Hi, Performers and Achievers. Welcome to Performers and Achievers Daily with me, Raj Gavrilla. And today's episode is about having the right people around you or the right coaches, training, teaching, speaking programs. I was watching America's Got Talent last night. There's competition, they all come to wherever America's Got Talent stages, and they're selected to go to the what they call the live show. And some of them were not selected immediately to go to the live show. However, they go to each judge's home and they get to do their act again, their performance. And as I was watching it, being a mental performance coach, training, teaching, speaking, it was interesting to me that as they were prepping and talking to the coaches and the people who were judges who have some expertise in this area, how a few adjustments here and there made their acts or their performances that much better. Now it may seem like, and again, this is the reason for people who have expertise that was something that simple. However, keep in mind these judges have watched them perform before, they've actually put their expertise to it, they've prepared for this session at their home. And so this isn't a simple, okay, do this, and here you go. There was an actual process there with feedback and actually watching the person live. And with my customer, sometimes I'll ask them to send me a video of them playing, or send me a video of them speaking, or I'll come in person and watch. And of course, when I come in person, there's a lot more value there because I'm able to garner in and gain metrics to apply my expertise to that I wouldn't be able to by watching a video or talking to them on the phone or on the Zoom call. However, all of those are available, and they choose one or combination of those. It just really depends on their situation and what their goal is. And so that's what struck me from that episode. And so I'm assuming the judges next week, America's Got Talent, is on Tuesday nights from 8 to 10 p.m. Eastern time, will do something similar as the two judges did this week. And so it was with Felique coaching or training or teaching or speaking that got these individuals, some of them were selected for the live show. I said think about it in whatever it is you're pursuing, doing, achieving, accomplishing, whatever your goal is. Who can you go to for expert coaching, training, teaching, speaking? Not everyone's the same. Not everyone has that expertise and is capable of doing something like that. As those judges did. And so it's important for you to look for expertise, to look for what are the different ways of working with you are. So for example, with me, it can be in person at my home office, it can be a video call, Zoom call, it can be on telephone, it can be a combination of those, or it can be in person. Additionally, as far as my programs, it really depends. My programs are for coaching, training, teaching, and speaking, so it could be a series of workshops, could be team sessions, individuals, or it could be events. So those are some of the options. And depending upon what it is and who the client is, the customer, then we can look at those and we can customize those and design something that's mutually sustainable agreement or mutually sustainable deal. And it helps my customer, it helps their staff if they're included, it helps their customers, and it helps to also retain their customers and to grow their customers, receive new customers. So that's what I have for you today. Who are you going to for expertise in coaching, training, teaching, speaking? And can they deliver in all three or four of those areas? And they don't necessarily have to be an expert in speaking. However, if you're having an event, then I would recommend that they are. However, that's important for you to pick an expert. Someone who's doing this professionally, not only professionally, but has expertise in it. And you'll see the difference. The noticeable difference. If you like my podcast, like it.
