The unthinkable happens. The unbearable lands on our doorstep. We get the news or the call no one ever wants to receive. Tragedy hits with a blow that knocks, not only the breath out of us, but the life out of us too. Our hearts break so much they physically hurt. It is tempting in these storms to turn our backs on God, to blame Him, and to be angry. How can a loving God allow such terrible things to happen to good people?

Peace. We need peace! Stats show that more people commit suicide because they lack peace, than due to their lacking love or happiness. But where and how can we find it?

In this episode, Sharon discusses our only source of true and lasting peace. His name is Jesus. He is our Anchor. And through it all the Anchor holds. He holds us through the storms of life. He is steadfast and true, and He will never leave us nor forsake us.
