Karen Cubides is a marketing/management consultant, educator, and professional saxophonist based in Nashville, TN. A multifaceted musician and arts entrepreneur, she is dedicated to bringing young musical artists the attention they deserve while providing them with personalized services and representation. A certified life coach focusing on goal setting, emotional intelligence, and neuro-linguistic programming, Cubides prides herself in cultivating real relationships with her clients to best understand their needs. As CEO of Cubides Artist Services, Cubides works with a stable roster of talented professional instrumentalists and is a frequent lecturer on arts marketing and branding. She currently founded an Emerging Artist Seminar, a reflection of one of her most ardent passions – to help up-and-coming performers navigate the tricky transition from student musician to professional artist. Cubides also serves as the Marketing Director of Fifth House Ensemble, using her marketing and branding expertise to share the chamber ensemble’s unique vision to collaborate with diverse communities, theater groups, folk bands, and emerging composers and performers.
