SPEAKER_08

SPEAKER_04

We are back, niggas. Um, I don't know why I feel like I don't know why I feel like it's been a long time because we recorded last week. I I don't know. Oh, let me put my damn, hold on, wait a minute. Let me put my phone on silent, honey.

unknown

Oops.

SPEAKER_04

And let me put it on airplane mode. Oh shit. Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_08

We're going to call and text you till you're filming.

SPEAKER_04

Exactly. That's when all the shit happened.

SPEAKER_08

It's like, well, we didn't know.

SPEAKER_04

I'm doing something. I'm recording.

SPEAKER_07

And working.

SPEAKER_04

And working.

It's still the black paradigm.

SPEAKER_08

So And guess what? If you email us and it's not for you, you won't be getting a response.

SPEAKER_04

Like I said last week on the podcast, I'm not arguing, I'm not going back and forth with on Threads, Instagram with y'all motherfuckers. I'm not. I'm not gonna do any like those comments, and I'm not, I'm not uh muting my comments. I'm not I'm just gonna look at that shit and be like, uh, you're a bum. Anyways.

SPEAKER_08

Kev on stage, aka D Kevin Federics. Yes, you're black people anyway.

SPEAKER_04

Why I don't understand this whole every time I feel like Kev on stage, I feel like people try to go at him for everything. Any little thing, Kev on stage is Kev on Stage's fault. And my thing is this, I'm not no Kev on Stage, nigga. This is TJ. Okay? I'm not finna respond to y'all motherfuckers. I don't give a fuck. I really don't. Whatever we talk about on the podcast, I'm gonna tell you, nine times out of ten, we don't forgot that shit in two or three days, okay? Shit.

SPEAKER_08

As soon as I smack this computer lab, I mean, this uh computer screen down, it's done. It's it's a wrap.

SPEAKER_04

I mean, uh, once we post the clips and everything like that, I mean, you know, which I gotta do tonight, but at the same time, it's like, we're here in the moment. We're talking about right now, how we're feeling right now. When you know TJ said, yeah, I said that in three, four episodes ago, nigga. Our opinions have changed. Get over it, bitch. Um, okay. Well, so with that being said, and I I I feel like sometimes we always have to listen. I don't know why, but I feel like there's a need to let you guys know, the people that support us, the people that listen to this podcast, I want you guys to understand we are always going to have different opinions. That's what a podcast is. A podcast is not for, well, our podcast. I can't speak for everybody else's podcast, but I know our podcast and the podcasts on this network, including Yampasta and Sisters in Sync, we're gonna keep it real and honest.

SPEAKER_06

Absolutely. Okay.

SPEAKER_04

Every week, we might have a different opinion every week. It doesn't matter. Okay. We're just thankful that you're listening to us, okay? And this is real life experiences. All right. So with that being said, um, how's your mental health, babe?

SPEAKER_08

You know, my mental health is it was pretty, I would say if I had to rate it out of 10 this week, I'd be a seven out of ten. I'm happy with that. I had one day where, you know, emotionally, I was kind of yesterday was an emotional day. Um, me and Diamond filmed Sisters in Sink yesterday, because she'll be out of time for her birthday trip. Her birthday's on Saturday. Shout out to Diamond. By the time you're hearing this, your birthday will yeah, by the time you're hearing this, yeah, your birthday will be passed. So, you know, happy birthday. We love you.

SPEAKER_04

Um Happy birthday, Diamond. Hey, hey, hey, Diamond B shiny. Diamond B shiny. Hey, hey.

unknown

Shiny.

SPEAKER_08

Um, yeah, so yeah, I was really vulnerable with her yesterday on Sisters in Sink. So if you guys want to check us out, check us out from a Black Millennial Woman perspective. But no, like it feels so good to kind of when you go through those changes and you could be on the other side, it's like that lot of mean. You know, so I'm okay. I'm in decent places today. I think I'm in a good mood because, you know, I'm going to visit a friend. Mentally, I'm kind of sad. Um I'm I'm visiting a friend, I'm staying with her, but in the midst of that happy few days, I have a day where I'm going to a funeral, and I hate funerals, but I want to show up and support a sister friend of mine. So, you know, it's we just we out here, we out here. So, you know, my mental health's okay. I'm just I I just I want to stay in the moment, stay on top of my meditations, my prayer life, exercising, and yeah. That's about it for me. How about your mental health, friend?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I um this week, and you know, we've talked. Um I just feel like there is or a feeling. I feel so much. Um, I know I'm an empath because when people talk to me, like I can, like I just feel, I feel energy. And I just feel like the energy these last couple of weeks has just like not with like me or you per se, but just like in general, like life, right? Human interactions has just been off. I feel like the veil, like we've been talking about, the veil has been ripped off. Yeah, and I feel like something is it's coming. I don't know what it is, but I I feel it. I feel it in the air. Um, again, we're gonna get into it later on in this episode, but I I I'll say this. This country, the veil has been lifted off on this country, and we can't keep sustaining or being in this whatever the fuck this is. It's not sustainable at all. It's not sustainable. Uh melanated people are waking up all across the world. Um, they're understanding. I've I've heard so many different talks and conversations about reparations for black Americans more than ever, ever than I've heard. You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_08

Because at the same time, I've been seeing it a lot on like my different socials and stuff.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. And the thing about it is, if you look at who has gotten reparations, we're talking about everyone has gotten reparations. Japanese people, Jews, um, who else, Native Americans, um, everyone has gotten reparations. Like you, if you look at the data, and it's this is facts. You can go look at it.

SPEAKER_07

You ain't lying.

SPEAKER_04

Every single group of people has had some form of reparations. And you know the single largest group that deserves reparations because we actually built this fucking country. And those are facts.

SPEAKER_08

Very much facts.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. So I just I just feel like, you know, black people are across the globe are waking up. Um and I think that's where the energy is conflicting with me. I feel like I I feel it, but I also feel very connected to more black people than ever. And that's a beautiful thing. So I think uh as a Libra, October Libra, I'm very, it's it's balanced. Um but as far as as far as um work life, it's been consistent. Um it's no nothing bad, nothing really good. It's just, again, just like we're we're here. We're we're working, you know what I'm saying? Um, and that's really what I like. I like to go to work, I like to do my job, and I like to clock out and go to fuck home. Bless you.

SPEAKER_08

Bless you. In the words, my mama, you like to do your eight and hit the gate.

SPEAKER_04

Hello, hello. Um, but yeah, I am excited for a couple of movies that are coming out. We'll talk about that later on the uh podcast, but I'm excited. I have not seen the Odyssey yet. So have you seen the Odyssey?

SPEAKER_08

Did you see the Odyssey? I want to go see it next week. I haven't seen it yet.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, I have not seen the Odyssey. Okay.

SPEAKER_08

I'm really trying. I'm like, okay, next week I'll be back for my trip because they said the movie is like three hours and some change. Yes. I'm gonna have my blanket. I'm gonna sit, yes, I cannot wait to go.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, they said Christopher Nolan did his big one with this one.

SPEAKER_08

So um But here's the thing: I read the books. I read, well, I read the Odyssey when I was a freshman in high school, and I think I read it once in college, so I know the story. I've seen certain adaptations. Um, some were ass, some were not, but I'm very, very, very, very, very excited.

SPEAKER_04

Mm-hmm. And just so you know, if you're in Tennessee, we have two 70 millimeter um theaters. One here in uh Opry uh Regal, um uh Regal, what's it? Opry Regal something. Um, but yeah, it's at the uh Opry Mills location in Nashville. And then the second one, which I totally forgot, was at the Chattanooga Aquarium.

SPEAKER_08

Sure, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, Chattanooga. So we have two 70 millimeter theaters here in Tennessee. So if you want to come to Nashville, you can see one. If you want to go to Chattanooga, they have a 70 millimeter um theater as well.

SPEAKER_08

This is the reason why like I miss living in Nashville because having everything specialized there. Like, my goal is if I can't find a job in Nashville, if I can get a biomass remote job making a good amount of money, I'll leave Nashville.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

Just so I can be in the midst of everything. Because sometimes getting down there all the time, it's just not black.

SPEAKER_04

And we're not talking about Broadway. We're not we're we're talking about we're talking about black Nashville, just so y'all know. Black Black Nashville. We're not talking about Broadway downtown, we're talking about black West Nashville. Um shout out to Fist, the TSU, um, the Tennessee State University, um, what up, Maharry and American Baptist College. Yep. Um going forward, um what is in Ashley's Corner this week, babe?

SPEAKER_08

Okay. So peace of mind is everything.

SPEAKER_03

Yes.

SPEAKER_08

As you guys know, and maybe you figured it out. Right now I'm not working. Um when I when I'm able to go into the situation, I will, but as of right now, I cannot. But ever since I left that job, I've lost weight, I've lost a few pounds, I've lost some inches. Like people are telling me my own mother is like, you are glowing different, you are more peaceful. I don't do I hate how things were done, and do I hate like you know, not working and having my own income? Yes, but overall, this piece, it looks amazing on me. So I tell you, sometimes whether you want to walk away or you know, God strips you away, and the universe is like, all right, you ain't finna move, I'm finna shake this shit up. And you get plucked out of a certain situation, or a person gets removed out of your life, or somebody comes into your life, or opportunity that you didn't expect comes into your life, it's all for a reason. And when you get taken out of those stressful situations, it is such a difference. Like my skin hasn't been this clear since I've worked this job. So I love my glow. I do.

SPEAKER_04

I was just about to say that. I was like, your skin is looking flawless. And you know, that's a job will do that to you. A job that you first of all hate going into getting stressed out because listen, stress brings on a lot of symptoms. A lot of symptoms, and it can kill you. Stress can give you high cholesterol, high blood pressure, give you a heart attack, give you a fucking stroke.

SPEAKER_08

And it's more and more people our age that are getting heart, having heart attacks, having strokes, dying.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

Ain't no job worth none of that shit.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Ain't no job worth. And I'll and and I'll say that again. Ain't I would say this. If you are working at a job that stresses you the fuck out, I would say pay off all your bills for two, three months. Like just pay that shit in advance and leave that motherfucker. If you have the type of job that where you can pay your bills for like four or five months in advance, do that shit and quit. Get your PTO, get all of your sick time and leave that motherfucker. Because let me tell you something. Once you start developing a sickness or some issues with your body, your health, and your doctor or your primary doctor starts to ask you, Well, what's going on? Well, it's just work. Girl, leave that fucking job. Fuck that.

SPEAKER_08

Some of that shit is not reversible, and I will be fully, yeah. I'm sitting here trying to build my little Amazon cart to give me some more shits. But I done walked my little shoes out. I'm like, okay, I feel I'm losing the R support, and I have plant, I have flat feet, and I have some oh no, bitch. I'm like, I found these cute little Nordivates, the little $60 walk and run, and I'm like, okay. But no, like I'm just gonna be up front with y'all. Um I've developed an autoimmune disease working at that job last year. I was so stressed. Nobody on either side of my family has this. Nobody. Like typical black American family, I'm like genetically prone. Not even so much as my weight. Granted, I've been skinnier in the past and shit, but even when I was younger at my skinniest weight, I'm talking under 200 pounds in college. They're like, oh yeah, you're you're genetically, you're gonna have high blood pressure. And that's not necessarily genetic, I think that's epigenetic, just the stress of being. But when I'll never forget, and I was telling TJ, I was my left leg was in pain all day. And it came out of nowhere. It just was a big black little spot. Then it spread it, spread across my entire upper thigh, like the upper half of my leg. And when I tell y'all, it turned so black and it hardened. It felt like I had elephant skin. And no, I tried three or four different creams. I finally my friend was like, you need to go to my estheticius, make an appointment. They ran test after test. I have a chunk out of my leg. They did two skin grafts, blood work. I went all these tests, and when I find they was like, Oh, you have morphia. Which morphia is the lesser of the two evils, evils versus scleroderma. Because scleroderma, and I'm probably saying that wrong, but scleroderma, it affects the organs, organ failure. And you know, with me, I've already had a cancer scare before, so I was just like, Lord, please. But everything checked out, so I have morphia. Okay, there's no rhyme of reason, it has nothing to do with health, it has nothing to do with weight. And again, no one on either side of my family has this. My literally, that lady looked at me in my face and she said, Honey, this was stress-induced. And at the time, my it was so bad last year. So having a I remember. You remember? Yeah, I remember out of pocket and finally find something that works. So I know it sounds crazy, but all natural coconut oil and goat milk have helped my legs tremendously, and every so often. I try now, it's like I do maybe once or twice a year, but I get 25 steroid shots in my legs. And the shit fucking hurts. And I come out of pocket, but you know what? I don't complain because I think God is better. But now it's like, okay, if I feel that stress coming out, I'm finna go on a walk. I'm not gonna overeat. I've been practicing EFT tapping. Like, all right, calm down. I um, you know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_03

Yes, yes.

