Hey, guys. Welcome back to Reasonably Certain. My name is Ellen, and this is episode 52. And that means I have officially made it past the point statistically where most podcasts fail. So 52 episodes. Actually, I think it's 51 episodes. So I've made it to 52. Guys. I'm not a failure. It only took a year in a couple months. Anyways. yeah, so we're gonna be talking about trends from Copenhagen Fashion Week for spring summer 2026. I broke these down on Tik took and on Instagram, if you want to go, follow me there, if you haven't already. U. but I wanted to talk about it a little bit more in depth. Mention some of the brands from this fashion week because it is a bit different from last year's Copenhagen Fashion Week in August that I went to. If you remember from that episode, I kind of did a deep dive, actually, in a separate episode, I think it was the fashion deep dive episode that I did a deep dive of all the brands, and a lot of them were from Copenhagen Fashion Week because I became a very big fan of the brands there. I. What can I say? They're designer, they're unique, they're mostly sustainable. They're mostly affordable. I'm. I say affordable in designer world terms. Like, affordable like Target. No, affordable like it's€100 for a pair of pants instead of 600 or €1,000. Yeah, you get my drift. Okay. but before I get into the trends, let's talk about what I've been up to this past week. So I've been vlogging this week. I haven't done, like, a regular Barcelona vlog in forever. That should be up soon. And then I went to seat just on Sunday with Marley because her parents are here from the Netherlands. So that was really nice. I have been meaning to go to seat just for a while. Finally went. And it genuinely does feel like a vacation from Barcelona. Even though it's only like 45 minutes on the train, it feels so different. It feels genuinely like vacation vibes. And that's probably because I live in Barcelona and I don't live in Sie just so it's just the change of scenery, but it does feel different. So it was like a nice little day trip getaway. I was just there for the afternoon to have lunch with them, and her parents bought me lunch. And they also got like a little week. Got, like, a little ice cream. We walked..ed around, we took some pictures, and then we rode back on the train together. Just me And Marley and then yesterday I worked. Oh. But what did I do earlier than that? Oh yeah, last week I guess. Yeah, I mean I'm just, I've been hanging out with Tally because she's moving to Madrid so spending some time with her. Went on a hike with her on Saturday. On Friday Tally and I went to dinner and got caught in the rain, but didn't get caught in the rain. But like we didn't know if we were goingna have to walk home in the rain because while we were eating like a crazy storm just popped out of nowhere. The wind was like going sideways, there was like thunder, but it was pretty short lived. So thankfully it ended by the time we finished and wanted to go home. So thrilling information for you guys. Oh my God. In other news though, I have been putting in work on the apps. I know. Like I keep. I'm so freaking wishy washy on this. Like I delete the apps one week, I say I'm never using them again and then a week later I download it and then I get mad at it and I don't use it for a while and then I go back on it and I'm like, well, maybe I'll look just this one time. That's what they want. They want you to be addicted like a gambler. But I guess I am because I keep going back just to check. Because the stupid feeling of hope or like maybe, maybe because I'm also not meeting them anywhere else. So I'm like u, well maybe I'll check again I guess. But I will say like if you really put in work, like swipe through at least a thousand guys, maybe you'll find someone that you find acceptable enough to tolerate for more than five minutes. So I did find a few matches and I'm bumble and hinge. They're not terrible. I'm still nurturing a couple from Copenhagen, but I don't know how realistic those are. However, I was very much a fan of the dating pool in Copenhagen. Much more compared to Barcelona. But I have found a guy in local in Barcelona, but we haven't really talked much. And then another guy who's like visiting and I might go on a date this week maybe, but I'm not really getting my hopes up too high to be completely honest. we'll see. So I'll update you guys on that. It's honestly best for me to not get my hopes up too high because then like when it doesn't happen or if it doesn't happen, I Won't be, like, so bummed out about it. Cause I've had those times in the past where I've been, like, so excited that I'm finally going on a date. And I. And it's not even that I want to date that specific guy. It's just the experience of going on a date. It's. And finding somebody that I