The two talk about their love of cats and the need for Cat Rescues/Adoptions. "THE POWER OF THE PURRRR"-Tonya. Along the way, Ms. Justice asks Tonya if she would be interested in implementing programs through her Cat Rescue to work with inmates inside the Prisons.