SPEAKER_08

On my sneakers, go on a walk.

SPEAKER_03

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_08

I done got to where, you know, all right, why is this stressing me and who do I need to talk to?

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_08

Now I'm gonna use my mouth shocking because what you're not finna do is kill me.

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_08

And I really feel like with black women, especially autoimmune diseases come from not telling people to shut the fuck up.

SPEAKER_04

That part.

SPEAKER_08

Not and not again, I'm not a doctor, I'm not a holistic doctor. I'm not saying like also because sometimes shit is medical, sometimes things happen, but and and things can be environmental too. So if you live in a place with no sunshine, no grass, you know what I'm saying? But I truly feel like the bulk of them autoimmune diseases, especially in women and black women in particular, I don't give a fuck if you see me as aggressive, if you see me as mean, as oh, you know, people don't like that. That's not f it rage is feminine.

SPEAKER_04

Who are the people that don't like it?

SPEAKER_08

Well, you know, men or the pick mishas or the older generations or white people. I don't give a damn.

SPEAKER_04

No, that that I was I was I was that was I was like saying, like, oh, well, who are the people that don't like it? Oh, okay. The usual suspects.

SPEAKER_08

Oh, hi. But no, so y'all taking that active step and like I've just noticed just in the last week, like it's two or three things I've worn, and I'm like, oh, this is looser. Okay, bitch. Let me keep going. Let me say no to that butt cake. Let me say no to that insomnia cookie. I don't I don't need that shit.

SPEAKER_04

No to the insomnia cookie. I mean, I have to I might have to get one. I have to get one.

SPEAKER_08

I well, I was gonna order something, but I was just like, nah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

I I I decided, I'm like, let me just um eat this two little grumfruits and sit on down.

SPEAKER_00

There you go.

SPEAKER_08

Every once in a while, like, all right now, I'm I'm finna indulge, but Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I mean, it's okay to indulge in a little good old sweet street. You know what I'm saying? Like, oh yeah. My thing is this. Like, if you're looking every damn day. I love sweets. My thing is this. If I have my iced coffee, I feel like I'm good, and I might have like a half of like a, I don't know, like a pumpkin bread or a banana bread or a like like a uh iced lemon loaf cake, you know, whatever. Um, or maybe just like a cookie. Like I like to, like, I've never been like a super like sweet person, you know what I'm saying? Like I've d like the sweets are okay, but I've never, unless it comes to like sweet potato pie, like when it comes to sweet potato pie, or if it comes to chocolate chip cookies, like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.

SPEAKER_08

Nothing better than the soft worn chocolate chip cookie, baby.

SPEAKER_04

Let me tell you something, or a glazed donut, and I mean glazed donut. Glazed. I mean the glaze is dripping. Baby, you're gonna get me every time. I'm gonna lose every fucking time. Those three right there, sweet potato pie, uh uh right out the oven chocolate chip cookie, or a glazed donut, extra glaze. You I'm gonna lose every time.

SPEAKER_08

A year ago, I know you're gonna be like this fat ass bitch. A year ago, my friend had like a kickback at her house.

SPEAKER_02

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_08

It was all girls. Yeah, it was kind of like a potler thing, and you know, we all black and brown, so we all trust what's going on in the next year.

SPEAKER_04

Hello. Hello.

SPEAKER_08

This one girl, she's just like, uh, she was so sweet. Um, she was a co-worker of my friend. So, you know, we were just all meeting or whatever. Well, I brought some brown butter chocolate chip cookies with top with my homemade toffee and chocolate chunks. I said, well, let me try one of them good old brown butter chocolate chip cookies with your homemade toffee and chocolate chunks, girl. TJ, she had just baked them. She made the dough, had it preset. She baked them at my friend's house. Oh, nigga.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, yeah. It would have been done. It would have been three or four of them.

SPEAKER_08

I ate about a good For. I said, let me tell you something. Well, you miss homemade brown butter, vanilla bean, paste. But I said, This is the best damn cookie in my life. Is this like, oh my God, I'm so glad you like it. I said, girl, I can kiss you. You better go on the way from me. That was the best cookie I ever had in my life. So you're right. And then it's just like, I think too, a lot of women, the older I'm getting, I understand why black women got don't touch my turtles, don't touch my chocolate. But it's just like now trying to be a little bit more health conscious, like, okay, diabetes runs heavy on my dad's side.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

I don't want to be walking around here, big mama yarn. You know what I'm saying? So it's it's like I'm trying to be more health conscious, Jesus, and find substitutes. Because sometimes, listen, give me that 10-piece uh lemon pepper wet with the bacon cheese French fry. Maybe once a month. But the other two nowadays, okay, let me bake this sweet potato, this broccoli, and and roast this chicken to sit my ass down.

SPEAKER_04

Or you could do other, like there's other options, right? When you get a cheeseburger, right? I I like my, I like, I like to like, in order to balance it, what I do, I say extra tomatoes, extra pickles. Um, I try to balance it out, right? If I know I'm gonna get a cheeseburger, I know I'm gonna have to get, I'm gonna have to balance that bitch out. Um, no lettuce, though. I don't really, because you know, especially now, I don't trust no fucking lettuce.

SPEAKER_08

I love lettuce cheeseburgers. I ain't doing that extra pickle, extra fucking tomato bitch. I ain't no salad. I want a bacon cheeseburger. I might wrap it in lettuce, you know, if I want.

SPEAKER_04

But I like, I like tomatoes. I love my tomatoes, I love my onions, I love my pickles on my burgers.

SPEAKER_08

Onions, yes.

SPEAKER_04

Yes.

SPEAKER_08

But see, okay, I have a controversial opinion. Tomatoes, if if you put a tomato or a motherfucking onion, uh no, I'm sorry, if you put a tomato on my burger or my motherfucking sandwich, I'm not eating it. It makes it so wet.

SPEAKER_03

I hate this bread.

SPEAKER_08

And then it's like, one time they gave me the wrong burger, it was the restaurant. First of all, the the fucking tomato was I said, listen, if you don't want me to click out, make this tomato burger out of my face. Please. Don't put if you want to ruin food for me, my my personal hell, put tomato or mayonnaise. I don't like tomato. Well, I like pastas and and sauces, but we know you don't like mayo.

SPEAKER_04

I know you don't like no mayonnaise based anything.

SPEAKER_08

Mayo based anything or a mayo sauce, a a chicken sauce. Bitch, I'm fucking Swiss cheese. I'm throwing off my clip. So what are you talking about? Someone had asked.

SPEAKER_04

When we went to um we went to that restaurant um before you went to uh see uh Deontay, um, Deontay Kyle, remember when that waitress was like, oh, do you want mayo? I said, no, she don't. She don't want no mayo.

SPEAKER_06

I just said, oh, uh-uh, bitch.

SPEAKER_04

I said, if you break her fucking, if you break her motherfucking burger out here and they got fucking mayo, she might tear this motherfucking place up. She said, What did she say?

SPEAKER_07

Am I really that mad?

SPEAKER_04

She said, uh-uh, uh-uh, no ma'am, no ma'am. Listen, I know damn well she don't like anything of mayonnaise based. See, I'm a condo.

SPEAKER_08

Don't give me no gum yum sauce. Don't give me no I don't want that shit. It's mayo ketchup and mustard mixed together. That's fucking nasty, bitch. And then you know, black folks when they eat eight food, it's smother than you. I don't want that shit.

SPEAKER_04

See, guys, for the people that are listening.

SPEAKER_08

Don't put that shit on my fish.

SPEAKER_04

For the people that are listening right now, Ashley does not like a lot of condiments. See, I'm a condiment nigga. Like, I'm all, like I gotta have something to dip my fries in. I gotta have at all fucking times. Don't hand me no motherfucking bag with no a bunch of fucking fries without no fucking condiments. Let me tell you something. I got to argue with five guys years ago because motherfuckers was like, let me tell you something. I went in there because I was the only thing that opened that closed at 10. I was like, everything else was closed. I said, let me go, let me bring my fat ass up in here. So I went in there, right? And uh the girl was like, hey, how you doing? I was like, yeah, I said, I know y'all closed in 30 minutes. And she was like, no, you're fine. I was like, can I just get a regular cheeseburger and then like a small fry? She's like, yeah. And I was like, and then like a small drink. She's like, yeah, $18. I said, bitch, $18? I said, okay, well, here you go. I said, because I'm hungry. So they fixed my burger and stuff like that. I said, hey, I was like, I don't see any like ketchup. I think all your ketchup stuff is out and stuff like that. And she was like, oh, she was like, okay, let me check. And I was like, yeah, bitch, I said, because I'm not gonna eat my fries without no damn ketchup or no barbecue sauce or nothing. She goes, oh yeah, they put all the condiments up. I said, excuse me. And she said, well, we can get them out for you. I said, yeah, let's do that.

SPEAKER_08

And she goes, like, for instance, if a fry is seasoned really good, I can, I don't have to have ketchup, but like typically, if I can't get ketchup, you know, with my other the only other thing I do like to eat with my fries.

SPEAKER_03

What?

SPEAKER_08

A couple like warm cheese sauce. I love cheese and potatoes, so I can do a cute little cheese sauce in the fry. Well, cheese good, but I see that. I can see that. Because I'm gonna get potato cheese and cheese sauces and stuff. Yeah, I'm or that and that's but crazy enough, I guess the only thing I like mayo-based is blue cheese dressing. But when my mama makes mine, she don't do mayonnaise. She makes her blue cheese with blue cheese, Greek yogurt, or sour cream and a little buttermilk and her seasonings. Cause she's like, I know this fool is not finna eat you damn skippy.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, yeah, she ain't finna eat nothing mayonnaise-based. Baby, let me tell you something. Don't go to Zaspys, don't go to Cain's, don't go to them.

SPEAKER_08

I wouldn't try it. Keep that sauce because I'm it's gonna go right in the trash. Oh, and can't, I fucking hate cane. First of all, them tenders taste like hot water. Why the hell you just got three items on the menu chicken tenders, toast, and fries. Why in the hell y'all don't got no bar? I I went to Cane's one time. She's like, oh, you want any sauce? I said, Yeah, y'all got barbecue. Oh, we don't got that. I said, Okay, Buffalo, we don't got that. I said, Ranch, we ain't got that. We just got one sauce. Why the hell did you tell me you only had one sauce three sauces ago? I don't want that shit.

SPEAKER_04

So now they're they got they have honey mustard, and I'm just like honey mustard tubes thing.

SPEAKER_08

Yuck.

SPEAKER_04

Let's move the fuck on.

SPEAKER_05

I can't do it. You making the people that like that love condiments upset, honey. She's helping they talk, they probably and what you gonna do about it?

SPEAKER_08

Because I said what I said.

SPEAKER_05

When I first met Ashley, I was like, oh yeah, I was like, yeah.

SPEAKER_08

You was like, baby, that's dry. And I said, mind your man, mind your business. She told me she's about to eat at TJ. That's gonna kill me. Was it um the first time we hung out, we went somewhere together, and you was like, that's a little dry.

SPEAKER_04

She looked at me and she said, I got this. I said, Oh shit. I said, Let me, okay, wait a minute.

SPEAKER_05

Stay over there. Stay over there.

SPEAKER_04

And then I knew from that, I was like, oh, she's definitely not a condiment person. And that's fine. That is fine. I said, just so we know, when I went when we look for restaurants, and when I look for restaurants, I'm like, I have to make sure, baby, they got barbecue sauce, they got ketchup. I said, because that's the only thing she's gonna eat, baby. That's the only thing the condiment wise is she's gonna eat. Because a lot of the restaurants down here, you know, in the south, they're they use a lot of mayo. They're mayonnaise-based sauces. So, yeah.