find, like, acceptable enough, like I said, to, like, tolerate for more than five minutes and actually meet in person more than just, like, chat on the apps. Maybe you become pen pals on Instagram and then six months later, you still see their stories and you're like, why are we. Why are we connected on Instagram? This is a waste of time. So, yeah, we'll see what happens there. Also, I've just, like, resorted to what was I. I was shopping online on ASOS the other week, and I went to, like. I think it was like, the best sellers tab. So it was like men's and women's or something. And then I noticed the male models for asos, and I was like, oh, what the frick? I need them to put their Instagram handles on all of the ecom photos, okay? Because I was like, girl, what am I wasting my time for on, like, Bumble and Hinge with all these dusties? Like, I can find ass dudes on ASOS Men's. Give me their Instagram handles. Now, obviously, I don't know who they are, and I can't find them. I tried, but I was like, wait, Lightblb. This gives me a good idea. Use Instagram as a dating app again. I don't know if people have still been doing that. I haven't really been doing that for a long time. But I was like, yeah, you know, what if I want to see their Instagram in the first place to see if they're normal based off their Instagram usage and also just see their face in, like, whatever. Just use Instagram. Hello. And so I went to the ASOS men's page, and I was like, all right, this is where I do my prospecting. Like, if I'm digging for cold leads and to make a marketing. A marketing spreadsheet and leads and cadences and whatever. So, yeah, they've got a lot of hots. Male, models. But they're male models, guys. That's my type. Oh, God, it's just so unfortunate. They're so hot. But they put. They put thirst traps on the Internet. Oh, my God, it's so cringe. Like, I love seeing it. Don't get me wrong, but when it comes down to it, if, if I dated a guy that did that, I don't know if I could get past the cringe of them, like. And it's not a thirst trap, like a Snapchat type thirst trap. It's like setting your phone up on a tripod, putting a cute outfit on, standing against your wall, you know, putting, you know how they do it, like putting the jacket on, putting some pants on, putting a bag on, putting a hat on, putting sunglasses on. Like, like, you know, like a fashion influencer. That's what I'm into, guys. Male fashion influencer. saying that loud. Like, I feel like I need to go sit in the corner and just look at the wall. Anyway, so that's what I've been, up to. And I just worked yesterday. I was at my desk for like 16 hours cramming information into my brain about Etsy. Oh, yeah, I don't think I've mentioned it. Haven't. You know what? I don't remember. I don't know if I've mentioned it on the podcast yet. But I do have an Etsy shop that I just started and I put up like maybe seven listings or something like that. a bunch of them are PR lists. So if you are in u, ah, you know, a content creator or influencer or UGC creator and you want to start emailing brands to create relationships with them, I don't recommend emailing them, just being like, can you please send me some free pr? That's not the way to go about it. But if you're a smaller influencer, I know it kind of sucks. You kind of have to start with gifted collabs. You don't have to say gifted in here. I'm getting off on a tangent. You don't have to say gifted in your first email, but they're probably going to offer you a gifted collab. But I think that's a good way to start a relationship with them. You post some content and performs well, they like it, you move on to the paid level, whatever. So if you want to start doing that and just outreach on your own, which I think is best to also practice makes perfect. The more you get to know people, the more things happen, blah, blah, blah. And if you don't want to waste hours looking up over like 800 emails, I did it for you. And you can just look at my sheet because I already did it. So I, I have PR lists for like, beauty brands, fashion brands, whatever, those types of brands in my ETS se shop. And then in addition to that I also put up a Barcelona travel guide. Obviously I live in Barcelona. I have two plus years of knowledge of living here with all my recommendations and everything. I made like a custom Google map, with over 500 locations including like restaurants, bars, clubs, rooftops, beach clubs, hotels, shopping, other, a few other activities like like obviously tourist sites and everything. And each one in the map has a little blurb of advice about it. Like I think that's particularly helpful for restaurants because I'm, don't get me wrong, I love seeing like you should go to this restaurant in Barcelona on like TikTok or a blog or something. But what is it best for? Because