“The Neurosurgical Angel”

Hello and welcome to another episode of Spirit Call Out. This is Shawn Higgins and this is where I call out Messages from Spirits to you. Even if this specific episode is not a message for you personally, there is great teaching for everyone in every episode. This podcast is evolving. The more I continue this podcast series, the more it continues to expand in content and breadth of information, volume of information.

For example, the spirits have begun teaching healing techniques for us all, and that's going to happen today. Spirits are getting more and more specific about how they communicate. And they're giving more information. More information comes through with each spirit. You may recall if you've listened to the first episodes all the way through, you may recall that my very first episode was much shorter, and as I go, the general trend is that there's more and more volume of information.

For more recent episodes, I've had to actually table information to put in a future episode. So please continue with me on this spiritual journey and expand and grow with us on Spirit Call Out.

So in this episode, I'll begin by introducing the spirit who stepped forward. As I continue to share the message, we will explore several teachings that arose through the communication: ideas about consciousness, healing with sound, crystals, and meditation all came through and teachings on how spirit can communicate across dimensions in a different way using memories, in addition to conveying concepts through visual symbols and words and the sensory organ systems that we have that work in the energy field. They also convey information through memory, and this takes us deeper into consciousness communication. And finally, we'll close with a simple healing technique that you can do for yourself.

Please note that some of this information will be continued as the next episode because this spirit had so much to offer. I'll introduce her concepts and then pick up where we left off with each of them in the next episode.

So without further ado, let me introduce this spirit. Near the end of September, 2025, in the evening time, a woman appeared to me.

Normally I'm approached by spirit first thing in the morning time, by spirits for these callouts. But this woman came in the evening while I was fluffing up my pillows and getting my blankets all situated before going to sleep. I was not asleep, I was fully awake. I was manipulating all the covers and pillows on my bed.

However, I was relaxed and the intention was to, in a very short amount of time, be asleep. So that sets the stage for spirit to approach. This spirit came forward to call out information.

The reason I explained to you that I was moving around is because I want you to understand that I am very awake during these communications. This isn't a dream; it's not even a daydream. These are communications that come to me when I'm in a relaxed state of mind. This creates an open doorway for spirit to approach and to pulse me with vibrational content. And that content is then resonated through my biology and through my consciousness, and I interpret it as the intelligence that the spirit intended.

The mechanisms through which I interpret that will vary and it would vary between me and somebody else who was interpreting the spirit as well. But the information is always true once it is understood.

So a visual of the spirit appeared very clearly. She was thin probably in her fifties, beautiful and physically fit. She wore surgical scrubs, an aqua or teal surgical green. Her hair was short, curly and dirty blonde, brushing just to the shoulders, maybe a tiny bit shorter. She had thin framed glasses. She was looking right at me with a calm, pleasant, kind expression. She stood in front of a light box with radiographic pictures hanging. This was behind her.

I couldn't see the images themselves, but the light box was unmistakable. This is the kind of thing we used to use to view radiographs before imaging was done through digital means. We always had light boxes when I was in medical school and residency where we would view images mostly.

So she was showing this to me to identify herself as a doctor. She was working in a hospital setting. She held a patient chart in her hand, and I had this sense she might have had a stethoscope around her neck. The stethoscope was a blend of vision and telepathy. This is where I received an idea or an impression that materializes into a visual of that same concept of intelligence. That's why I say she might have had a stethoscope. It's another identifying factor for her being a doctor. All of this information came very fast as one flash, a visual and telepathic pulsation of information, and I received the immediate impression. She was a physician, likely a surgeon.

Her energy and face, very kind. She was very focused. Someone who deeply loved her work and cared for her patients. Her patients were a very high priority for her. She has a lot to tell me, and it is for a lot of people, her patients, mostly.

She gives me the name, Anita. Not by voice, but I see it written. It is possibly her name or the name of a patient or a family member, but somehow it is significant. It might even be someone who worked for her like a receptionist, someone who could send an email out to let all of her patients know that she is now back in the office, ready to see patients in the spirit world to give you spiritual healing instead of physical neurosurgery. So if your name is Anita, listen on.

Also, she indicates that she had so many patients over the years that she may return from more spirit call out. She has a lot of information to give. I will have to inform you of that as we go. Since she's not indicating any specific episode numbers or dates, although she gives so much information today that it will have to be carried through to the next episode.