SPEAKER_08

Even the white barbecue sauce in Alabama. If you give me a fucking piece of barbecue rib, of grilled rib, and you're saying, because I was like, what is white gravy? What the hell is that? Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, it's meant.

SPEAKER_08

Oh, it's what, bitch.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, Lord. All right. Moving on from the condiment. I don't even know how we got on that, but hey.

SPEAKER_08

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_04

Shout out to Ari.

SPEAKER_08

Shout out to the bad gal.

SPEAKER_04

The bad guy. Um, getting into a little reality television, let me tell y'all something. If y'all are watching the new season of Real Housewives of Atlanta, my God, today. Ghetto. First of all, let me go to my little Chromebook, honey, my Chromebook Plus. Uh let me see. So season 17, season 17, um, I think it was an episode titled Highland Games and Explosive Claims. So at the end of that episode, Portia, the whole group is at a, uh, they're sitting there eating and everything like that. Long story short, Porsche and Shamia, Shamia asked a question, you know, talking about like how she wants to be around Portia's daughter, and like she heard like, you know, uh that Porsche would never like put her daughter around, like Shamia and her husband ever again. And so Shamia had questioned her, and Portia was like, yeah, like we just, you know, we're not there. So they started going back and forth. And baby, all of a sudden, Shamia said, Well, yeah, because your your mom tried to sleep with my dad. And I said, Oh shit. Oh, ooh. I said, wait a minute. I said, wait a minute. You could hear a let me tell you something, you can hear a pen fucking drop. That whole thing.

SPEAKER_08

You know.

SPEAKER_04

Shamia said, I am locked and fucking loaded. I have been locked and loaded for, and the thing about it is, I'm gonna I'm gonna tell y'all like this. Portia is the anchor of that show. Whether y'all like it or not, Portia Williams is the anchor for that show on the Real Hotspots of Atlanta as of now. Shamia has always been her friend, sidekick, her yes man, okay? Shamia has always defended Porsche. Here's the thing. Two things can be true. Portia is the anchor of the show, but Porsche also fucking lies. And we know she fucking lies because she sat there. And I feel like y'all niggas be forgetting that Portia had that whole lie on Candy and was like, well, Phaedra told me.

SPEAKER_08

Like what? And the lie was so bad, Phaedra got fired and was gone from reality. Exactly. Candy refused. Any motherfucker that sit up here and say 265 days a year. And the underground railroad was underground. Oh.

SPEAKER_04

Her grandfather was Hosea Williams. Like, this is okay, sorry. I'm sorry. But that that scene. Well, where's the where's the I mean I know one though, like, what, where, where's the train?

SPEAKER_08

Huh?

SPEAKER_04

Sweetie, we didn't even But this Porsche right here, listen, when she left Cordell, baby, Porsche got into being Porsche. We started seeing the real Porsche, okay? And when I tell you this scene, people are like, oh my God, like this. I'm like, guys, this is just a really good scene. The producer in me is like, this is a good ass scene because Shamia's tired. She's done trying to be, she's done being a yes man. And I feel like half of the ladies on that cast know that Porsche is the anchor and we have to like kind of side with her. But I don't like that, I don't like that the group gang it up on one person. That shit's not gonna work. The shit's not gonna work. The only person that left with Shamia was Kelly. Um, I don't like that shit. I don't like that shit. And I feel like next season, they they're gonna have to, I mean, because it's a good season. I will say it is a return to Real Housewives of Atlanta. But I'm gonna, I'm, I'll say this. If we come back next season and half of the girls are coming at Shamia, I'm like, Shamia, let me tell you something. I got some advice. Look them hoes, look them hoes in the face and say, okay, but I'm still rich, bitch.

SPEAKER_08

The only thing I sided with Portia on, I don't like you.

SPEAKER_02

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_08

And I know how you I know how you are. You think I'm gonna have a child around you? Because you're not gonna talk about me to my child. Why would I? No.

SPEAKER_04

And that's one of the that that's the situation where I'm like, yeah, like it's done. Like they done, they done take, they took that shit to hell. You you're not coming back. Like their friendship is over.

SPEAKER_08

You know, even just outside of the yes man conversation, let's just go through dynamic because I really feel like I don't know where Nene and um Marlo's friendship stands now, but it's just like you remember when Marlo became a cast member, then that's when Nene and Marlo started beefing. So I I literally drew the same parallel. I said, you know, Portia's not used to sharing the spotlight sharing the spotlight with women that have the same personalities as her, but she's never seen Shamia in this personality.

SPEAKER_04

There you go. And Shamia is one of those people that she's always been close to, and this was supposed to be this this was Porsche's thing. The royal house.

SPEAKER_08

Yes. And at one point, hell, I thought Shamia and Porsche was messing around.

SPEAKER_04

Hello.

SPEAKER_08

You know, Shamia, uh Portia.

SPEAKER_04

But see, let me tell you something. Shamia, if we're going off just, you know, the show and housewives and everything. Shamia is definitely a housewife. She has a husband, she has kids, and she lives in a fat ass mansion. So kudos to Shamia. She did that shit. Um, her husband loves her, so I'll say kudos to both of those women, the whole cast. Uh, I'm ready for the reunion because I feel like it's about to be real funny. I want to see how Kay Michelle reacts at the reunion to all this stuff. Um, Pinky always got a word, wanna preach to everybody about her finances. And, you know, you got to do this. You got to do this in business. Gotcha, Pinky. Hold on, slow down. Slow down. Let me write this shit down. Well, shout out to the whole cast of Real Housewives of Atlanta. We love you. We love all y'all ladies. Um, moving on, what we got going? Uh, we'll talk about that later. The Avengers Doomsday and the Odyssey. Um, let's go to let's go to Ryan Clark. ESPN, fuck you. Because here's the thing. Y'all, as these media conglomerates, right, uh try to switch to conservative ways and conservative conservative talking points, they fired, first of all, Ryan Clark already has his own his own thing with the pivot and everything like that. Proud of that man. But according to the athletic, um, this is a source, okay? A source. This is what a source is, Ish. Okay. Did you see that clip with Ish and Mark Lamont Hill?

SPEAKER_08

I did. Listen, I that I I don't see how people watch the Joe Budden podcast podcast.

SPEAKER_04

I'm just like Well, I I think I f I mean as a as a black man, I I find it kind of I find it kind of entertaining, especially when Mona is on there.

SPEAKER_08

When Mona's with Mona, that's it.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah. But that that that clip when him and Mark Lamont Hill were going back and forth, and Mark Lamont. First of all, Mark, calm down. Calm down. Like, it's okay. And I know that he's dealing with three, four niggas up in there, like, that are really not on his intellectual level. I get it.

SPEAKER_05

But at the same time, I that nigga said, it's not the source. And I'm like, Jesus Christ.

SPEAKER_04

Ish is talking about when you go on Google or when you go on any of the, you know, the browsing um websites, right? And you type something in, and then it says an AI overview. That is a combination of what AI put together. That is not a source. A source is going to an article from the New York Times, uh, NBC, CNBC, The Athletic, Vogue, New York, you know what I'm saying? That's a source. That is a fundamental source.

SPEAKER_08

I really want to Go ahead.

SPEAKER_04

Go ahead, babe.

SPEAKER_08

Jen on mute and older millennials to realize a lot of you niggas was children left behind too. Because what the fuck do you mean AI is a source? AI just pulled together a fucking recollection of everything that's on the topic and gave you this is what Oh my God.

SPEAKER_04

And I think I think why why Mark Lamar why Mark Lamont Hill got so mad because it wasn't sticking. Something wasn't connecting.

SPEAKER_08

Cause he's stupid. You know what? I'm gonna say something. I gotta we we we put a put in it, okay? And I'm not the smartest thing in the room. I said it with my words, I use the wrong words, but I would like to think I'm a very well-versed person. I normally read, I normally read articles, I normally read novels, books, autobiographies, history. Like I love learning. But that is a microcosm of what it's like as a woman in general, but as a black woman having to deal with black male kind of parts as a whole, a lot of these niggas be remedial. One thing I always do, especially when I make it to a date with a dude, a date with a dude, and it, you know, it's not so often, but I'm like, hey, can you read this to me? What's a date did you make? Matter of fact, how long was the bus you rolled on?

SPEAKER_04

You know they have videos of people going up and say, hey, read this paragraph for me. And people are sitting there in the fucking comments. You know exactly what the fuck I'm talking about.

SPEAKER_08

I've seen people in videos, like literally, essence, the one of the words was um solicited.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

So this ain't no real word. I'm half you niggas that get arrested, y'all should know these words, especially in a lot of these words beyond y'all police reports. Are you not reading your police reports? Stop. I was just like, every time I see the video the videos, especially when I see black people in them, I'm like, turn this shit off. Let me scroll.

SPEAKER_04

Because they be in the comments talking about laughing and doing that, like, yeah, it's funny, but it's also fucking scary. Because then you have to think about how many, if it's five or six of them in that motherfucking video, saying, I don't know what that is. And the word says analyst. You talk about you mean you you talking about anal, analyst, analyst.

SPEAKER_08

I literally, one video was so bad, I looked up at the sky, I said Whitney Houston, these the children of our future you were singing about. It can't be. I'm like, Whitney, you know I love you, Auntie Nippy. I do, but this these can't be the same. I don't even children. It can't be. It cannot be the greatest love of all because here's the thing. While we're sitting here and people think shit is so funny, they laugh themselves into being banned from education. In this administration, they are making it harder and hard in the state of Tennessee right now, which is right the lowest. They approved the vote to have funding for public schools, which are already short, to go for certain students, aka white students, to go to the charter school of their choices. How is that fair? Especially when I look at it, even from a clerks standpoint, Clarkson really don't even have that many have any charter schools. So that's gonna be for all the rich white kids. You're absorbing funding from already poor, broken schools that don't have the programs, the books, the supplies that are fucking needed. So let's just make all the black and brown kids factory workers and slaves again. Because they can't fucking read or tell time. And if you can't read until time, nine out of ten, you can't count money either. So you don't know how you're being played. That's how they got a lot of us with that Bible at first. Y'all use AI together.

SPEAKER_04

Wake it up, sis. Wake it up.

SPEAKER_08

Use AI to make fake pictures and trash ass songs, but you won't use AI to look up the definition of this word that you just signed your life away to a recording contract. Like we can laugh ourselves, all this shit is funny. It's not that deep.

SPEAKER_04

It's it's scary.

SPEAKER_08

You have it's not so deep your ass into the movie Idiocracy. That's what we're heading to.

SPEAKER_04

It is scary as fuck because I have seen so many videos and they will be like laughing and people will be like, I don't know that word. What the fuck is that? I don't know that word. It is very like when we go out, when me and you go out, right? When we open open that door, I get in my car and I go to work. I see it every let me tell you something. I see it all the fucking time. I said, hey, read, I said, read this. What is that? That's that's why I asked you to read it. Oh, well, I'm just gonna hit accept.

SPEAKER_08

I told you about that social experiment I did in college. Was it you or Dotting? I can't remember which show. I think it was.

SPEAKER_04

I think, I think, I think you might have you might have said it on Sisters and Singh. I think.

SPEAKER_08

We am I was in my um, I have a minor in psychology. My psychology professor, he said it was, I forget what the what the uh it was a law or something, but we sat out in the student uh the student building and we sat at like the bottom floor where people were passing to go eat lunch in the cafeteria or whatever. And we had a petition. It said, do you want to ban what was it? Dihydrogen monoxide, which is I think is the long form name of H2O. Hydrogen monoxide. Or is it dihydrogen or hydro? I think it was hydrogen monoxide. H2O. Two hydrogen molecules and one oxygen molecule. Do you know we have 400 signatures in four hours? I believe that after they signed, I'm like, you know what you just signed for, right? We're helping you to you didn't even read it. You said you wanted to ban water on this canvas, which includes the dorms. What? Yeah. Crickets. And we did that social experiment back in 2013 or 14. I can't remember.