maybe they're open from lunch to dinner or maybe they're open all day long. Is it better for brunch? Is it better for lunch? Is it better for dinner? What's the vibe? Is it casual? Is it more high end? Do you need a reservation? Do they not take reservations? What time of the year is best to go? That's the stuff I want to know. All the other stuff I can find on Google on my own, you know what I mean? Like the opening times, what their menu is, blah, blah blah. I need to know the intangibles because sometimes the we the restaurants here, they're not always best at keeping the info updated per se. So again, big on the do you need reservations? How far in advance do you need reservations? Stuff like that. is this a must see? Is it overrated, Underrated, blah blah blah. And then I made a whole city guide to go along with that. So if you're planning a trip to Barcelona and especially for people who are moving here, I find it very helpful. but even if you're just planning a trip here and maybe you're feeling a bit overwhelmed, maybe it's one of your first times in Europe, maybe it's your first time in Spain and you're just like, you know what, there's a lot of stuff I don't know about going there. I'm sure it'll be fine. But I would feel better if I had a little bit more information to just make me feel like, okay, I really know what I'm doing. So I made like a neighborhood guide. I gave you all the tips for public transportation, how to get the tickets, which public trans transportation you'll likely be using, how to use taxis and ride sharing apps. how to use like the tram, the regional train, which is the rotes train. Like how you get to seat just for example, safety tips, weather, a cultural etiquette, that kind of stuff. And it's like a pretty easy read. It's not like a giant book or anything. You probably like the whole package would probably take you like a good 20, 30 minutes to sift through and like really absorb the information. So I feel like it's super valuable because it's like all the information that you would be searching for in all these random corners of the Internet just in one place. And it's from my specific point of view, it's not just like some AI summary bullshit. So really recommend that. And then I also made two UGC resources. Sorry I'm rambling, but I really feel like this is helpful if you guys are in the market for it, otherwise you can skip ahead. but if you're into ugc, which is user generated content, that's like the next big thing that brands are going toa be taking advantage of. So they aren't necessarily. If you're a UGC creator, you don't post on your own account. You're basically just like a contractor and companies hire you out for like a package of videos at a time or like one video at a time and they put it on their account. So you're basically making them a video and saying like yes, you can use my video and my likeness for X amount of days, for X amount of paid ads, whatever you do in your contract. But then they pay you like 500 bucks for two videos, two 30 second videos that you make the hook and you edit and you put together with their product that they usually send you. So it's not like it's a super lucrative if you're just planning on doing one or two videos once in a while. But if you get it ramped up, you can make it into a pretty good career or at least a side hustle. So that's what I've been focusing on for myself to make it you know, an additional stream of income because I already make content all the time, but I can't post that many videos about random brands on my account or my account just becomes a giant ad and I don't want that. So for the brands that maybe I don't feel such a particular like fondness to, I would rather just do ugc and then I don't mind making the video, but I don't want it on my account. So it kind of doesn't ruin the aesthetic. They can just have the video and I will take the money. So if you want UGC brands or like a list of UGC brands that work with UGC creators, I made a list of those PR contacts and then I also made a Canva website template. So if you have not made a media kit yet, you don't have to specifically be a UGC creator for this, but it is also very helpful for UGC creators. So if you haven't made a media kit on Canva yet, I highly recommend it. You can make a website for free on Canva. You don't have to pay for Canva. It's actually kind of crazy that they let you create like literally a website for free. It's kind of amazing. Anyways, that is all on Etsy. I will leave the link in the description of this episode. Would really, really, really appreciate if you at least took a look and just checked it out. It's not a crazy investment. I do think it's very valuable. And yeah, that's my little sponsor. I guess I'll sponsor myself for this episode. So thanks to my Etsy shop. Anyways, so that's