So this was my initial contact with her. Of course, it was also speckled with the inevitable flowing of new information, which actually happens spontaneously every time I do a spirit callout - a retracing of the energy pathway of our communication. And every time an energy pathway of communication is retraced, it goes deeper. It is more intellectual and intelligent, and more information is given.

Spiritual pathways don't degrade like physical pathways. Every time they are traversed, spiritual pathways enhance, grow, expand, become more stable. I explain this a little bit further on when I explain the second impression that she had upon me.

On October 6th, during an afternoon meditation, the same woman appeared again, and because she appeared to me more than once, that's why I waited to give this call out, because every time I even think of her, more and more information comes from her. She's almost ready and poised to communicate with me energetically.

So she continued communicating information to me right where she left off in September as if no time had elapsed at all. And I tell you the date in case it has some significance in identifying you as one of the people for whom a message is intended.

So this time I also inwardly asked directly to her since this was her second impression upon me, the second time she approached. During these second visits from Spirit, I feel prepared and a little more comfortable and open to actually be part of the conversation and ask the being questions. During the first impressions I’m always open and simply taking in their information. On the second visits, I actually interact with them more by asking them questions and we are having more of a back-and-forth conversation.

I'm not sure if it actually yields any more understanding or information that the spirit would not have already given anyway, but it certainly allows me to practice being a participant in this discussion across dimensions.

So I asked her quite plainly, "why are you stepping forward?" "What do you want to say?"

And the answer came as understanding rather than words. She was acknowledging her patients and their families, both those who have passed and those still living. She conveyed that she may have died suddenly and didn't have the chance to say goodbye to her patients. She loved her patients deeply. Leaving them without that closure was difficult for her, and she shared something very profound with me:

she says that when people cross over, they often miss those still living in body that they left behind even more than the living miss them. Especially when death happens or bodily death happens unexpectedly. Her message to her loved ones, including her patients and family during her physical life was simple: "I'm still here. I'm still with you, and I will meet you again."

She also conveyed that she continues caring for her patients from the other side. She is able to care for them now in a different way, in ways she didn't know about while she was a living and body doctor. As a physical doctor, she didn't have the deeper insight into consciousness and healing of vibration that she does now, and she returns now to offer this healing of the neurology of the central nervous system to her patients that she was not able to relay or convey or heal them with before.

These ways are much more powerful and she's able to do that for you all now, from the spirit world, in which she exists. Now I will share a technique that she gave me at the end of today's episode.

She would like to teach a way for you to heal yourselves, all of you, her patients and her family. That's why she wants to teach this technique.

But let me finish delivering the message. There's more to the message. This time, during the second impression, I sensed more clearly who she was. This second impression was the same impression. It was her same exact image coming forward exactly the same as the first one yet because it was the second time traversing that spiritual pathway of communication, it permeated deeper into my consciousness awareness of her.

She is telling me now as I talk about this on this recording, that all she has to do is pulse herself to me the same exact way each time, and I will understand who she is more and more each time. That's all it takes. All it takes is repetition, because repetition is rhythm. Rhythm is vibration, and vibration is energy.

It's frequency and it resonates, which means it moves and the movement is life. Life is motion. All she has to do is continue her impression in a pulsatory way and I will understand more of what the original message was each time, but it'll include more with it. So I get the whole thing each time she comes to me. But with it comes more dimension and depth and meaning and content and understanding. That's how communication occurs in the spiritual world. So it's the same impression and intention. And if it's authentic, it fits into the same energetic footprint and provides deeper content and clarity.

Nothing is ever lost. Each time we meet, she says, we will pick up as if no time has elapsed. And right now I'm just getting this from her, she says, and because I'm a neurosurgeon, please do not underestimate my healing ability. Now that I'm in the spirit world, far supersedes that which I was able to give in the physical world.

Her level of ability to love has exponentially increased, although this is surprising to me because she was such a loving physical personality. In her physical body her personality was very loving and giving all of her patients truly adored her. She even got the physician of the year or physician of the whatever medical practice she worked with.

I mean, this woman has such beautiful, intelligent, authentic energy about her that it's surprising for me to learn that she is now learning how to love even deeper.

She also says that the word spirit is limiting. I know this, sorry, I'm kind of apologizing to her right now, but for the sake of familiarity and simplicity, we'll just use it and she says that's okay. 

I believe this woman was a neurosurgeon, possibly someone who worked specifically with cranial nerves. As she communicated with me, I began seeing flashes of different people in different scenes. As this was happening, I realized something really important, and this is an important lesson about how spirit communicates: the visions felt like memories.