SPEAKER_04

George Bush, you need your motherfucking ass beat. And I say that again. George Bush, you need and it and it not even not even George W. Bush because it started, it started it started long, long ago.

SPEAKER_08

It started long ago, but for us, that shit started with fucking ringing when he was brought bringing in crack.

SPEAKER_04

There you go. Period. And sit people want to sit up here. Well, how the how the fuck did they get the crack? How did they get how did they get the crack in these cities? Oh, well, you know.

SPEAKER_08

Niggas didn't teach themselves how to make crack.

SPEAKER_04

Hello.

SPEAKER_08

Anything that's bad for niggas, we didn't teach ourselves how to do that.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you.

SPEAKER_08

Meanwhile, y'all sitting there at USC, um, and what's the other school in California? Y'all sitting there experimenting with crack and shit on monkeys, and oh, y'all giving us shit that's banned in other countries to experiment with. Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_02

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_08

But y'all don't want to give people health care, but you give them access to crack and fentanyl.

SPEAKER_04

They don't want to give people health care, universal health care, but they we can send billions and billions to another fucking country that does have universal health care.

SPEAKER_01

But anywho, that's the show touch on I'm done.

SPEAKER_04

Um, according to the athletic, um ESPN cuts ties with NFL analyst Ryan Clark. Wider layoffs expected Tuesday. So basically, ESPN has cut ties with NFL. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Sources briefed on the move told the athletic. Clark was on ESPN's NFL Live on Monday. He was informed of the decision during the show, said the sources, speaking on the condition of uh a nominee to discuss a sensitive matter. Clark did not finish the program. So what the fuck ESPN did, they fired him mid-show.

SPEAKER_08

In the middle of a show.

SPEAKER_04

In the middle of the show. They did that so it wouldn't leak out to the press. Now, here's the thing when you fire someone and then you use clips of that person all fucking day.

SPEAKER_08

Crazy work. That's kind of like what they did to Don Lemon. And he said that.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. So um ESPN and his sister platform, NFL Network, are expected to have more layoffs Tuesday as part of broader cuts at their parent company, Disney. Uh that was supposed to be okay. You did not put that right. Okay. Who's doing the writing over here? Um, I'll read that again. ESPN and his sister platform, NFL Network, are expected to have more layoffs Tuesday as part of broader cuts at their parent company, Disney. There are expected to be a small number of layoffs of on-air personalities based on uh based at ESPN headquarters in Bristol, Connecticut, of course, as well as a large, a larger number of employees both on and off the air from NFL Network. ESPN acquired NFL Network and other assets in February, which gave the NFL a 10% stake in ESPN and a deal valued at around $3 billion. I find it so funny that they fired Ryan Clark, the same person that gave those shows an Emmy.

SPEAKER_08

Like a time.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Oh, most of the time. Yeah. Most of the time we get punished for doing our fucking job to the point where everyone's like, well, why is he doing such a good job? And we're always the ones that's getting fucking punished. So I wanted to bring it here because I went and I looked up Tim Tebow. Um, what is this? I don't want that. Give me back. Tim Tebow scores new ESPN deal amid ongoing mass layoffs. Tebow's extension keeps him on SEC Nation and other ESPN programming at several as several prominent former NFL players leave the network. It is a multi-million dollar deal that he just signed. So basically, what's happening at ESPN, they're basically getting rid of niggas. And anybody that has a liberal media is starting to whiten again. There you go. There you go.

SPEAKER_08

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_04

You said it. They're getting rid of anyone that is liberal, a nigga, or has the balls to say whatever the fuck they want to say on air.

SPEAKER_07

Yes.

SPEAKER_04

And you know what? Here's the thing. Ryan Clark, born October 12th, 1979, all right? Um, had an amazing college career, New York Giants, um, Washington Redskins, um, Pittsburgh Steelers, had an amazing, he knows what the fuck he's talking about when it comes to sports. He's one of the best sports analysts I've ever, ever heard. Speaking about players on the players' behalf, all of that. Shout out to Ryan, uh Ryan Clark.

SPEAKER_08

Shout out to Ryan Clark.

SPEAKER_04

Um, so he was hired by ESPN, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Podcasting on July 2021, Clark and former UFC heavyweight and light heavyweight champion Daniel uh Daniel Corner Cornner began hosting the weekly MMA podcast, DC and RC on ESPN. So no longer with ESPN, but in 2022, Ryan partnered with Shots Podcast Network. Shout out to Shots. Um, hey, maybe we should um Shots, why don't you uh reach out over here? Um partnered with Shots Podcast Network to create the Pivot Podcast with his friends and retired NFL players, Fred Taylor and Channing Crowder, which the pivot has grown so much.

SPEAKER_07

It has.

SPEAKER_04

It has grown so much. So when we were talking about independent media companies, right? Independent black media companies, shout out to Don Lemon, shout out to Jason Lee, shout out to the pivot, shout out to all of these networks because these media networks are creating their own fucking table. And that's what Ryan Clark is doing. So I know better things are coming to um Ryan and his family. So shout out to him. Um but yeah, ESPN, it's it's it's fuck you. Because you know exactly what you're trying to do. And that goes for all media uh conglomerates. Like, we're not gonna sit and watch that shit, that bland ass shit that y'all are trying to do. We don't give a fuck. We don't, we really don't care.

SPEAKER_08

But it'd be so interesting the black people that they keep though, because you, you know. Yeah, kept Stephen A. Smith though.

SPEAKER_04

Because he's he's he's he's part of the he's part of their um their clan. And that's all I'm gonna say about that.

SPEAKER_08

Look, in in in the words of a shauty on Proud Family, all right, faux head.

SPEAKER_04

Wrong answer, faux head.

SPEAKER_07

Right, wrong answer, faux head.

SPEAKER_04

Uh shout out to Ryan Clark in the Pivot Podcast. Um, next up, let's talk about Streaming University. We've seen the clips. We we've seen the clips, we've seen the the uh Plaque Boy Max, we've seen Wardrobe, we've seen all of these streamers come together. Now, here's the thing. Um, we're talking about CasaNet, right? Uh Casa Net. This is from Afrotech, by the way. Um Casa Net says Streamer University, which started off as an idea, is now a franchise that's heading to Europe. So the next streamer, I don't know why Europe next year, but I I don't know. I I sounds a little And that's strictly for the whites. Yeah, I don't I when he when they announced that and when he put that on his Instagram, I'm like, why the fuck Europe? Why can't you take this shit?

SPEAKER_08

So is he taking niggas to Europe or is he finding European popular streamers because Maybe he's finding black European ship TJ, stop being optimistic, please.

SPEAKER_04

I don't know why that nigga is to go into Europe next year. I don't. Because the last two have been here in the United States. The first one I think was in um he said Streamer University is going to get bigger and better. Well, I I don't. Anyways, last year Streamer University garnered 27 million hours of viewing on Twitch. That damn Twitch, I tell you, according to Tech Times. In 2026, Streamer University returned with millions tuning in again per the outlet. It was a six-day creator boot camp that took place at Hendricks College in Conway, Arkansas, closing on July 20th with a live streamed awards ceremony. Creators were invited to apply for the following tiers: student, professor, and club director. So Lizzo was a professor. Um I think a couple other people were professors, uh, and then the students, of course, I named some of them uh Wardrobe, uh Plaque Boy Max, um, and then Sky Jackson. Yes. Yeah, shout out to Sky. Shout out to Sky Jackson. She's been through a lot.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, pack up.

SPEAKER_07

Don't forget about the club behind you.

SPEAKER_04

Oh my God, I'm done. Um, but yeah, I mean, listen, this year's professors included again, Louie Lizzo, agent. I don't even know who that person is. Club directors included T Pain. Okay, T-Pain was there. Okay, cool, cool, cool, cool. Um, but yeah, I mean, honestly, I'm I'm still confused about why they're going to Europe next year, but that ain't that ain't none of my business. Uh, shout out to all the the streamers that, you know, got the education to stream better and just shout out to Streamer University. There you go. That's all I'm gonna say. I'm gonna but also shout out to the young creators, like the young creators that actually, I know there was an older black lady at Streamer University, and I know that she was really learning on how to stream her content. And let me, damn it, I want to find her. Hold on. It was an older black lady, um, let me maybe I can type that in. Older black lady black woman at streaming university.

SPEAKER_03

Let me see what we do.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, so she goes by I Love Puzzles. A fifty-six uh fifty-six-year-old participant named I Love Puzzles gained attention at Kaisinet Streamer University after isolating herself out of social pressure. Kai Sonet discovered she had not left her room or eaten because other students were banging on her door and making her feel uncomfortable.

SPEAKER_07

Um terrible.

SPEAKER_04

Kaicinette found out about her situation, checked on her, and stepped in to make sure that she was taken care of.

SPEAKER_08

Oh, listen. I do, I do, I can appreciate that.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. I mean, listen, Kasinette is young. All of these, listen, Kysinet is young. He's still, you know, understanding, he's growing, he's learning, all of that. You know, to a lot of these streamers, I feel like when they hit a certain age, it's like, okay, I can't be doing the same shit that I did at 21 or 22. You know what I'm saying? So shout out to that, you know, that beautiful black lady. Um, I love puzzles. I think she won an award as well at the uh Streamer University's award uh ceremony. It's it's uh it's six days.

SPEAKER_08

Okay. Yeah, yeah. What I will say is this.

SPEAKER_03

Go ahead.

SPEAKER_08

I give, I am proud of Kaisinet. That is a young black creative. Like I love, I'm not a big fan of streaming. I don't get it as a millennial. That's right. I feel like living in a surveillance state will gear more to however, like you said earlier, two things can be right at the same time. These young black creators have carved out a lane for themselves. So I love like Cassinette. I love speed. Like those are the two that I think of that's really doing a narrative face that do positive things with it. Cause I can respect Kai's like, okay, I'm gonna teach you and I'm gonna show you how to stream and give you tips. Or speed, like, I want to see how black people live in this country and doing all these cool things, getting commercials. I can appreciate that. So I do want to congratulate those young black men.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. I do. Yeah, and uh, you know, you could sit there and say, oh, well, you know, what is this for the day? But at the at the end of the day, Kaisinet, he created something for streamers to come and learn and educate themselves and you know, for them to to to educate their own or their family, you know, because at the end of the day, and we've had conversations about it, right? Streaming has its cons, but it also has its pros.

SPEAKER_08

And it's just you know, this is what the young people like.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah. And I just couldn't do it. I think as millennials, as like me and you, that shit, like that, that would, I couldn't do it. Like that, oh my god.

SPEAKER_07

I'm about to take a dunk and make some lama noodles, chat. If you don't turn a fucking camera off, hey chat, I'm at the club, finna get twerked on. What?

SPEAKER_04

I just think it's real for me. There is a level of kind of like danger when you have someone videotaping your whole life and you're walking up on random people. Because I'm gonna tell you like this certain people don't give a fuck about you or your fucking cameraman. So be to the people that are streaming, if you're listening to this podcast and you have a little brother, little sister that is getting into streaming, please just let them know, like, hey, there are areas that you might not be able to go to or you shouldn't go to with your cameraman or yourself. I just seen a video where this dude was streaming and this dude grabbed his fucking camera from the cameraman and was like, uh, hey, chat, what the fuck it is, chat, and broke his fucking camera. So you have to, you have to be very careful where you stream, and don't stream your whole life.

SPEAKER_08

And you have to be considered at others too, because not everybody acts as to be in that shit. And then it's just like, it gives a Black Mirror episode. There's an episode of Black Mirror where uh I can't remember the specifics, but I remember you could rewind in your memories and replay memories for like law enforcement or your wife.

SPEAKER_00

So it's just like Be careful.

SPEAKER_08

Let me see what DDG is doing on we'll see what DDG was doing or or this stream was doing on November the 2nd at 8 o'clock p.m. Because that like I've and I kind of feel like I in the next 10 to 20 years, I would love to see the repercussions of what constant streaming and watching other people's lives, what it does to them. Because I mean, look at now, we're getting those documentaries and tell all books of John and John and Kate plus 8's son and all these kids that was forced to be on YouTube's or reality shows and all that shit.