what I've been up to this week is s just cramming my head full of information about how to, optimize Etsy listings. Optimize your Etsy shop. I turned on Etsy ads yesterday. I applied to a bunch of different UGC platforms. I started using Tailwind for Pinterest and then by the end of the day, my brain was just fried and I was like staring at the wall just like my brain ran out of juice. There's no thoughts in here. U and then today I just worked and started filming tick tos after work. And now I'm filming my podcast and it's the middle of the night. But you know, I already have my makeup on. I was already in filming mode with my lights set up. So here we are. And that was what I did this week. So let's get into the trends for Copenhagen Fashion Week. U that I predict we will see in spring summer 2026 based off of what I saw at fashion week. So the first one is going to be baby blue, my favorite color. You guys know I love baby blueeras Sporea did a beautiful lacy blue outfit with baby blue. A para sport IME SEO Bamm Unfergatten A lot of brands used baby blue in their collections and it is gorgeous. Also, gstoo's made this like beautiful ruce dress. We also have butter yellow. That's already been a thing this summer, I think as like a trend On TikTok, like people are wearing butter yellow. But it was also very prevalent in the Spring, Summer 26 collections at Fashion Week. So I think it was like common. Sweden had a few full like blazer tus or like blazer suit pants, ensembles that were like just straight up butter yellow. Rotate had a pair of lacy yellow shorts. There was a lot of butter yellow going on. And I think like the blue and yellow are super spring summer colors. And they're also, you know, selfishly, two of my favorite colors. So I'm very happy about this trend because I freaking love those colors and I think they look really good on me particularly. And actually I think my favorite trend that came out of Fashion Week, which isn't necessarily a new trend. I think I noticed this last years Fashion Week as well. So it's obviously like a longer term trend. It's not something that's going to be a short cycle. I think this is something that we can experiment with long term. But I don't really know if I can summarize it in like a single word, but I would maybe call it like high contrast. If I could summarize it like extremely high level, I would say high contrast and you kind of get the point of what I'm talking about. But more to describe it, I would say it's the base of the outfit or like the main star of the show of the outfit is like something really white or light colored, ruffled, lacy, super feminine. And then the other pieces of the outfit are like very dark or very sporty or very masculine. And so they really contrast each other, like really light white, lacy, dark, maybe leathery, sporty, masculine. So you wear those two types of pieces together and it's like normally you wouldn't put them together, but when they're together they work like really well. So Opera Sport had one with like a lacy shawl and then like sporty black cargo pants. Munta had quite a lot of examples, but theirs was more like collegiate sporty on the top with like the lacy skirt on the bottom. And then Cecile Bonsen had not exactly the same trend, but she had like the tall socks with tennis shoes with like almost bridal gowns. So again, it's still a contrast because like you're seeing a super formal gown with like tennis shoes and compression socks. It's just kind of a funny like contrast at first, but I really love it. And then I would, in this situation with the dresses, I would add like a dark black trench coat or like a black leather trench coat. And I Think the contrast of, like, the white and the dark, the lacy and the leather, like, just goes so well together. And then Copenhagen has, like, a lot of interesting shoe choices, I think, because they're not super fancy, like Paris style, where Paris is a bit more like, buttoned up, like heels and a little bit more glamorous. The tennis shoes actually weirdly fit Copenhagen style like, perfectly because they don't necessarily limit themselves to what outfits they can wear based on their footwear. The footwear is the footwear is the footwear. It doesn't really matter. They'll make the rest of the outfit look sle, but they have to ride bikes everywhere. They have to walk everywhere on, like, giant cobblestones. Like, pointy heels just aren't really the vibe most of the time. So they're going to be wearing like, tennis shoes and just make the rest of the outfit vibey. It is what it is. The next trend I noticed was like 60s, 70s, 80s vibes. I know that's kind of like a broad range, but I couldn't really nail it down to one specific vibe. But a lot of like, throwback styles. and I think they mix the vibes as well because there was some 70s