Hi, Performers and Achievers, welcome to Performers and Achievers Daily with me, Raj Cavrulla. In today's episode, I'm discussing or is about the NBA playoffs. The NBA playoffs. The Knicks are already in the playoffs, and there's a game seven. Huge game. Between Oklahoma City and San Antonio Spurs. So who wins? Think about it. Keep in mind for those of you who have read my book, Winning at Entrepreneurship Common Sense Strategies for Business Owners, one of the strategies or chapters is use teamwork as your foundation. And also, if you've been listening to my podcast, I have an AI agent that you can access for free. It's called the Teamwork Builder. So this is where personalities have nothing to do with it. Any kind of ego psychology issues have nothing to do with it. This is where you're bringing out the players, your teammates, coaches, authentic gifts, talents, abilities, and skills. And sure, there are two players. One is Shay Gildris Alexander, SGA, Victor Wembenyama, Wemby. And I know that people try to put so much emphasis on the two of them. And sure, I mean they are all-star players. However, when I look at the NBA, I know how there's 15 players on each team. There are coaches, assistant coaches, trainers, staff, fans. So this one's coming down to this. And I'll put in the show notes what all the stats are and the statistical differences. Here's who wins. Teamwork offense and teamwork defense. The team that does that the best plays the best. And teamwork offense and teamwork defense wins game seven. And best way. Maybe not. However, commentators definitely have a lot to input on. However, that's what's gonna win this game. If you go back and you look at each team when they won, or when they lost, look at who played the best teamwork offense and teamwork defense. So this is where the environment and communication, leadership, culture is essential. So, whatever team you're on, whomever you have are you trying to at least have this type of experience? Beneficial, tangible type of experience. Or are you trying to just bring people in, bring people out, shuffle them around until someday all of a sudden the right combination is there and win an NBA championship? That's up to you. However, that's who will win game seven. So your bonuses. Use my AI agent. The teamwork builder. Work, your job. Has nothing to do with sports. Similar though.