SPEAKER_00

You're right.

SPEAKER_08

Well, I can't wait to see the next wave of that, okay, 10 to 20 years when you're 30 and 40 and shit's not funny anymore. Or if streaming goes out of style completely, how's that gonna affect your mental health? I mean you do is for a camera. Who's to say you turn that camera off one, two hours or the one or two days, and you you don't even know how to not be you that's not in front of a camera.

SPEAKER_04

There you go. Say that again. Say it again.

SPEAKER_08

I don't know how to not be you that's not in front of a camera.

SPEAKER_04

There you go. And that's really honestly, that's how they got Chud the Builder. Chud the fairy, I mean. Um it's just, you know, he was he was streaming. He was on Twitch, on these what and they gave it up. They gave that information to the authorities. So I don't know. I just I feel like congratulations to all the streamers. But what I'm saying is there is a balance. There's a lot of pros to it, but there are there's also a lot of cons. So if you are a streamer out there, you listen to this podcast, or if you have a family member that wants to go into streaming, just let them know. Like, hey, you don't, you can stream, you can stream a couple of hours, but don't stream your whole fucking life. Because at the end of the day, like, you don't want to look back and be like, damn, what the fuck was I doing at 2 a.m.? Like, why did I do that? Or why did I do that, you know, months ago at 4 a.m.? Like, what was I thinking? And you don't want to be in a situation where you don't know how to not act like a normal, or not, I don't even want to say normal because none of us are normal really, but act like a sensible human being, right? You know, when that camera is turned off, like what do I do now? Like, do I have conversations? Do I have like what do I do? Like, you have to have your personality. There is a personality that you have for streaming, but it's also it's like, okay, okay, if it's just, yeah, man, I just it's a lot. And I and I feel like I really want to sit down and have a conversation with a streamer one of these days, me and Ashley. I know it's gonna happen. I just want to sit down and have a conversation, like, well, how do you uh deif uh de infrared uh fuck that word up? But uh how do you balance between being you and being someone that streams? So because I know a lot of streamers have their own, you know, nicknames and stuff like that. So yeah, um again, con congratulations to uh Costanet and Streamer University um and for the you know first two years that it was there. So yeah. Moving on. All right, friend. Let's talk about it. I know all right, so first I want to start off with this. According to people, Nolan Wells, a close friend, breaks silence on what he saw hours before the teen died. First of all, Warren, why the fuck are you not talking to the police? Why are you going on fucking podcasts anyways? See, this is what the fuck I be talking about. You ain't said shit to the Police, because none of y'all have. Y'all have all lawyered up for some reason. And my thing was this when I saw that photo, and then after that shit, y'all all lawyered up, y'all have something to do with it. Y'all know.

SPEAKER_07

Don't lawyer up like that.

SPEAKER_04

Like, you don't lawyer up a day after they find your supposed, you know, supposed uh best friend. And then you go on a, first of all, you go on this fucking podcast with this motherfucking raccoon. And I'm just like, I don't, I like that it's just, it's not. Listen, Ashley, four plus four is eight, right?

SPEAKER_02

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_04

Okay. Not four plus four is not seven, right?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Okay. So shit's not adding up. It's not adding up. Um, and I'm trying to figure out. On Tuesday, July 21st, Hudson appeared on a podcast with conservative commentator Brandon Tatum, known as the Officer Tatum, to discuss what he saw that day. The clip is just one part of the interview. You're doing interviews, you're trying to get paid, you're trying to change the fucking narrative, like you're doing this shit for clicks. And that's disgusting. It's fucking disgusting. It's fucking sick. And you and your family ought to be a fucking shamed of the shit that y'all are putting Nolan's family through. Because one of y'all had his phone. One of y'all had his phone when he died. And after he died. Because y'all were trying to erase the data. Y'all were trying to erase the data off of his Snapchat. Y'all are sick individuals. Like, like, for the people that are, the people that are even commenting, like, oh, I want to go watch it. Why the fuck would you watch this interview? Why? Why would you do that? I just don't understand. Like, they are black people. I need y'all motherfuckers. I need y'all to fucking wake up. I need y'all to wake up. All the black people that are sitting there saying, well, you know, sometimes, it ain't no sometimes, nigga. We do not live, and we have never lived in a post-racial society. I said that last podcast, uh, last episode, and I'm gonna say it again. We've never lived in a post-racial society. Get mad all you want, ain't me. I don't give a fuck. But it's right here. It's right here. Do you have um anything to say before I go into kind of like the medical examiners and all of that?

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, I um Yeah, something's not clean in the buttermilk, but it's just like I'm really trying hard to not be desensitized, but me and Diamond, we had a long, long conversation, yeah. Yes. And since you said medical examiner, I'm going to read to you what I have found. And to this bitch, you're gonna get your just too too. Um here it is, okay. This is I'm gonna shout out to Revolutionary Revolutionary News through 14. Stacey Turner, the chief medical examiner in Mississippi, needs to be investigated. In every case, she has ruled accidental, undetermined, or suicide involving black people needs to be re-examined immediately. Trey Reid was found hanging at Delta State College campus. She ruled his death a suicide, but an independent investigation ruled a homicide after discovering blunt force trauma and bruising all over his body. She ruled Nolan Wells' death of a drowning almost immediately after receiving his body. The Wells family has since requested an independent investigation, which they were granted that, and Colin Kaepernick paid to get his body transported, I think, to Washington, D.C. to do an independent investigation.

SPEAKER_04

Shout out to Colin Kaepernick.

SPEAKER_08

Shout out to Colin Kaepernick.

SPEAKER_04

We're gonna get into that after this, too. We're gonna get out into him and Jay-Z.

SPEAKER_08

Oh, for sure. She ruled Damian Cameron's death undetermined after a deadly confrontation with law enforcement left him with eternal neck bleeding. Shannon Wilson was embalmed without his family's permission, destroying all evidence that could have proven he was murdered. When I make posts about institutional racism, this is a shiny reminder of what it looks like. They call us racists for exposing their racism. Think about that, family. And again, that was I want to shout out to Revolutionary News 314. That's where I got this article from. And doing my own research as well, I read a few things about um Miss Stacy Fatback Turner on uh US Times and local Mississippi news outlets. And this is why I say that's what systemic racism fucking is. When the medical exam, because let's be clear, yeah, especially for you niggas who, oh, I don't see how black people are in Mississippi. Y'all love Mississippi last year when Senate was out. Mississippi is a black fucking state. The bulk of the state, the bulk of the people in the state of Mississippi are black. However, however, comma, when you got the medical examiners, the police officers, the judges, the lawyers, when you have the firefighters, when you have these motherfucking wardens in the jail, everybody works together to shit on you. That's systemic racism.

SPEAKER_04

Because the state within itself, you know, Jackson, all of that, that is mostly black. It is black, black, black, black. But the powers that be are controlled by white. Controlled by the white people. And there, I knew when she did the the first initial, you know, autopsy. I knew it was gonna be some bullshit. That picture was. She works with the police. She works with the the she works with everybody. She knows all of those people in that circle. They go to lunch together, they go to dinner, they have parties together.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, their children all grew up in the same schools together. And then to sit up there and say this boy had no organs in his fucking body.

SPEAKER_04

I was gonna get to that.

SPEAKER_08

And there were a few articles that said that that's a dispute. But again, black people are being hunted as we fucking speak. Lon Hartman, black business owner, almost got his body decapitated, his head decapitated from his body due to somebody due to a group of white men beating him up that severely. You have black people going to watch games, sporting events, going to different states on vacation, coming up.

SPEAKER_07

Festivals.

SPEAKER_08

Festivals, and nobody's saying a damn thing about it. Black people more than ever are drowning, and a lot of these drownings, coincidentally, which I don't believe anything is because this happened on July the 4th, the 200, the 250th birthday of the United States of America. And let me tell you something, black people, we're not, you can't hang yourself. Like you can hang yourself, but it's highly unlikely. And because ancestrally, that makes no sense to die, to commit suicide that way. And a lot of us are drowning and coming up. Y'all are sacrificing us, and again, y'all are using us for our organs.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

People that's nothing new.

SPEAKER_04

It's nothing new. It's been going on for years. It's been going on for centuries.

SPEAKER_07

Centuries. Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_04

People's like, well, it's been going, no, it's been going on for centuries. They have been harvesting our organs. They have been eating. They used to fucking eat us. What are you talking about? They used to eat us. And y'all sitting up here talking about, oh, well, you know, like, let me tell you something. My my let me tell you something. My right and my left hand up to the universe, you will never catch me being the only black person in a group of white people.

SPEAKER_06

Hell no.

SPEAKER_04

Never will you see if you let me tell you something. If y'all ever see me out and I'm with a group of white people, and I'm the only I want you to come and smack the shit out of me and take me, take me out.

SPEAKER_08

I'm not smacking the shit out of you. I'm getting my camera turning the flash on, because nigga, you clearly in the supper place. What?

SPEAKER_04

Because that picture, I didn't even have to, you know, we we had talked about it. And I told you, I said, oh, I already know what happened. I don't need anybody else to. I don't need no investigation. I know what happened. They were doing some, they were doing, they were doing a ritual. And I'm not saying allegedly because that they listen. Listen. Whatever they did out there, they they did it. They did it. Because how do you come on a boat? How do you come on a boat and not see your only black quote unquote friend? Two plus two is four. Not five. The shit ain't adding up. And then you go on a motherfucking podcast. But you ain't told the police shit. Huh. Speaking of telling the police or talking and going on podcasts and interviews, Nancy Grace is back. She's on the motherfucking scene. Um, with that being said.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, I'm back in the motherfucking house. First of all, let me tell you something. When I saw that teased, blonde, blunt, Bob, that listen.

SPEAKER_04

It's on and popping. It's on and fucking popping.

SPEAKER_08

I called TJ yesterday. My favorite daisy-based video in history. You're going to jail. You're going to jail. Lock his ass up. Lock his ass up. Somebody's going to. And let me tell you something. We swap Nancy, and we're talking the golden age of CNN. So your Roland Martins, your Rachel Meadows, your Nancy Grace's, your Anderson Cooper, baby. Let me tell something. That white woman in that chair, I remember her covering Casey Anthony in real fucking time. Casey Anthony can't even fart loud without Nancy Green. Like, yeah, bitch, you killed your child. I know you didn't. Please.

SPEAKER_04

She ain't had a day of, she hasn't had a day of the city.

SPEAKER_08

But Nancy Grace, she finna put them pieces together. Cause let's not act like this lady wasn't a prosecute her, okay? For her to, because she's been on YouTube, she's been doing her thing, but for her to make that statement and to come back to the forefront like she did and basically come out of like, oh yeah, bitch. Every millennial knew. Oh, y'all don't know Nancy Grace for real.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. According to the uh according to Huff Post, um, another source, by the way, uh Nancy Grace is on the Nolan Wells case, and that and that actually might change things. Hours after the Mississippi team was laid to rest, the former prosecutor asked Syrian questions about how police stop. What are we doing? See, uh-uh, go to sleep. Sorry, y'all. I'm talking on my phone. Um asked Syrian questions about how police are handling his death and her massive platform could turn up the pressure. For decades now, we have all seen the highly tensed hair, the highly teased hair and take no stuff attitude from Nancy Gray's former prosecutor turned television star who has been known to question authorities on high-profile cases when she feels the facts aren't adding up. Although this has gotten her in hot water from time to time, her ability, her ability to garner national attention for smaller yet social significant cases and keep them at the top of the headlines doesn't go unnoticed. And this is why her vocal skepticism of the investigation of Nolan Will's death might help us finally find out the truth. Baby, the girls were shaking.

SPEAKER_05

When I say the whole state of Mississippi said, bitch, what is good, what the fuck, what the fuck, what the fuck, what the fuck?

SPEAKER_04

Baby, heads turning.

SPEAKER_08

Heads are room. Heads are room. She stopped playing with the girls.

SPEAKER_04

Because she knows this shit doesn't make sense.

SPEAKER_08

And she knows her people.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Of course. She asks, I forgot, it was a black gentleman on her show, and he was trying to tell her.