vibes, I feel like, especially with like the haircuts and the sunglasses and like the V neck shirts and maybe more like velvety pants. But then I feel like that could lean more 80s too. And then the more 60s vibes with maybe more like plaid, tall plaid socks, a lot of layering. U. the color palettes were very 70s though, with like the yellow and then there was like a brown and a, like a salmon color. I feel like that gave very 70s. But then there was also a lot of like very large kind of retro flower prints. Like literally like think of like your grandma's couch that she would have had in like the late 80s, early 90s. So a lot of like those prints being used in like, dresses and pants. so I thought that was interesting. And then I loved specifically, I think this is common Sweden again, that they had like a retro swimsuit and bucket hat moment. And I'm like, wait a minute, I need that. I need that specifically. The bucket hat is so cute. I saw a lot of like the knit beanies, like, I'll show you examples. But so not necessarily on the runways, but the girls attending Fashion Week, I saw probably hundreds wearing this knit beanie that's like, it looks like it's just hand crocheted. Pretty wide gaps in between, like a little knit. It's almost Like a yarula. And I was like, whoa, did I miss the memo on the, like, knit yamaka thing? What's going on? U. it's not my favorite trend. I'm not gonna lie. The knit little knit beanie thing, I was kind of like, all right. But this longer beanie from Common Sweden, like, the throwback hat, that's a bit longer. Obsessed, obsessed. I definitely want one of those hats for sure, because I feel like I don't feel that it's hyper trendy, that it would go out of style, but it is super cute and not as common. And if you were wearing it, I feel like people would be like, oh, never really thought to wear that. Very cute. And then I noticed a lot of people wearing tall socks. Not necessarily in the streetwear, but in the collections themselves. A lot of brands used tall socks, and specifically tall socks that looked like, Like, I have a few pairs. They're from Amazon. They're like mesh or. No, well, not mesh, but they're like transparent stocking type compression socks. So not like really thick cotton compression socks, but like stockings or. U, nylons. They're like nylons compression socks with, like, the little bit thicker band. I think they're lally. Like, are they literally compression socks? They literally look like Amazon compression socks. Anyways, I have some. I wear them when I fly, and I noticed it in several runways and I was like, did they all collaborate to, like, wear the same socks? I don't know how this works behind the scenes, like, because I'm sure the brands don't design, like, literally every little tiny detail. Like, some pieces might be added from something else. I'm not sure. but the socks, I noticed a lot, and I am a big fan of that, but I don't think I will personally be participating and showing off tall socks because I'm super self conscious of my calves and I don't really want to draw attention to my calves, but I love the way that it looks with all these outfits. And yeah, I think it's super cute. And it's a much cuter take on, like, cotton ankle socks, I think. Or cotton, like, quarter socks. I also noticed puffy shoes. I don't know if I'll be participating in that one, but I did find it interesting, and I'm interesting to see if it continues. but, like, Para Sport had, like, puffy sandals. I think Rolf Eckroth had a few. I wouldn't maybe call them puffy, but they were, like, more rugged, like, hiking type shoes and Then, mkdt, studio had some more like rounder. I wouldn't call them puffy necessarily, but they were in that same genre. And I, in my video on Tik Tok, I ended up saying like booba shoes. Because we've seen a lot of like pointy sharp stiletto y boots and heels and whatever. And these were all kind of like the opposite of that. Like very like round and a little bit bigger than they needed to be. Like a little bit extra tread, a little bit extra space, very round and poofy. and then I noticed a lot of handkerchiefs being worn and I'm a huge fan of this because you can also wear them many different ways. So you can wear it like a bandana on your head. You can wear it like, you know, like a scarf over your head. Like, you know, when you're in the convertible and you have your glasses on and it's so chic. you can also just wear it as a scarf. I saw it a few times. even in streetw, we being used as like a belt if you have a big enough one to go around your outfit as a belt. So I think handkerchiefs will be a really fun way to express yourself moving forward. Because if you even just have one handkerchief, you can wear it like 15 different ways. You can even tie it on your bag as like a bag accessory. Cause that's