Hello, hello, hello, and welcome back, my friends. Today we are talking all things five magical intentions that will transform your daily life. Um, is what I'm calling this episode. This is actually going to be a solo episode by me, Jacqueline Kaminsky. Um, I know that originally Ashley and I had said we would interview each other with these five intentions. Um, what we had said was we are both going to share like our five favorite, um, ways that we use intentions and how we go about that in our everyday life. And well, then life got lifey between sick kids. Um, I was sick. Um, which shows a, it's actually a great, I'm going to use it as one of my intentions to share with you guys and, uh, just, well, work and life and, you know, life gets lifey. So we've decided to go ahead and do, um, this week's episode solo. And then next week. Next week's episode solo as well. So this week you get me, next week you'll get Ashley, um, and she'll be here to share her five favorite intentions. And who knows, maybe they're the same, maybe they're not, um, we definitely did not talk about this. We figured let's just see what happens and see if some are the same or not. So, let's get started. Um, let's dive in my top five go to intentions that have honestly, like they help me move through life so much easier because these aren't just like, and I like to really think they're not just any intentions. These are like my spiritual shortcuts that help me create everyday miracles into my life. So, um, before I really jump into all five of them, I would love for you guys just close your eyes for a moment. Just take a breath and just, I want you to imagine with me for a second. Cause I want you to really just remember, I want you to imagine and remember that moment when everything just clicked for you. Maybe the perfect parking spot appeared out of nowhere or when that like awful appointment that you had turned into like the best meeting of your life or the best appointment of your life and it was like so amazing or you couldn't get a reservation at a restaurant and now all of a sudden you have one. Know that, like, all of that isn't just luck, there truly is, because I don't actually believe in luck, like, that's intention at work. So, um, intention, really setting intentions is so powerful, so magical, and it is really, like, setting your day, setting how you want things to unfold. When we don't set intention, I really like to, like, Say this and it's so funny because it kind of comes up in my everyday life, you know what I mean, where people are like, well, I can't do that. Well, that is too hard. Well, right? Like we only have this. How would it ever work? And it's like, no. Know your power, right? We are limitless potential possibilities of everything. So why do we have to make it hard? Why can't we just set that intention and let it go to work for us? Let that energy move and go to work for us because we are co creators of our life. We are truly that powerful and magical. We just need to align with that energy so that we can. So I'm going to start with my, one of my favorites, um, that I do, and this just happened to me and I actually recorded it, um, for my seven days of intention. And I want to use this because I do use this all the time. It is a medical, it really, I'm going to talk about specifically my doctor appointment, um, However, you can set your intention for any appointment you have. It doesn't just have to be a doctor appointment, but I wanted to share with you mine and it happened to be a doctor appointment. So I, um, let's be honest. Sometimes you can go to the doctor and you can wait forever to meet with the doctor, especially if they're squeezing you in and it really does get to be so simple. And I love that I caught this, um, And I can share this with everyone, which I love. So anytime I go to the doctor and it's interesting because I, like I said, I did just go to the doctor. It ended up that I had bronchitis, but I got to the doctor. I really didn't feel well. Um, and it was so funny because it had started the day before and I was like, Oh, I'm just going to set the intention today that I do finally get into the doctor and I get an appointment. Um, to meet with the doctor because I couldn't, like I was struggling to breathe and I was like, Oh, what's going on here? So I loved it because first and foremost, let me state this that day. I did not get into the doctor's appointment. So of course you're all going to be like, well, Jackie, how was that intention at work for you? But it was because the doctor that I really like, that really listens to me, that didn't diagnose me wrong. Um, I did have a previous kidney condition and the doctor at this doctor's office who was on call that day, like who would I, would have met with had I been able to get in, was the guy who completely misdiagnosed me, didn't want to listen to a word I had to say. So. So. Ultimately, the next day when I realized what doctor was on, I was like, Oh my God, that's just the universe at work. Obviously always aligning, always supporting me for my highest and greatest always. So I want to say that. So I show up at the doctor's office. I'm sitting there, they squeeze me in, right? I'm sitting there. I'm frustrated. I'm annoyed. I actually had somewhere to be. I also didn't feel well. I had a meeting that I had to get to and the nurse practitioner comes in and she was like, Well, we're going to, you know, the doctor still has three more people in front of you after he finishes this guy. So I'm sitting there and at this point, a half hour goes, and I hear him like just finishing up and know that there's still three more. People in front of me and I'm like, Oh my God. And then I thought to myself, wait a minute, what am I doing? Why am I just sitting here pretending that I'm powerless or like, I can't control the energy around