Hi, Performers and Chievers. Welcome to Formers Achievers Daily with me, Raj Garolla. What are you doing with your time where you are? Wherever you are, and a lot of times when I speak to groups, to different groups, different populations, I mentioned to them that wherever you are, whatever you're doing right now, you're at this engagement, this speaking engagement, this program that I'm delivering. And what's important to keep in mind is to attend it with the mindset, with the outlook, with the perspective, with the hope. And I do hope when I do speak that they really get it. Of this is an opportunity for them, a good opportunity for them, so that they receive good benefits, good options. Right? So that's very important. So when I lay down that framework, it's really simple for them. And I make it even simpler by telling them we respect each other. And then you learn the knowledge plus execution or action equals their results. And I like that sync in for them. And so anything that contributes to that formula, that statement, we respect each other, we learn the knowledge, plus execution, or action equals their results or your results. Anything that contributes to that is welcome. So right now we are here. And by the time that I finish speaking, end of my program, we will be here. And we when you we are here, and when you are here, you will be brighter. Why and how? Because we respected each other, and then we learned the knowledge plus action or execution equals your results. And that's how you take a good opportunity and generate good options and good benefits from it, and you receive your results. That's what I have for you today. So my bonus assignment for you is Do you approach any speaking engagement, any program in this manner? Or do you have a block somewhere? There's a reason the person is up in front of you speaking. It's so that you can benefit from their expertise, their experiences, their knowledge, their skills, their gifts, their talents, their abilities. And that's why they're speaking. And so it's essential or it's important that you recognize them for this. And then that's why and how you can go from being where you are to by the time the program ends, you're brighter. And who wouldn't want that? Of course you'd want that. And that's how you do it. So sometimes when I look in the audience, I do see some people. And I can tell that something is affecting them. And it's challenging, sure, because I know that people do have challenges, they have difficulties, whatever it may be. However, as I pour into them, all I can think to myself is I hope they get it. Because there's a reason I'm up here in front of them on the platform. Because I am delivering my expertise. Can I deliver an expertise in something else besides mental performance? Besides mental strategies, mental skills? No. However, this is my expertise. So when I'm up in the front of people on the platform, there's a very good reason why.