been a big thing lately. So if you just have one handkerchief, you can wear it literally like six different ways or more. That's just like the minimum. It's so versatile. So I think handkerchiefs and scarves, smaller scarves will become super popular just as like a way of self expression. And then I noticed unique bags. So I saw one girl, but I didn't see the Anna Sophia Madsen show. But, I think I was at the garment show and I saw a girl wearing or carrying the rat bag that Anna Sofiaiette Madsen made. And I was like, who is that? A rat? And it's like even funnier because I think it's meant to be held by the tail so it looks like they're just holding like a shiny dead rat. And I was like, wait, that's kind of insane. And then I saw the photos afterwards and I was like, okay, I see like that is a bag. Crazy. And then I was at the rotate show and I was in line behind this girl and I saw that she was wearing like a giant toad bag. And I was like, wait, that's crazy. I'm sorry, I have to Stop you. But like, where is your bag from? My sister loves frogs. Like she needs one of these. So she's like, oh yeah, it's from Windy Willow. And I was like, that's crazy. Thank you for telling me. I need to look them up like immediately. And then I saw like a dinosaur bag, like an alligator bag. So just like a lot of animals or bags in the shapes of animals. And you know what, it's a fun way to express yourself. I don't know if I will personally be getting one because I don't think that this sort of trend will last that long. But it's really fun and if you're really passionate about a certain type of animal, it might like super fit your aesthetic. Like maybe if I were to get a bag, it would be something horse themed because I would probably enjoy wearing that much more than like a rat bag. if it's horse themed, I could see myself unironically wearing it, even if it is a bit gaudy or tacky, but like in a slayigh way where I know it's tacky and I'm wearing it anyways, you know, cut that kind of thing. So that was interesting. I'm. I'm wondering if I'll see that more out in the wild, not in a specific Fashion Week street. Weear sense. Because of course people like to buy unique things to wear, at Fashion Week and be photographed in. But are they going to go back to their hometowns and start wearing that? I don't know. So we will have to see. But a more realistic trend I saw was lace trim. So I think. I don't remember in recent years seeing much evidence of lace on clothing. I feel like we have not used much lace at all really, unless it's for lingerie or something. So I'm actually really interested to see how this will take form in more regular everyday clothing. I really like it in the sense that you can wear again with this like high contrast trend that I noticed that you could wear something that almost looks like lingerie, but it's a bit more wearable and it's like an actual piece of clothing, not actually lingerie, but it kind of gives that vibe. Like maybe you wear a skirt that's like a little bit silky, satiny vibe and it has like a bit of lace trim at the bottom. But then you wear it with like black leather boots and a black leather jacket. So it really kind of like brings a bit of seriousness to the lace, if that makes sense. And the Satin finish. Or if you wear like, u A satin lace cami. I don't know. Like, I think again, it could play very well into like the contrast theme. So that will be interesting to see. I haven't. I'll have to keep my eye out for it more because I really can't think of any lace that I've seen in recent times. Like online shopping and seeing clothing. Clothing in stores. So that will be an interesting theme. I think that could be really cute. But yeah, so that's mostly what I noticed. There of course were other trends. And after I made my list of trends. Cause I always like to pick my own trends. Like the general rule is if you see it more than three times, you can consider it a trend. So these were my own trends that I noticed. But I did go looking online afterwards to see if I missed anything or, you know, what takes other publications had. So I. I read like a couple different Vogues, like Vogue Scandinavia and Vogue British Vogue, I think, and then Harper's Bazaar, L, maybe a few others. But it's kind of annoying because some of them, I'm like, on what basis are you making? Not really Vogue. Vogue has it down. Like Vogue is very trustworthy, but no offense, like Harper's Bazaar. And L was. I was like, these were not even trends like the things they picked out. I was like, this is not even trends. Like who wrote this article? It's just. It's just a pipeline to sell affiliate links. Which most magazine articles are nowadays is like, this is what we saw Bl Blink Blink and Blink wearing. And this is how you can get that outfit too. Which I don't hate that 4mina