Making a Move (Part 2)

In this episode we want to lay out the start of the Project Plan for an ERP Implementation that we use at AccuNet for our Acumatica Implementations. This will give you some basic information as to what is involved.

At AccuNet we have a plan that has proven successful for our clients. The foundation of which is provided by Acumatica.  We take the base and for each client we design a plan that works for them, meeting needs of employees and the business.
