ahead - I encourage you to take note of your morning routine - whether yours is conscious or not - and see if it truly serves you.