this and really like, just be crystal clear with right. The universe and what I want. So I was like, okay, I am going to set the intention that within the next 10 minutes. The doctor comes in here meets with me and like this gets to be super fast, super quick and like I get to be out the door. So I actually recorded a video. So that's how I could even tell like the time. So I was like, okay, here we go. Here's 10 minutes. And I loved it because seriously, eight minutes later, eight minutes later, he walked into my door. Now remember, he still had three other people and he's a chitchatter, right? So he walks into my door and I was like, Oh my God, that is literally how. It works. And it works. It was amazing because he walks in within eight minutes, and remember, he still had those three people. He comes in, we sit down, right, he listens to my lungs, I have bronchitis, he gives me all of the medicine, he sends me on my way, but I was out the door, because he like, puts the prescription through? Maybe? Maybe 15 minutes later, but like in my door within eight minutes. And that's what I said. My intention was the doctor will come in here within the next 10 minutes. This gets to be super quick, super easy, right? Like no big deal. And literally that is how it unfolded. So what if next time you had any appointment, any, anything that you have to do, you just set that intention. Okay, let's go to number two. My absolute favorite intention number two is a parking spot. I cannot stand having to drive around, fight with people, or look for parking In locations like I find it irritating I really I can totally parallel park by the way I just don't really want to I don't really want to be bothered with it. I just want to pull up in front and just go, and it drives me crazy when I can't. So yes, parking spots are definitely it for me. So I will set the intention like the perfect spot opens up for me exactly when I need it right in front, as soon as I get there. So this particular time, I was actually with, um, a bunch of coworkers. It was dinner time. It was at this restaurant. It was so, so packed. And I didn't set the intention. I'm driving in the car. I'm thoroughly irritated because now I'm trying to find parking. And again, I'm like, wait a minute, what am I doing? Why am I giving my power away? Why am I being irritated? Like, no, come back. Like, right. I get to control this. So I literally said to everyone in my car, guys, I know that this is, you know what I mean? Crazy. There's no parking and let's Let's fix this. Let's all really like right now together collectively. Let's set the intention. We are going to pull up in front of that restaurant and there is going to be the perfect spot that opens up just for us. And we pull right in and we do not have to deal with it. Everybody looked at me, laughed really hard and said, Jackie, it does not work that way. And I said, yes, it does watch. So we go around the block, we pull up. And sure as shit, what happens right there, the person's pulling out and I get to pull right in, right in front, into that magical spot that everybody literally stopped and said, Oh my God, did that just really happen? And I'm like, yes, that is the power of intention. And that is how the universe works, everybody. So next time you're out, I definitely recommend You trying that the perfect spot opens for me exactly when and where I need it. And just set that intention next time you are out and you are struggling with parking. Um, okay. Third intention that I do, um, love setting is when a problem arises. So I, I feel like this is something that comes up all the time for all of us where, and, and I'm going to use my specific example is actually, um, something that happened to me at work at my day job. So you can use this Right, for absolutely every single time any sort of problem comes up for you, um, but the way I do it, and I, I, I did this specific one, we had, um, a situation where we had a client went And we needed to get them, um, a specific order that they needed. I do, by day, like, um, bottles, enclosures, and all rigid packaging, right? So here we are, and it was a package that needed to go. This was a brand new launch. It had to happen. Like, we needed it. And there was no physical way that we could get it. We were trying, um, something had happened where the machine had broke. It wasn't working. Like, we were challenged. Every single thing just like kept showing up where it was like, well, what are we supposed to do now? Well, what are we supposed to do now? And it was just frustrating. Everybody was like, we've worked so hard. And I was like, stop, right? Like, we're not gonna go down and try to figure out all of these what ifs, what ifs, what ifs, what ifs. What if we all stop trying to control the situation and what if we just set the intention that this gets to be easy and this gets to fix itself and we will get our order exactly when we need it. And that's just the way it works, and that's all we're open for. It just happens that way. What if we remembered our power and we just declared it? And guess what happened? Exactly when we needed that order to ship, it was ready. It shipped. Everything fixed itself. We didn't have to worry about it. And it just went. Without. Issues it got to be so easy once we stopped trying to fight and to fix and to think that we had to control control control control to control when we were just like, let's set that intention. No, we are the co creators and allow. right, the energy to do the rest. And so that is such a favorite one is like bringing it into my everyday problem solving. My fourth, um, intention that I love is for my drinks and my food and my medicine. And it's setting, um, that intention So I realized that there are probably three, but I do it to all of my food, my medicine that I'm putting in my body and then my