SPEAKER_07

Because she had Ben Crump on.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it wasn't Ben Crump. It was another black gentleman. But it he was like trying to explain like Life 360 and the iPhone. And she was like, Well, I would say, you know, Apple and the, you know, Life 360, they're gonna, they're gonna send you some things on those stats. She said, but, you know, we're talking about digital footprint here. And he kept talking. She goes, Oh my God, oh my God, I'm hearing something, and it's it's you.

SPEAKER_06

Cut shell.

SPEAKER_05

Cut the cut the camera.

unknown

Cut the fucking camera.

SPEAKER_04

She said, What is going on? Because this family needs answers, and they're not getting answers. Baby.

SPEAKER_08

And speaking of Nolan Wells, I couldn't bring myself to watch the full funeral and to hear and see his parents cry. I just couldn't. I watched part of Al, um, the Reverend Al Sharpton speech, and it's pretty powerful moving speech. Um It basically gave off, if you know you know, speaking in Colds. Um, I really feel feel like with the resurgence of you know the green books and things that we used to do as a people in secret, we need to start by speaking in cold more in public settings.

SPEAKER_04

Hey, quiet on the creek. How about that? Quiet on the motherfucking creek. And when we say that, we stop. Niggas. Niggas. If you see another nigga explaining A-A-B-E to someone that is not black, pull their asses aside and be like, what the fuck is you doing?

SPEAKER_08

That's all I'm gonna do. I'm gonna just throw something in there. What you doing?

SPEAKER_04

That was. We don't do that. Harriet, let me tell you something. Harriet would have shot y'all. She would have shot y'all. I'm telling you. She would have shot the dog shit out of y'all for real.

SPEAKER_08

Nah, she would have left them niggas underground.

SPEAKER_04

Listen, she would have hello. Big Tubman did not play games at all.

SPEAKER_08

Listen. Y'all did you call her?

SPEAKER_04

Big Tubman.

unknown

Bitch.

SPEAKER_08

My BT.

SPEAKER_04

She's listen. That's the one right there, baby. Stop playing with her. Legendary.

SPEAKER_07

You think I'm motherfucking playing? All right.

SPEAKER_08

Let a nigga try me. Oh, I know she just ruthless.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, yeah, most definitely. Most definitely. Her. Oh my God, yes. Because what are we doing? It's everybody's culture. No, it's not. Everybody can have their own.

SPEAKER_08

A typical American vernacular. They're trying to rename. Hold on, what was the alternative name for A V A A V E? And it when I say it pissed me off so damn bad. Of course.

SPEAKER_04

Of course it did. Did it say alternative?

SPEAKER_08

So A A B E the name is it stands for African American vernacular English. Right? I'm gonna take time because baby ain't got time.

SPEAKER_06

Okay. Okay. A A B E.

SPEAKER_04

I bet you're gonna have a bunch of videos.

SPEAKER_08

Oh yeah. Now they're trying to name it alternative and typical versions of English. No hell. It is African American vernacular. African American vernacular English.

SPEAKER_04

I'm just so like. And to the people that are listening to this podcast, especially if you are Gen Z, these people are not your motherfucking friends.

SPEAKER_07

No.

SPEAKER_04

They're not your fucking friends. Stop explaining black culture to these motherfuckers. Stop. We have a code. They have a code.

SPEAKER_08

We used to. They these new kids don't know about no damn code.

SPEAKER_04

Because they think everybody is their friend and they think everybody can use the word nigga. Like, no, nigga. No. They can't say that. It's like that viral video of uh them Hispanic dudes. They were like, we're gonna teach you guys other words to not say, you know, other than an N-word. And then at the end of the fucking video, they say, oh, what up, nigga? You know, everybody wants to be a nigga until it's time to be a fucking nigga. And that rangs true today as years ago. Many, many years ago. Everybody wants to be. Everybody wants to be a nigga until it's time to be a nigga. Because you can be a rich nigga, you can be a taken care of nigga. You can be you can be anything you want to be, but guess what? You always gonna be a nigga in the eyes of them. And speaking of always being a nigga, Jay-Z, I don't know what the fuck you've been on lately, but you yourself honey. I don't know what the fuck you've been on lately. But this shit is ridiculous. This shit is it, it is, it is to the point where you are a billionaire. You are going on stage talking shit, trying to be funny about Colin Kaepernick. Oh, well, you know he signed it. Yes, nigga, but guess what Colin Kaepernick is doing? Because we didn't hear anything about Jay-Z paying for no funeral or even being involved. So my thing is this. You had your vinyl at Target and everything like that. And I know I'm not ever gonna be a part of Rock Nation. I don't give a fuck. Because at this point, the niggas that are part of Rock Nation, I just, I can't understand. Even the dude that went on the Breakfast Club, he was talking about, yeah, it's like that old lady. He's like, shut the fuck up, bitch. It's like, oh, so you really not. It was a, it was a it was a clip on I think it was either the Breakfast Club or another, it was, I think it was Memphis Bleak or uh, yeah, he was saying, he was like Who's that? Memphis Bleak.

SPEAKER_08

I think that's one of who's that is oh, okay, I'm back on mute.

SPEAKER_04

But my thing is this, you have made millions and millions and millions of dollars. You used to be a fucking drug dealer. We all know you put it in your songs. 444 album was an amazing album. I cannot discredit that at all. I will never be able to discredit your fucking music. But you getting on that stage talking about Kaepernick like that, because, and then before that, your company, Rock Nation, y'all were sending shit to the media talking about, you know, just negative views of him and his girlfriend. I think his fiance and then our wife.

SPEAKER_08

Uh, Nesta Villa.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. So what are we doing right now? Are you for the community? Are you for the culture? Are you just using like what are we doing?

SPEAKER_08

He's not. He's for his pockets. And it hurts me to say that, but it's the fucking truth.

SPEAKER_04

No, it's the truth. It most most black billionaires, him, Oprah. Um, it's just it doesn't make sense.

SPEAKER_08

Even Beyonce to a certain point. And I mean, we just gotta call the space.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, we got to. At this, at this point in time.

SPEAKER_08

It's yes, it's timeout for games because at the end of the day.

SPEAKER_04

Black kids, black teenagers, black, black people, black people are dying. Black people keep on, they keep they keep on saying that black people are killing themselves, being hunk from fucking trees, being hung from them. From trees. We all know that's a lie. We all know that's a lie. So at this point, I don't even know like our Malcolm X said it best itself. These are puppets. These are puppets. The actors, the the and y'all gonna listen to Malcolm X, because he was right.

SPEAKER_08

He was.

SPEAKER_04

You will see the real from the fake. You profit off of us, and then it's like, well no, but you're still a nigga, Jay. You're still a nigga. Because even you have to answer to someone at the NFL. You might be calling the shots when it comes to halftime, but the shit's gotta get approved. I just don't, I like that, that whole, like I hate what he just didn't have to do that. Like bringing up Kaepernick on stage, like, hell, you could have you could've had a five or six minute, you know, fucking rap about Drake, and we would have been like, okay, cool, whatever, you getting into that little whatever.

SPEAKER_08

But then to it just goes to show, like, you know, it's He don't like it.

SPEAKER_04

He don't like a protest. He does not like a fucking protest at all. Talking about you can't protest everything. We're not trying to protest everything. We're trying to hit certain pots.

SPEAKER_08

What if we protest you? I think my biggest thing I swear when niggas get money.

SPEAKER_04

When niggas get money, it's like they they just forget.

SPEAKER_08

Even you know, like I'm gonna leave that alone. I'm gonna leave that alone.

SPEAKER_04

We'll talk about it. We'll talk about it on the next podcast. But even Van Lathen, you know, on higher learning said that they were sending stories to TMZ about Colin Kaepernick trying to really scrutinize his image. So if he's saying that he was working at TMZ at the time, what does that tell us? What does that tell us as black people? What does that tell us? We can't trust these rich niggas at all. You sitting here, we're sitting here listening to people that have multimillion dollars, and we are trying to understand. Well, shit, why they not speaking up? Why they not speaking out? I know who is speaking out. Jennifer Lewis is. Shout out to her. Jennifer Lewis is.

SPEAKER_08

Yes, she is.

SPEAKER_04

Jennifer Lewis is. Shout out to her and her uh and um uh Maddie. Um to her on her on her podcast. That was some fun funny as hell.

SPEAKER_08

It was. It had a lot of real moments in it though.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it did. It did, it did.

SPEAKER_08

And I learned something new about Jennifer Lewis, like she was the one who developed the character for Effie. That was I didn't know that.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Oh, you didn't know that? You didn't know that?

unknown

Huh?

SPEAKER_04

You didn't know that?

SPEAKER_06

No.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Yeah. And she got paid. She got paid too.

SPEAKER_05

And listen, when she said that when she said that shit about Aretha, she said Aretha did not play about her fucking food. She said that plate. She said Aretha was like, she said that plate was packed. And she said, you know, I had to say something. She said, okay, Ray. She turned. You're ignorant, I swear. She turned back. Aretha Franklin said, you know. You are ignorant for Jennifer Lewis. She said, I don't know, but I knew I fucking knew what the fuck she was talking about. That was funny.

SPEAKER_04

That was. But shout out on a serious note. Shout out to the celebrities and the people that are actually speaking out and speaking up about Nolan and all these other cases about black people being killed, being murdered, because that's what it is. It's not a fucking suicide. They're being murdered. It's homicide. It just pisses me off. It pisses me off because you see these black people and you see these, these, these billionaires and these multimillionaires, and they, you know, it's like, well, you know, you could be, I don't want to be like that. I really don't. I don't. I don't want to be like that. Because what am I doing for my community? At the end of the day, if I have that money and I haven't built a bank, I haven't built any grocery stores, what are we doing? And I think that's why the veil is being like the veil, like we are actually seeing in fucking real time, Ashley, who we can trust and who is just there for the fucking money. Again, I hope I hope the Wills family gets some type of answer. I hope they get some type of peace. Um we have so many people on this case because shit is not adding up. It's not so again, um condolences and I hope, I hope you guys get justice. And we are we're we are going to continue to cover this each episode because we we need to we need to find out what is happening, what is going on, and we need answers. And if it's one person that I feel like can get it, between Don Lemon and Nancy Grace, baby, hey. Because Don Lemon, he is on listen, breaking news. Breaking news.

SPEAKER_08

Oh look. Wait, wait, what at that clip in? Yes. Hey, guys, look at this.

SPEAKER_04

Look at this.

SPEAKER_08

I would love to interview Don R with him one day. I love it.

SPEAKER_04

Don't hey, friend, we are. It's gonna happen.

SPEAKER_06

Amen.

SPEAKER_04

It's gonna happen. Um, what else we got? Oh. Listen, this is gonna be short, and y'all know the Taylor Farms and the Taco Bell fiasco. Um my Taco Bell said. Okay. Taco Bell came out with a statement. They posted one on Instagram, but I'm gonna read you one that's on their official website. Um, July 17, 2026, Irvine, California. As of July 17th, Taco Bell has completed removal of affected Taylor Farms. I love that. I love how they put Taylor Farms because bitch, fuck y'all. Um, Taylor Farms lettuce from our restaurants based on ongoing conversations with public health officials. We love that. Public health officials, and out of an abundance, an abundance of caution, Taco Bell worked swiftly to voluntarily remove the product from restaurants and the affected ingredient that has been removed from our supply chain nationwide. We took this action to ensure our guests can enjoy their Taco Bell favors safely. We believe public health is a shared responsibility.

SPEAKER_00

Oof.

SPEAKER_04

Ooh, that was nasty. We believe public health is a shared responsibility among restaurants, their suppliers, and authorities. And we are proud to have consistently acted quickly and proactively to protect our guests. Taco Bell has taken precautionary action, and we encourage all relevant restaurants, retailers, and food service operators to do the same. You know why they came for Taco Bell, right?