article. I think it is still fun to get the look. You know what I mean? But the trends that they spotted, I was like, that was like. That was like not even a trend going on. Like, what are you talking about? I think they're just saying stuff, just to say stuff, just to put links in the website. Like. So I read like. I think it was like Ellen Harper's Bazaar. And I was like, are you actually serious? What the fuck? So I only really trust Vogue because Vogue is there. They have representatives and photographers for every single region of Vogue and they are on it. So I trust Vogue. But yeah, the other trends that were pretty prevalent were polka dots and stripes. And I don't like polka dots and stripes. I don't. The whole polka dots thing that's going on right now, guys. I don't know what it is about polka dots. Maybe it's like a Biological thing, you know, where it's, like, certain, like, uncanny valley for certain things. Like, for me, polka dots are not uncanny valley, but it's, like, certain, like. Like, certain frogs have, like, a certain color pattern that, like, lets other animals know that they're poisonous. So it's like, don't eat that. For me. Maybe that's like. It's giving me, like, a biological, like, IC when I look at polka dots that I'm just like, ew, I don't like that. So big, big hater of polka dots. I'm so sorry. If you like to wear them. I don't think they're. They're, like, the ugliest thing on the planet, but whenever I see polka dots, I'm just kind of like, why there's so many other better choices in the world. Why are we doing polka dots? Please put it down. Stripes. You know, I can get down with stripes. Okay. I'm not a hater of stripes as much as I'm a hater of polka dots, but u. stripes. Yeah. Not a big fan. I will do a pinstripe, though, where it's so small that if you step away even, like, 10ft from the person that you. Your eyes kind of play a trick on you, and they can't even really tell that it's stripes. But if we're doing, like, big, blocky, colorful stripes, count me out. No, thank you. But if we're doing, like, a linen pant, that's, like a blue and white pinstripe. All right, all right. I'm down with it. But, like, a navy pinstripe, I'm not even really down with. It has to be a light blue pinstripe so that, again, when you are far away, you're like, oh, is that just a nice white? And. Or is that just a nice light blue? And then when you get closer, you're like, oh, there's a little hint of white stripes in there. That's the stripes I can handle. But other than that, not a fan. I'm m trying to think of anything else, but those are the trends Iiced that noticed the most. I also made a video on TikTok about how the Copenhagen locals dress, and I think I talked about it that a bit in my past episode. In the past episode, like, previous one. But I really love the color palette in general. Like, it's very rei, very hiking clothes, esque. but I'm obsessed, like, pastel earth tones. And I don't want to say pastel. Maybe pastel is the wrong term. Like muted Earth tones. So like a slate gray, a muted sage, a light blue, or like a slate blue, a light gray tan, cream black. Those colors are just stunning. And then if you mix it with, like, a baby blue or a yellow, I think they're still complimeentary enough that it doesn't like. It actually kind of goes together quite well, in my opinion. And yeah, so I love that color palette. It's just so aesthetic to me. I love muted hiking colors, muted nature colors. I think it's just so gorgeous. And then you can kind of mix them together and like, mix different textures together, mix different types of clothing together that you wouldn't normally think goes together. And that's kind of like the Scandy style. I think it's very practical, but it's still very, very aesthetic. Ah. I'm obsessed. Anyways, so let me know if you guys notice any other trends, though. Like, if you've been keeping your eyes out on the fashion scene, let me know. Cause obviously there's a million trends. Like, it's not like the ones I mentioned are the only trends that are going on. Like, there's probably a million other things, but those are the ones I noticed. And I think I'll keep my eye out for Paris Fashion Week, because even though I still. Guys, I messed up so bad. I spent, like, all my money at Copenhagen Fashion Week. I wasn't even trying to spend money like that. But Copenhagen is just a expensive. And I'm out of monies for now. So I went to go cancel my flight to Paris Fashion Week because I was like, girl, if I can't get a hotel collab, like, I'm not goingus. I straight up can't pay for another hotel right now. And, went to go cancel my velling flight, and it's like, oh, you don't have the option to cancel because you didn't book a refundable ticket. And I was like, yeah, but even just for credits, like, flight credits, like, I