I was feeling like I was remembering something, but they were not my memories. They were hers. She was allowing me to access her memories so I can understand what she wanted to convey through the memory of her experience with her patients.

Rather than delivering a single verbal message. She opened certain memories to me, this is a different kind of opening of communication and that is explained in a different episode.

She shared with me moments that carried meaning, moments of her personal experience as a physical being in her lifetime that carried meaning. And she sent these to me as pockets of energy that are memories. Again, this is much different than just telling me about a memory. She's not telling me about her memory. She's giving me her memory. She's transferring her memory to me. So this is very difficult for me to explain. However, we will revisit this concept in another episode.

So she was allowing me access to her memories so I could understand what she wanted to convey rather than delivering that single description about it. This is much different than her sending me a visual concept here. She was sending me visuals of things that actually occurred during her physical life, memories of her physical life. This is to become a powerful lesson in psychic communication. She tells me she will give me more information, teach much more about this in future episodes.

She's also a teacher of medical students and medical residents in her medical practice, so she is sort of taking on a teaching role with me. Not of, you know, traditional medicine per se, but of the language of spirit and the healing in spiritual realms, and how as physical beings we can bring the healing of energy and vibration to our patients in simultaneous efforts with our traditional medical practice and techniques, this has the greatest effect on healing.

So these were flashes of her memories of many various patients over the years. These patients are connected to her still, even as she exists now in the spirit world. And she's wanting you to know that she is still working for you and healing you, but in a different way.

She feels like she suddenly left you too early. She wants you to know she didn't leave you. She is still caring for you. She's aware of the abrupt effects she had on your emotional body, but she's still working on you. There was never any lapse in her healing you upon her crossing over, even if it was in a sudden manner.

She says she has treated many cranial nerve conditions in her patients. That struck me as interesting because I myself specialize in cranial and osteopathic work as well as teaching in the neuroanatomy and cranial field of medicine.

Okay, so back to these visuals of her memory, these flashes, again, they felt like memories. They were specifically connected to certain patients that had meaningful relationships with her. And she's recalling special moments from their lives that they either shared with her, that neurosurgeon, or told her about. So these particular patients are the ones she is directing these kinds of messages to.

One Flash was an elderly couple walking together on a bright sunny day. They were walking alongside a fence. It appeared as a wire fence. They were talking and laughing. They were walking away from me. I saw them from the back. The wire fence was on their left. The woman had her hand on her husband's back.

As they walked. They were chatting and smiling and looking at each other. I understood telepathically that it was his birthday. The scene switched suddenly to him blowing out birthday candles. I saw this from his left side, so it was a left side sagittal view and somehow this is indicative of something that might identify this for the person it is intended for.

This spirit says she loved this couple very much. I feel through her memory that the husband who I now see blowing out the candles has passed away. And left the woman widowed. The woman who is widowed is still living in living body. She wants this woman to know that she cares deeply for her and is now comforting her from the spirit world.

She hopes you can feel this if you have had dreams about her. It's real. She is with you. So she did not leave you, she is with you to help you deal with the passing of your husband, no matter how long ago it occurred. She emphasizes that she's still with you, helping support you and helping coordinate things and orchestrate things in your life to work out so that you are safe, happy, and healthy. So she's orchestrating things for you. Kind of like an angel. Aren't you lucky to have a neurosurgeon as an angel?

The next one, the next flash I saw was a visual of another man blowing out candles from the front. Another male patient, he was also older, possibly in his sixties. I'm just going by how he looks in his vision. " From the front view" is an important identifying factor for the intended person still living in body.

Now, what she's telling me is that the blowing out of birthday candles on a cake is another one of my spirit symbols for my personal language with spirit. So I'm being taught one of my own symbols of spiritual language during this call out.

So these symbols, it means this symbol to her giving it to me, a symbol of someone blowing out birthday candles, it means it was their last year of life and that they have passed away. They're blowing out their living body, the life of their living body. But because it is done in the spirit of the celebration of their birth in the first place, this is a very good sign of passing in joy and peace in love. And it also relays the memory that this person who passed away still has for the living family, it is a celebration of happiness.

So she purpose is here to contact the living family members to let them know she's still with you and comforting you. The living family members of this man, I believe she attended a birthday party, his birthday party, which ended up being his last one, and she wants to reach out to the family members and let them know she's still here, healing everybody and supporting you.