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, because CEO's black. Hello. And they act like Taco Bell grows vegetables that's also in all other fast food chains and and grocery stores across the country, but y'all are still putting out infected salads. No, bitch, Taco Bell wasn't the source. It was fucking and then it was mighty funny of all because Chick-fil-A got infected stuff too. All these sandwich places got infected stuff. The Chipotle's, the cavas, the chop. Hello. But I just think it was so ironic, y'all picked Taylor Farms. I'm excuse me, y'all picked Taco Bell because it starts with the T. And let me just blame this shit in a black man. That's what y'all been doing. And it's not gonna be a fucking black woman to get y'all out of this shit. So that black man did what he did to protect his job and his business. You bitches finna get put on notice. Hello. Because we we we confided it with actual health. But see, when you don't have a CDC and when you don't have an FDA and when you cut back all this funding and you fired all these black women at these jobs who were working who kept us safe, this is a result again, elections have consequences. Oof.

SPEAKER_04

Took the words right out of my mouth.

SPEAKER_08

Racism is so expensive.

SPEAKER_04

Racism is a trillion-dollar industry. It is a trillion-dollar industry. You know what? You know what? That's the name of the right episode. Racism is a trillion-dollar industry. You know what? Got it. Got it. Got it. Uh shout out to Sean uh Sean Tresvent. I hope I said your last name right, bro. I didn't want to, but he is the black CEO. He is the chief executive officer of Taco Bell. So shout out to you, my nigga.

SPEAKER_08

Period. He's a good one.

SPEAKER_04

He said, not today.

SPEAKER_08

He's a little cut.

SPEAKER_04

Talking about Taylor Farms. Um, here, let me see. Because these are the restaurants.

SPEAKER_08

Um, I ain't gonna cut my name in one motherfucking thing.

SPEAKER_05

Come on, Meg. Shout out to Meg, the stallion.

SPEAKER_08

And Meg, did you see her pop Dave Chappelle? She was in a car with in a like a black truck, like a suburban truck with him. I don't know where they was going or what they was doing. A fan came up to his window and asked for autograph, and he rose with, she said, uh-uh, sign that for her and stop doing that. Queen.

SPEAKER_04

I know that's right. I know that's right. Don't be doing that to people. Come on, Dave Chappelle.

SPEAKER_08

I'm not surprised. He's a dick. Um, I know personally that has had experience with him.

SPEAKER_00

Oh.

SPEAKER_08

And then you know, you know, uh Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

So listen. So listen, these are all the supermarket chains that sell Taylor Farms lettuce. Uh Walmart, Target, Safeway, Whole Foods, which is 365. That's their brand. Um, so be cautious. Uh Mayer, Bonds, Foods. Oh, yeah, Meyer. I don't know why. Yeah, Meyer. Meyer, yeah, yeah, yeah. But you know, see, here's the thing.

SPEAKER_07

We don't have none down here.

SPEAKER_08

No, Meyer is mostly.

SPEAKER_04

They got them in Louisville, though. They got they got them in Louisville.

SPEAKER_08

That's why I saw I don't consider, that's why I don't consider Kentucky the South. They have a lot of shit in Midwest guy, and they really can't cook up there, but that's a whole nother conversation for another day.

SPEAKER_04

Well, all right. So um, Meyer, Vaughn's, Food for Less, uh, H.E. B, Hip. Um, now, H E B, it is their um HEB line from Taylor Farms. So just be, you know, Sprouts, fries, well, shit, damn near Sprouts, fries, Albertson's Kroger, damn near all the major food, like all the major food chains.

SPEAKER_08

So at least one in the real uh at least one of those uh grocery retailers one of those grocery retailers are gonna be in each of the 50 fucking cities. Each of the states.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. And so with Kroger, I know they have the um the simple truth. So that is Taylor Farms. Uh Whole Foods is 365. Um, let's see. Oh, they did have they didn't put Aldi on here, but Aldi as well. Aldi is um not simple, uh, it's something else, uh simply nature, something like that, but it's their organic line. Yeah. So guys, be very cautious. Be very cautious because Taylor Farms, they were in bed with President Um President Orange uh Orange forehead. So yeah, yeah. That's why they lied on the FDA, they lied on CDC, they lied. It's just, it's just a a bunch. You said what?

SPEAKER_08

I said I did and actually something in my heart of hearts. Like, I really feel like Trump wanted us all the shit on ourselves too. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I mean, just because he's shitting on himself, you know.

SPEAKER_08

Um Nasty basta.

SPEAKER_04

Elections have consequences. All right. Well, let's get into some fun. What is your black business, baby?

SPEAKER_08

Yes, yes, yes, yes. I was telling TJ earlier about this young lady. Her name is Fumi Monet. I love her. She is a content creator. She's mostly known in the fragrance space. She's not limited to that because all of her other content is amazing, but she's mostly known for her fragrances, her collections. And one thing that attracted me to Fumi when I first found her during the pandemic, she gave a lot of notice and a lot of like between her, Jackie Ina, and a few more black content creators, they gave a lot of like recognition to black owned fragrance houses. So it's a lot more black people that's stepping into perfume, luxury perfume, body goods, creams, right, exactly. But um Fumi Monet is about to launch her own perfume line in Sephora. It's called Influxous. It's beautiful. So she has four fragrances that are um, I don't think her website's gonna be open until the 27th of this month, so in a few days. But her four fragrances are one is well loved. That's a warm sugar mond with notes of apricot, opens the scent with a gentle sunlit sweetness before cream and vanilla, magnolia, and amber melt into the skin like golden hour. Nigerian ginger and cardamom bring a subtle spark that keeps the scent luminous and alive, while the shea butter and soft musks anchor the fragrance in the smooth warmth. The results are the cocooning trail that feels intimate yet luxurious. Then there's Gold Standard, which is a warm spicy caramel.

SPEAKER_00

Cool.

SPEAKER_08

Uh luminous commanding, and I'm reading directly from her website.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Source.

SPEAKER_08

Yes. I'm not that I'm not gonna kill you. A luminous commanding fragrance that radiates warmth, confidence, and quiet magnetism. A vibrant, where did I spot? There it goes moving. A vibrant opening of blood orange ergamot and Nigerian ginger sparkles with energy, melting into the sweetness of golden mango as the scent unfolds, saffron and a rolling bloom into a rich base of caramel, vanilla, tonka, amber, and rum, creating a trailer that is both decadent and unforgettable. Third, there is high life, which I'm the most excited about. A fruity floral musk, a vibrant magnetic fragrance that captures the rhythm of celebration and energy of a night in the full motion, juicy raspberry and blueberry open with bold, luminous sweetness, instantly drawing attention. At the heart, Turkish rose and hibiscus bloom with richness and color, while West African fragrances adds a subtle resonance death that grounds the fragrance in warmth and intrigue. It's very rare you see fragrances outside of like Africa and the Middle East utilize fragrances, and I love that smell. That's what, you know, that's biblical. As it settles, sandalwood and musk create a smooth texture trail that lingers along after the moment passes, bold, charismatic, unforgettable. Then the last one, which I want all of these, but Magic Hour. It is a fruity, juicy floral, a radiant sun kissed fragrance that captures the golden glow of summer on the skin. Juicy dragon fruit and watermelon burst open with a playful brightness, while chili pepper adds a subtle spark of warmth. At the heart, creamy coconut milk, aluminous jasmine melts into salty skin musk and amber, creating a long-lasting scent that feels both carefree and irresistibly magnetic. Warm, vibrant, and flirtatious, magic hour is the feeling of chasing the light, of chasing the light last of the day. Now her price ranges for a 10 milliliter, it'll be $35, which is like the travel trial trial size, right? And then for a full-size bottle, the 50 milliliter, which I think maybe that's 1.7 ounces. Yeah. 50 is 1.7, that's gonna be $150. I'm so looking forward to this. And she offers free shipping on her website for all orders over $100. And again, the website don't open until July 27th. So that's four days from now. So I'm so excited for Fumi. And I'm just excited that, you know, she didn't play small.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_08

You know, this is her worth. This is a luxury brand, and it is black woman-owned, and we love that.

SPEAKER_04

We do love that. We love anything that black women because let me tell you something. When it comes to black women, I know they're gonna fucking smell good. I because y'all smell good. Y'all smell, baby. I don't it is the combination of shea butter, cinnamon, vanilla. Hold on, it's another one.

SPEAKER_07

Soap of water.

SPEAKER_04

Go ahead, baby. Yes, yes. It is just that scent that you know when a black woman walks up to you. That scent is going to hit you, and you're gonna be like, hey, baby.

SPEAKER_08

Listen, that scent, girl. I've literally, it's been some combinations or some fragrance notes that I wear. I've had women chase me down. I've had grown men like, hey, my I know my most complimented fragrance on my body chemistry, and I'm gonna give you all a little something because I'm a gourmand girly. One of my favorite fragrance houses is uh Violatino. And particularly, I have the extra dose, Donna Bourne Aroma. If you don't know anything about perfumes, the higher the oil concentration, the stronger it's gonna last and the loudest it's gonna smell. I don't give a shit. I love intense, but you have the regular, the Uda perfume, which I love. But then you got the intense version, which I love even more. Then you got the extra dose, which is just like, bitch, bathe me in this fragrance. So, start off with a nice shower. I exfoliate every day my Africanettes, my African scrubbinette. Then I always start my base off after I shower with my antibacterial stuff with my body wash. I take a nice scrub with the same note, which typically is gonna be a vanilla or a caramel marshmallow note, right? Scrub it at a Winx it off. Yes. And my skin is gonna be oily. I'm going to seal off that oil. I'm going to dry myself. And I'm talking, as a big girl, you lift up the rolls and crease and curses, you give them that little fan, you fully dry off. Because when you have wet skin, that leads to bacteria and stank and must. Okay? Once I do that, in the summertime, I use body oils. I love home oils. I have some from EOS. I have some from Astra Cosmetics, which is another black-owned business. I have some from uh Dr. Till's. Her fantasy box, I think, is another black-owned business. I have so many different body oils.

SPEAKER_04

I just Dr. Tills is good. I like Dr. Tills.

SPEAKER_08

I love the vanilla, um, the magnesium vanilla one from Dr.

SPEAKER_04

Tills.

SPEAKER_08

That's what I have on right now. But, and then, you know, in the summertime I use oils because when you're out and about, it doesn't sweat off your skin like lotion wood and thick body creams and body butters would. Now, once I do that, I have all of these roller little fragments. That you get from the hair store, my favorite is called Pink Pussy. Put it in my post points, ankles, in between my arms, behind my neck, behind my ears, my chest. You know, if if you're having a little fun and you know, man gonna be up, you put it up in there. Then you spray your first layer of perfume. Now I'm bucket naked. In the words of uh Bernie Man, bucket naked. Spray my little layer of perfume on. I put my clothes on. Once I put my clothes on, I'm going on top with another layer of that perfume. I stack my shit. So on top of that extra dose, I'm going in with a little soft, which is an $8 perfume. Don't tell them, don't, don't tell me I'm never giving you anything. You just get that little layer combo, and then if you really want to be sexy, take your little body spray. I have so many body mists from Soldi Janeiro, Bath and Body Works, spray a little more did in your hair, or a hair mist from Mimic Fragrance. Bitch. And that's tea.

SPEAKER_04

She gave us a whole sermon, y'all.

SPEAKER_02

She could be a little bit more.

SPEAKER_04

But it was needed. It was needed for the women. It was needed for the women, though, for real. Because you, every time I've been around you, you have always, always, and I'm this, I ain't saying this bullshit because she's my co-host and one of my best friends. I'm saying it because this shit is real. It's real life. Every time I've been around Ashley, she has always smelled like heaven. When I tell you this girl, honestly, all the females in my life, I had to take from you, Oshua, Chantel, and these are all, these are all like my girl, like my girl, my friends, right? Uh, Jill, like all of these people like in my life, like my cousins, my girl cousins, like, it is just something about how a woman literally takes care of herself. You know what I'm saying? Now, for you niggas, I'm gonna tell you like this. Spread them ass cheeks.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_04

Spread them ass cheeks. Nobody wants to go with a nigga. First of all, you sit down and someone smells you off rip. That shit is disgusting. Spread them ass cheeks. Get up in there. You know what the fuck I'm talking about. Clean your faces. You said what?

SPEAKER_08

Clean y'all faces. Get a little wash.

SPEAKER_04

I'm I'm I'm I'm going in there. I'm I'm getting to that point, baby. Listen, the front and the back. The front and the motherfucking back. Okay. That's gay. Well, damn nigga. I mean, I don't know what to tell you. Be gay or be funky. I don't know.

