God's Protective Love

Are you in need of protection from life's storms? Are you covered, or are you straying too far from the whisper? 

Just as a mother duck keeps her ducklings close by chirping, the Holy Spirit guides us, followers of Jesus, as believers with His whispered voice of protection.

Can you hear the whisper? Do you have an obedient ear of faith like Abraham? Are you taking time to be still?

Welcome to today's podcast for Reflective Spaces Ministry. I'm Tammy Toney-Butler, Healing Evangelist.  God's Protective Love is so demonstrated in the love that a duck has for its ducklings, as it protects them, they stay close to the mother, they stay close to the protective wing, much like God Almighty protects us. His covering, the blood of Jesus, protects us, heals us, and sets us free. We must stay close to the source of love and protection. If we venture too far out of that cone of protection then we risk falling prey to Satan and his devices, his web of deception, but as long as we stay close to the source, the protector Jesus, by way of His Holy Spirit, and we tether so tightly to Father, Abba, we stay protected, under the righteous blood, under the promises of His Word. We are heirs to the Kingdom and heirs to the promise. We are loved, we are protected, we are sheltered, we are treasured. We're each unique, not quite like the other, but united as one under the core, the Cornerstone, which is Christ.

As we follow Him and know the voice, the whisper of the Holy Spirit, much like ducklings know the chirps of their mother, they know the way. If they get too far away, the chirp, the voice, brings them back.

Make sure this season that you're listening to the Voice, that you're letting Scripture guide you; that you're taking a few minutes to be alone and establish that relationship with Abba Father, by way of the precious Lord Jesus. So you stay tucked under that wing of protection. He's with us, He's always with us, as it says in His Word. 

All we have to do is look at Scripture to guide us. All we have to do is look at Scripture to guide us. 

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life, John 3:16. God loved us so much that He sent His son to die for us so that we could have eternal life. Be set free, be forgiven, cleansed from our sins, our past, when we confess His Name, there's healing that awaits. Believe in Jesus, follow Jesus, and come under His protective covering. He will guide you, He will strengthen you, as His faith, as His Words, I should say, enter your heart, mold with your human spirit, and the Holy Spirit enters you and guides you into all Truth. 

As you live as a righteous remnant for the Lord, remember this day, these little ducklings, this picture of the mother protecting them, sheltering them. You are sheltered, protected, and loved. You are never too dirty, never too full of shame, you are not condemned, you're beautiful, fearfully and wonderfully made, daughters and sons of the King. Come under the wing of protection, come into our family, and experience a love that you've never known. Glory be to Jesus, Glory be to Jesus, Glory be to Jesus, Glory be to Jesus.