The birthday party visual conveys happiness and that that a life was full. It was lived happily. They were with their family, they were having a party and they “blew out” in peace. But they only blew out of the physical world. They're still with you. And so is this spirit. So you've got both doctor and patient with you, all of you for whom this call out is for. She's letting you know that your passed-away loved ones are with you and she's with you.

To everyone she says, to remember your loved ones, light a candle and blow it to them. You will get a blow back of some sort and it will surprise and delight you. So these symbols that I teach about in my biological mediumship class, I teach about them in that class. Spirit communicates through symbols as well as direct vocal and written language and through all the other sensory mechanisms that we're typically using in the physical world, but we have energy parallels of those.

Everyone's symbols are different. Yours will be different than mine because they have, they are formed as a result of your consciousness perception and training with that spirit’s consciousness perception. So these symbols are unique to each one of us. If you are practicing communicating with spirit, please keep a record of your symbols.

Another example of a symbol for me would be, spirit communicates to me the relationship that they are to the person receiving the message by the color of the shirt that the spirit wears. For example, if someone's mother would be approaching me; if she had a message for her daughter, she approaches me as the mother and she wears a bright pink shirt. If that same spirit approached me for a granddaughter, that shirt would be a pale pink. These are spirit’s symbols for me.

Now back to this spirit’s message - I received another memory from this neurosurgeon. It was delivered as a single image of a woman with someone else's hand spreading all five fingers along the side of the woman's face, demonstrating the branches of a cranial nerve five, the trigeminal (or facial) nerve. So the palm was at the jaw with all fingers splayed out against the cheek in the distribution of the branches of cranial nerve five [or could have been cranial nerve seven). CN 7 has five branches, and CN 5 is number five, so showing the five fingers spreading out on someone’s cheek could have represented the number of the cranial nerve OR the five branches of the facial nerve, CN 7]. 

I can feel from this memory that this spirit was very involved in the care of this woman, this patient with the trigeminal nerve issues. She cared deeply about this patient. She is giving this visual as an identifying feature so that the patient who is still alive will recognize that she is the one for whom this message is.

On October 14th I did a long relaxation meditation, after which the neurosurgeon appeared again. This time she appeared holding a large white crystal singing bowl. The word she gave me was "meditation." She communicated that crystal singing bowls and meditation can support healing for neurosurgical conditions. 

Her message was very clear: “the worlds of medicine and sound healing should not be separated.” Medicine and sound healing go hand in hand. Both are important. Again, it makes sense that she came through to me to deliver these messages because I am both a doctor and a sound healer and an energy healer.

True healing happens when the two: sound and science are blended together. She shows herself and surgical scrubs in her office playing a very large, a huge crystal quartz crystal singing bowl. It was a beautifully symbolic image of a doctor and healer. Together, a Dr. Healer honoring both scientific medicine and the healing powers of sound.

She was playing the bowl in her medical office. She did not do this as a neurosurgeon when she was living in physical body, but she's doing it in her office now. So if you were a patient, then you're getting it now. 

Here she's activating crystal frequency with a wand to resonate through the crystal bowl. And anyone who has used a singing bowl in the past knows that you set the crystal on a firm surface or you can hold it or you can put it on your body, and then you take the wand and you lightly trace the outer rim of the crystal bowl and just keeping going, and it eventually makes a beautiful sound that resonates even when you stop. So she's activating it this way, making a beautiful sound.

She also talks about a more powerful way to activate crystals. This will have to be in another episode because there is so much information here that she has to share. The neurosurgeon emphasized that healing happens when we balance the two aspects of the brain.

Of course, healing occurs when we balance the left and right half of the brain - left and right, male and female, science and energy, logical and emotional. But she's talking about two deeper aspects. 

She's talking about the physical brain: nerve tissue neurons, nerves and sensory systems organs, brain tissue of gyri and brain stem tissue, and all the physical parts of the brain. So she's talking about the physical brain.

And then the second half is the non-physical aspect of the brain, which is consciousness, it's thought, intention, and brain wave states. So I apologize here. She switched topics quite rapidly from the crystal bowl, from activating crystals, to talking about the brain. I just want to make sure you understand that we are going to revisit the crystal frequency at another episode, crystal and sound.

She switched immediately to the brain. And the two parts of the brain she's speaking of are two halves, but they're each whole, the whole physical brain and the whole non-physical brain. Both matter. True healing blends the visible and the invisible powers of the brain.

