Hi performers and achievers. Welcome to Formers and Achievers Daily with me, Raj Gavrilla. In today's episode, I talk about active inspiration. What's active inspiration? I have clients, customers. Sometimes they say I'm not motivated or confident, or maybe sometimes uh you know, waning in commitment. And they they're looking for me to help them with that. And as I listen to understand them and ask the right question, it's not that motivation's missing. Motivation is the what occurs as you're actually or the extra push as you're actually performing or doing something. And commitment is what keeps you continuing. So and then confidence. Well, it's not like it just disappeared. I mean, where'd it go? You have confidence. Confidence simply is your body language focus and self-talk. So what really is missing is because is active inspiration. Active inspiration comes before all of those. Or is what creates the looking forward to whatever work example or athletic example with a fresh outlook with a little bit of excitement. Not a lot, but it's just that pull of action that you're looking forward to whatever it is that you're about to do or participate in or work towards, or in athletics, uh train or practice, and so it's the active inspiration is what's missing from them. That's what's missing, and so I listen to understand them and ask the right question, and because each person is different and unique, I'm not able to just say to you right now, because again, it's different for each person, and it's based on a lot of factors. What it is one day, it might not be the next day, however, active inspiration, what pulls you forward, what you're looking forward to with a fresh outlook. So it doesn't seem that here we go, it's another work day, this is a meeting with someone, uh, this is uh etc. routine, this is something that I'm used to go to practice on this day or training on this day. It's that active inspiration ignites a spark or creates a spark that pulls you forward with action, that pulls you towards that, that actually creates a fresh outlook to whatever it is that you're about to take action towards whatever it is that you're gonna be participating in, and then as you're participating, that's when the motivation comes, and that's the little extra push, skillful motivation is what I use, and then of course, confidence is there, and then the commitment is there, and so the next day you may think, well, tomorrow's pretty much the same routine or schedule that I have yesterday. However, it's the active inspiration is what's missing, so that you're not just in the state of mind of well, it's pretty similar tomorrow. What's there really to look forward to? What's gonna pull me towards action? What's the fresh outlook or the fresh perspective? And that's what sometimes my clients or customers are really asking for. And sometimes not, sometimes I listen to understand them, and it is motivation or confidence or commitment issue. And that's why I listen to understand them and ask the right questions.