don't mind. I just want to, you know, I'll book another welling flight at another time. That's fine. And then it just. It just like, apparently the ticket I bought doesn't even have that option to, like, exchange for credits. So I was like, oh, okay. I must have been real confident that I was going to Paris at the time. So, I was like, oh, darn. I guess I have to go to Paris. Aw. but genuinely, I can't, like, unless I get a hotel collab or something, and I'm not really the type that's like, let me just get a high hostel or find someone to bum it with and just sit in a corner in their. In the corner of their room for a week. No, no, no, I'm not doing that. So u. it's looking like 95% I won't be going to Paris, but on the tiny, tiny chance that I get a hotel collab, I think I'm gonna just send it and go. And I'm gonna be having very little monies and I can't buy any new outfits, so I just want to go for the experience strictly. But yeah, if I was being really responsible, I would just not go. But then I. I don't. I don't want to waste, like€237 from my flight. But I'm sure if I called and begged enough, they would maybe give it to me in credits. anyway, so that's what's going on with me. Or what have I been consuming? I haven't done, like, a pop culture segment in a while. Oh, well, on Tik Tok, did you guys see the drama about that Mac cosmetics manager that worked in lax? She was. This is actually kind of insane. Like, I don't know how people get so bold to post, like, every facet and everything about their life. So this is a good lesson to be careful what you post online. She knew a bunch of people were watching herus. She had thousands and thousands of views. But even if you only get 15 views on a video, you just never know what rando on the Internet can see what you're posting. So just be careful what you're posting. Cause honestly, like, even if I don't even like posting in front of my window, if I have something reflective on my face, like, sometimes even your pupils are reflective enough that people will zoom in on the reflection from your pupils and see the storefronts that are down in front of wherever you're taking the photo. And if the storefront is specific enough, they can find out where you are. So it's just like, the Internet is crazy. Be careful what you post. That's not exactly what happened to this woman. Like, people could have figured out she worked at LAX pretty easily, but she's in the airport, so you would have to go through security anyway, blah, blah, blah. But the problem here is she was posting clips of her going through security at the airport. She was posting clips of her badge, which you're not supposed to take photos of. She was posting clips of the process that she goes through as an employee to. To go through security. She was posting the freickaking money drawer and the money, like the key that she goes and gets the money, where she gets the money from, brings it to the Mac store, puts it in the money drawer. Like every single important detail that should be secret about her job. Just blasting it to the Internet in like daily videos of like a day in my life as a Mac manager at Aliex. I don't know if she ever said al lax, but anyways, as a Mac manager at ATAMAACC in the airport. But she got fired one day because she had, I guess, posted. I think it was more so because she had posted about the TSA procedures. And that's a big no. No. I mean, duh. What did you expect? I mean, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. If you are that dumb. Just like, I don't know what. What we. What do we do with you? You can't post stuff like that. That's crazy. You, like, I'm surprised nobody spoke to her before. Like, surely they could have been able to see that she was filming like aspects of the security protocol when she was like going through TSA every day. Wouldn't they stop her and be like, girl, what are you doing? Anyways? Because people can like replicate the badge and get in and like, if they know the exact process of how they go through tsa, then they can like replicate that and get in, whatever. But then also posting, like, where the money is kept, how she's getting the money, where the keys are to get the money, when the timestamps, she's putting the timestamps of when she clocks in, where she parks at the airport, when she's walking in. Like, even just for her own safety, people can pretty clearly tell that it's at El Lax just based off of even her clips and like the routine she does every day. So that was wild. But it's a good lesson to not just. Just be careful what you post online. But. All right, well, I hope that was helpful. Let me know what trends you saw or if you are excited for any of these trends that I mentioned. And I will talk to you guys in the next video. Thanks for listening. Thanks for watching. See you soon. Bye.