Then she showed the heart and the power of healing through heart and brain connection. A healthy heart beats roughly about 60 to a hundred times a minute at an average of about 80 beats per minute. If we convert beats per minute to beats per second, then we have a frequency in Hertz, which corresponds to a frequency within the delta brainwave frequency range: the state of brainwave frequency associated with deep sleep and dreaming.

She explained that the heart helps bring dreams into the body. These are the dreams we have at night, but also can be transformed into affecting dreams like desires that we hold for our lives. We just have to do this deliberately in a certain way with crystals, and she tell us about that in the next episode.

So when the heart and brain synchronize their frequencies and train, this is a phenomenon in physics where two frequencies in close proximity assume the same frequency pattern that is a blend or an average between the two. It's a balance between the two. It's not an exact average, but that's the blending of frequency is called entrainment.

Two rhythms, aligning to form a shared new frequency. That synchronization between the heart and brain allows heart intention and brain consciousness to move through the body together, creating a powerful blending or a mixing that creates an energy potion for healing and for manifesting what we want to happen in our lives. In order to have this work for manifesting our desires, it must be done in a deliberate way. And it's facilitated with the use of crystals. Again, that technique is going to come during the next episode.

The heart is love. It is what we desire. The brain is intelligence. It is how we plan and what we choose to do to bring those desires into our lives. Which is why we are often told to follow our hearts, because our hearts desires are our emotional guides. It's an emotional, intuitive guide towards our purpose that blends with what we also love to do for joy.

Now, following the heart means following true joy, not what we think we want, but what is for our highest value on a deeper soul level. And we don't always know that.

This next healing technique is to be done to align your heart and your brain for learning and having more clarity of guidance with your soul purpose towards your heart's desires, your true heart's desires; blending the brain and the intelligence and how to manifest that logically in a grounded way in your physical life experience.

This also heals the central nervous system. It calms it down. It balances parasympathetic and sympathetic innervation and causes a calming effect on the central nervous system, which heals the cardiovascular system. She says here, it also heals the endocrine system. All of this heals your entire body. Just healing alone. This is worth it.

So let's go through this technique. She calls it a meditation technique to blend the heart and the brain. You can put intention to this, or you can just simply do it for healing and allow it to manifest within you the clarity that you need to then add an affirmation at a later time.

For example, you can affirm that you want to know what you want that is for your highest value. Instead of trying to think of something that you want, allow the alignment of heart and brain to actually be the open portal through which you actually can sense what it is that you want. She wants you to experience the synchronization for yourself.

So sit comfortably in meditation. Or simply in quiet contemplation. You don't have to be meditating, just sit quietly. The actual process of this technique is going to focus your mind, kind of like a mental yoga, so that you do relax and it kind of stops mental fogginess or monkey mind, so your mind isn't wandering all over the place. This is an exercise for the mind to focus in on the body and calm the mind, and it calms the central nervous system.

So you're going to sit quietly. Also, she's inserting right now, you may do this right before bed, right before sleep, right before dreaming, because dreams are affected by the heart. Oh, she says something about that as well. It's going to come as I give you this technique, okay?

So you sit quietly, visualize your brain and your heart moving toward one another until they meet at the throat. Now she wants to make a delineation between visualizing yourself in front of you, having your heart and brain merge at the throat, versus sitting and literally feeling in your body, your brain and your heart meeting: the brain coming down, the heart rising so that they meet in your throat. She wants you to do the second one. She wants you to feel it in your body. You don't have to see it. You don't have to see a visual of yourself in front of you. If that happens, that's okay. Take note of it and then bring it back into your body so that it's happening within you.

You don't have to see it happening to you. She wants you to feel it happening within you. And the more you do this, the more she says, this will be more, more automatic and more profound. You'll feel the effects more strongly and it will happen faster.

So allow that to happen. Allow the heart and the brain to merge at your throat. Do not force it. Simply feel it happening within you. Allow it to happen within you and take as much time as it needs to. When they feel synchronized or dissolved into each other so that they're like one ball of energy right at your throat, take an intentional deep breath.

Of course, you're breathing the entire time because we want you to stay alive. You're not ready to cross over yet. But once you feel the synchronization, then intentionally take a deep breath through the mouth or the nose. As you exhale through the mouth allow any tone to emerge naturally from your voice.

So you're going to be voicing a tone, like “ahh,” “ohh,” any syllable. It doesn't have to be a specific pitch. Just let it come out as a natural relaxed tone. That tone activates the unique frequency created by the entrainment of the love of your heart and the intelligence of a deeper, much deeper layers of consciousness experience through your brain for the various levels of consciousness experienced by the different brain wave frequency states. So you're merging all of those different frequency states of the brain with the layers of love of your heart. So your heart's desire is matching all of those different brainwave frequency states of awareness of your consciousness.