water, my coffee, you name it, whatever I'm drinking, it receives, um, the intention. It would be like this food nourishes my body perfectly, carrying exactly the energy, the nutrients and everything that I need right now. My body easily and effortlessly just releases anything. that my body does not need. So if that, if it were like, obviously not food and it was like my water, I would, you know what I mean? Saying it carries the highest vibration and I'll do the same thing with any sort of medicines, vitamins, any type of pill or anything that I have to take. Or that I choose to take. I don't really like the word have to, that I'm choosing to take. Um, I will just really like bless it and allow it to truly just set the intention that my body's receiving every single thing it needs so that I can stay in this highest vibration of love, the highest vibration of light, and allow anything that is not that and bringing my body in. To write just that, um, alignment and receiving all that I need from it and everything else just releasing like that. That's the intention always. And I have to say, just even doing that to your water, like really sending your water so much love and like setting the intention of that and then drinking it. You'll notice. It just tastes cleaner. It just tastes healthier. Like even when it's going down and it's in your body and in your system, just the feeling of it. It is, I, you totally have to try it. I would love for you to try it because, and then share, um, because it just is so powerful when we do stuff like that. And I'm going to say the last one, um, my number five intention would be really setting my intention to activate the highest timeline for myself. Um, and I like to do this every single day. Um, And the reason I love it so much, and I will literally just set the intention, right? And even if I have to do it a few times a day, like if I feel my energy screwed up, or if I feel like I've stepped out of alignment, it's like, nope, I come back, come right, drop into my heart space, take some deep cleansing breaths, and I will set the intention saying, I am now activating the highest timeline for myself. Um, and Really in right full alignment and what I love about that is when I do that and once I started doing that, I noticed the most magical things, doors, opportunities, people, podcast, or like you name it, that would come And just like open up and I would find exactly what I need every single time I set that intention. I've recently, um, started working with, um, a mentor and it was so funny because I was like, do I do this? Don't I do this? And I was like, nope. Um, and I did check with the and it's always so fascinating because, um, They did had, they had said to me at the time, right, when I was sitting there in the records, they said it would be beneficial to you, but is it something you need? No, it's, but it would be beneficial to you. So I was like, Oh, okay. Which made me laugh just sidebar because beneficial isn't really a word I use typically, as you guys probably knew. So here I was, right. And I was like, okay, so I did it. And after our first. first meeting. I was talking to, um, about how I want to start channeling more, like, really showing up and channeling. I've always been channeling, but I want to be much more intentional about it and really bring, um, more of that into the conversation. In, um, but it was so funny because she had mentioned Channeler that I really should start, um, watching and oh my God, it literally cracked open everything that, like, and it brought me right to my highest timeline and it constantly does because it's all stuff that I've already remembered and stuff that I've already said and it's like, yes, yes, yes. It's great. It literally brings me to my highest timeline every single time. So that I always recommend because when we are always in alignment with our highest timeline, everything gets to become so much easier and the steps are always there and abundance flows in and through. Freedom is there. And it that's where the joy is. Um, so yes, that are, those are my five absolute favorite, favorite, favorite ways that I work with intention. Um, and just, I figured, why not share some of like, My, um, to try to make like my intentions, I'm going to use the word maybe extra potent, but I've really always liked to, and this goes with manifestation too. So like, they kind of go together, right. Is really just feeling in your body as you speak it like light, let it light you up like a Christmas tree. feel it in your body. I always keep it present tense. I always make it super positive. I absolutely trust completely. And I always release the attachment to the outcome. And I also always know that it's done. And if If for some reason it doesn't happen, it's because it isn't technically for my highest, right, timeline. And that kind of takes you right back to that original, um, first one that I shared with you surrounding when I went to the doctor and how that day I didn't get in. But Thank God I didn't get in because I wouldn't have wanted to meet with that doctor because it really didn't go well last time. I ended up septic and in the hospital. So, so it, it's knowing that as well. Um, and yeah, I would love to see, uh, you guys really start using intentions more, sharing them with Ashley and I. Um, it really is so super powerful and you can really, you know what I mean? You don't have to say your intention out loud. You could speak it in your head. You could write it down. You can say it out loud. Really just notice the shifts and trust the process and remember how magical and how powerful you are and don't give that power away of yours. And just remember, I say this all the time, but you're literally made of stardust. So these intentions aren't adding anything to you. They are just awakening the magic that is you already.