Each time you practice it, it might be slightly different because your biology, your emotional state, what you want, what's going on in your life, your ever-expanding consciousness, they're always changing.

We want that. Life is motion. Motion is movement. So that's okay. Let it be different each time. When you're going through a hard time in your life, you may have more difficulty embodying this practice. That's okay. Let this be what irons it out. Let this practice be what irons out the energy of what's getting in the way of your dreams so that in the physical world, it's much easier to change through circumstance, through conversation through human-to-human communication, it's very difficult to change something once it's already manifested. It's much easier to make alterations to something in your life that's happening and it feels like an obstruction to you. It's easier to make these changes on the level of consciousness and energy first because you're breaking things down to the level of the atomic space.

So these are much easier to break down on energy, and then when you iron them through your body. It reemerges into your life experience as possibility. Again, we can never affect anyone else's life or change anyone else's mind, but we can affect how we deal. With that experience, we can affect our perception of it, our emotional reaction and sensation and our emotional response to it. So it may not bother us as much. It affects our ability to see solutions around things. So it just diffuses the whole thing altogether.

So you're still in this place of exhaling a tone, and you may have to exhale a few. You can take breaks and feel the merging and blending of the heart, the brain and the throat with each tone.

While you're doing this vocal toning, visualize light flowing from your heart through the throat, and out your voice. Then in another vocal tone, visualize light flowing from your brain, through your throat and out through your mouth with your voice. Again, you may take several breaths and tone your voice several times to do this. Don't worry how many tones you need to voice. Do not worry what pitch comes out. Just relax your vocal cords and let any tone come out as a hum, as an ah oh, any syllable. And you can pause in between tones.

It doesn't matter how much time you take, take as much time as you need. There really is no time. The vocal tones activate the resonance of heart and brain. So this is resonance. If you have to rest your breath and your voice the frequencies will still continue to resonate, just like the crystal bowl activated with the wand - even when you release the wand from the rim of the bowl, the sound of that beautiful crystal bowl resonates for minutes and minutes. This will happen as well with the resonance of your heart and brain energy.

So after a little while, inhale again, drawing light from your heart and your brain into your lungs together. Do it with one breath. Draw from your brain and your heart together into your lungs, and then blow it out your mouth as a vocal tone. Bring it back into your lungs again. And as you bring it into your lungs, we know that air exchanges with the blood in the lungs. So you are now diffusing heart and brain energy into your blood, through your lungs. Visualize that happening and visualize the blood, feel the blood being pumped by your heart and carried as a light throughout your entire body. Repeat this as many times as you wish, and when you feel complete. Just say thank you.

You can allow this experience of light being carried through your body, of the heart and the brain that was breathed in through your lungs. Allow this to happen until you fall asleep. This is the last part, the last piece of the technique during which you may just simply fall asleep or let it be resonated until it fades and you feel like getting up and doing something else during the day.

Always say thank you, if you can remember before you fall asleep. Then after the experience, or the next morning when you wake up. Journal or write down any experiences or sensations or epiphanies you may have had during the experience. Journal or write down your dreams. Because they give us important clues and intelligence and guidance for waking life. They also help us release fears that may be blocking our manifestation of what we want. This meditation can be used for healing and for manifesting the authentic dreams of your heart paired with the power of your brain and consciousness into your life.

So what she's showing me overall here is that sound as vocal vibration and meditation together support neurological balance and healing this technique, as well as others that she will teach, really support the balance and healing of this central nervous system.

The heart and brain can synchronize. When we do this deliberately we synchronize their rhythms, thereby influencing intention, awareness, ultimately resulting in manifestation of our desires and our health as long as they're loving desires.

So we have the frequency of the heart, the frequency of the deeper state of dreaming of the brain, those are pretty much the same. So that's why they correlate so well. That's why the heart correlates so well with the dreaming state of consciousness.

Any ill will towards another when trying to manifest will simply annihilate your efforts.

And sometimes we don't know if we're being authentic because we don't know what we want. So if you do not feel like you know what you want, then just focus the meditation on becoming an open portal through the heart and the brain so that what is for your highest value is what comes to you and what is for your highest value, by definition in vibrational law, is also of some value for "all that is" in the universe, and it absolutely does no harm to another.