SPEAKER_08

Well, first of all, they don't correlate because I ain't never met a gay person that stinks. A gay man, especially.

SPEAKER_04

Hello.

SPEAKER_08

Sexuals that's out here smelling like Hello.

SPEAKER_04

You better say it.

SPEAKER_08

I ain't never met a black gay man that smells bad. Never mind. Hello.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you. And when I tell you, them underarms, find you, listen, aluminum. Okay? Aluminum. That shit, yeah. No, no. What is a natural? Natural what? Where's the degree at? Where's the dove? Put that shit on. Put it on.

SPEAKER_08

I got a tip.

SPEAKER_04

Go ahead.

SPEAKER_08

You know how some people say they want to transition to natural deodorants. In order for you to transition, you have to detox. But even if you don't want to transition and you want to go to a different deodorant, one thing that I do, especially in the summertime, because I carry a lot of stink and sweat here. Once a week, I take my benzinite, my Aztec clay. I do one part Aztec, two parts Aztec clay, one part apple cider vinegar with the butter, one part witch hazel from T and Dickinson's or Dr. Theres. Yes. Put it in my RP for 20 minutes. Stink, gone. But I also consume a lot of water every day and I drink chlorophyll. That keeps my body deodorized. So like when I'm over here walking around smelling like a damn fried onion from Outback. Or earring back. Which a lot of y'all don't clean your ear holes either. That's probably ear stink. Or behind the ears, getting that wreck. Or you know, when you be, you gotta lift your stomach up. Because I couldn't imagine nobody going down to me and that, damn, this bitch stomach smells like yeast. That's disgusting. I've never had that.

SPEAKER_04

Fellas, because I've gotten so many compliments on my skin.

SPEAKER_08

You just always smell good, baby. Skin like butter. Just won't take a bite.

SPEAKER_04

I have gotten so many. It's like, what do you do? This is what I do for my skin. Now everyone's and I and I'll say this, everyone's body is different. Your pH balance is different, okay? But what I do for my face is I get a kind of like a sensitive um a sensitive cleanser. I don't put too much on my face, but I gently scrub my face, okay? And the key, the key, okay, because I know y'all don't like to take care of y'all beards either, because that shit will stink, okay? That shit starts to stink. You be like, what is that smell? That's your fucking beard, nigga. That's the sweat that's inside. That's like that, that's literally it's clogging your beard. Okay? So what you need to do when you wake up in the morning, you be like, hmm, I smell something. Alcohol, okay? A little bit of alcohol will do wonders, okay? Get in the shower, use a sensitive face cleanser or any, you know, cleanser, but make sure you get your neck. Your neck, your beard, all of it. Wipe down, okay? Scrubbed down. All right? And if you don't have a facial cleanser, use soap, okay? Use your soap and get in there and then start looking. Start looking at kind of like the skin regimens and all of that, okay? Because it's not that hard, guys. It's really not that hard. Hygiene. Hygiene will really protect you from a lot of shit, okay? A lot of shit.

SPEAKER_08

People don't realize how nasty your mouth is. That affects your heart.

SPEAKER_04

There you go. That's why you need a dentist. That's why when you go to the dentist every six months, I'm sorry. You know what? No, I'm not fucking sorry. Y'all niggas walking around here with these funky ass breaths. Let me tell you something. If I I love my people. I really do. I love black people down. When I see or smell a nigga before I talk to them, like if you walking up and I can smell you.

SPEAKER_07

Terrible.

SPEAKER_08

When you say what's up, and I go, I used to work with a guy that was so fucking musty, bruh. And I know he got pulled to the side a few times.

SPEAKER_00

Yep.

SPEAKER_08

Like the homies and mail manager, but then it was I'll never forget. And I even tried to be like, I we had like gift exchange. I got him like um a really nice bath and body work, like mail set. And he was like, oh, I'll use this stuff, but thank you. I'm gonna keep it in my bath. This one girl said, Nikki. Smell like toilet water. And I was just like, oh my God. But like he smelled so bad. I remember it was like cold, like winter, like December, November.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

And I'm like, I shouldn't smell must in the cold. No. Michael Jackson mean like, nigga, it's 11 degrees outside and you musty, terrible. So it's just, and another trick, and maybe this is just a big girl trick, but you know, your neck holds a lot of funk and sweat. I take green, it has to be the green isopropyl alcohol.

SPEAKER_03

There you go. Yes.

SPEAKER_08

I wipe that damn neck off of multiple cotton rounds until I see it clean every day. That and walk around and say my neck smell like a like you, like I said, an earring bag.

SPEAKER_04

And let me tell you something. For the niggas, that's that green alcohol, that's that same green alcohol that's in the motherfucking barbershops, okay? That's that alcohol they use to wipe your motherfucking neck. Get some.

SPEAKER_08

And then too, like TJ's beard is always, I hate to have a man or to be around a man whose beard and mustache feels like barbed wire. His mut his hair on his face, his beard, and his mustache looks so soft, and it is soft, and it's just a nice color because it's clean. And he normally, just like you moisturize the hair on your head, you need to take care of your facial hair.

SPEAKER_04

Yes. You have beard oil. Make sure your beard, that's why I be trying to tell people, and it's not, when I when I when I talk to my niggas, right, I I say, hey, like I do this, right? But again, pH balance, everything like that. This might not work out, but try something that finally works for your skin. Because everyone's skin is different, of course. But clean your beard, clean your face. It makes all the difference, y'all, for real, because a lot of funk sits in your neck, sits in your beard. And people can smell that. You think people can't smell that? They can smell that shit.

SPEAKER_08

I put my dad on a whole skincare. When I worked at Ulta, I put my dad on a whole, even before then, though, I put my dad on a skincare regimen. Because you know, my dad is a nigga from the 90s. So he lived his 20s in the 90s. Nigga would take the blue bar down and that's how he's washing his face. Sir, if you don't put their Durham Durham, I'm gonna get you a nice face wash by from Kiel's.

SPEAKER_03

I'm done.

SPEAKER_08

I'm gonna get you the male clinic cleanser.

SPEAKER_03

That works too.

SPEAKER_08

I said, yes. And then I said, Dad, I want you to stop using alcohol on your skin every day because it's harsh. You and you suffer from ingruns. We're gonna switch you to rose water with hazel. It worked wonders for his skin. Yeah. In addition to him taking garlic supplements every day, too. But I started you for for like a year, my dad was letting me wax all of his in growths out of his neck. Because I used to do all of my facial waxing before I got in there. I would sit there, put my gloves on. I had learned how to watch videos. It helped his ingrown so good here. Now he really, it doesn't even grow anymore. Yeah. My dad was like, you know what? I made him start shaving his armpits too. And then, men, let me tell you something. If you want to have body hair, that's fine. But you're going through, especially if you're a man that perspires a lot, that's messing up and staining all of your shirts and white shirts and your dress shirts because you don't want to get rid of that hair that's under a lot of men have really hairy armpits. So, but if you don't want to do that, another tip that you've forgotten, take a woman's panty liner or pad, put that shit under your shirts. And perspire on a paint liner pad. So that way at the end of the day, you peel it off, throw it away, and put another one on there.

SPEAKER_04

Come on, Ash, the great. Um, so yes, we just gave y'all some tips on hygiene. Don't listen, don't ever say these two niggas ain't never gave y'all anything because we just gave y'all some some some tips, baby. All right. Solid tips. And we ain't even getting paid for it yet.

SPEAKER_08

The last thing body wash is not a cleanser. Body wash is supposed to be a skin softener. Body wash to me is like fabric softener. So I need you niggas to use detergent. Even if you don't want to use an antibacterial, which I've never had any issues, you need to find a bar that's for cleansing. But I use antibacterial, so because it's it's I just feel like the world is just germy.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

So head to toe, antibacterial.

SPEAKER_04

So what I use is I use the combination. So I know a lot of a lot, I know some niggas they use the Irish sprain bar, and then they'll use like they'll use the Irish sprain bar, and then but the that it's that scent. It's just, it's so, it's so strong. So what I do, I use ivory. So I use the just the regular deadler ivory soap, and then I'll use um one of my body washes, whether it's dove or method, but use the bar soap. Go ahead.

SPEAKER_06

I love method.

SPEAKER_04

You like method? Yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_06

So I use that I like from them.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I like method and I like dove, but I also before you use that body wash, you need a bar soap. People are like, well, why can't you just use the body wash? Nigga.

SPEAKER_08

It's like you put perfume on stink. You need to cleanse your base. I so that's that's we are so oh my god, we are so much alike. So what I do, I take my bar, I wet my whole body, I take a wash rag, and I switch my rags every day.

SPEAKER_04

Every day.

SPEAKER_08

Rags every day, and you have a separate rag for your face. But see, we got 40 rags in the house. That's no issue. But we you have a different rag for your face and you have a different rag for your ass crack. But I take my rag, I use dial, uh, it's only two anthroacterials that I can use. Either uh dial the white bar or I can use the white bar safeguard. The only two that I can use. Okay. So I wash my whole body from the rooter to the tutor. Sometimes if I've done too much or I'm sweating or I've came from the gym, I go through two rounds of that. Once I feel like my base is clean, then I go in with my African. Well, no, actually, no. I take my feminine wash, which I use her fantasy box tea tree, and I scrub it up. You're not supposed to soap it up cleaning, bull fucking shit. For me, it works. I clean that thing and I clean that back part, okay? Clean the ass, roota. All of it's clean. I let it, you know, and I use tea tree oil down there to keep it even. And I exfoliate, I dry brush. Then I take my African sponge net, I take whatever scented or softening body wash. I love the Niveas, the doves, I love Athena Club, I love Method, whichever scent I'm feeling. I wash my whole body except my intimate areas because I don't like putting scents there. Scrub that skin. I mean, you need to wash the bottom of your feet. You need to scrub everything. So when I get out of the shower, I have somewhat of a fragrance on my skin, but it's soft. So think of it like bar soap is a detergent. Correct. Body is a fabric softener.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Well, um, that was amazing.

SPEAKER_00

That was amazing.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that was good. Um, my black business is a shout out to food icon uh Burrett uh Book, The Donut King at Old Fashioned Donuts in Chicago.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Um I I have heard of a lot, a lot. I've never been to every time I've been to Chicago, I've always wanted to go, but he's always sold out. Every time we, yes, he when he opens, it's like four or five hours, and if you don't get there, you just don't get there. Like he's sold out. His donuts are that fucking good.

SPEAKER_08

Well, I know they pillowy soft too.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. And this picture, he's sitting right behind, like the donuts are right bes like behind him, and you can tell that those donuts were made with love in all the blackness. But um But Burr Bullock, who turns 88 this year, can still be found making donuts in the front window of his shop on the south side of Chicago. Shout out to him, man. Like, like, honestly, to have, and Chicago is so different, right? Because on the south side, you already know. You go you're gonna find a black restaurant somewhere. You're gonna find somewhere black to eat, a black-owned business. And this business has been here like since 1972. Um, yeah, I'm gonna put his link in the bio because it's just a lot. Like he was born in uh Holly Springs, Mississippi, of course, um, Mississippi, uh, to Chicago. Hello. Um Pipeline. Yeah, yeah. Um, how did you go from bricks to how did you go from bricks to donuts? Um, what is your business full name? So it's called Old Fashion Donuts Inc. So if y'all want to look it up, Old Fashioned Donuts Inc. Um, yeah, black owned business on Friday morning in 1972. That's when they opened. All right, y'all. Well, that is that that is like that is my black business, and I just want to shout him out because I've I've heard so many amazing things about that business. Um, let's get into uh twice the fire. Let's talk about it. There's a lot of trailers coming out. You go first, friend, because I know you're ready.

SPEAKER_08

Baby, I'm gonna save the big dog for you, but two movies that I want to see that I told TJ about. One is a DC, it's a um DC movie coming out called Clayface.

SPEAKER_04

I'm so excited about that.

SPEAKER_08

So excited. And anytime I see Naomi Aggie, I love her down. I did it.

SPEAKER_04

When I saw the trailer, I was like, this she's sorry, she's just a beauty to me. Sorry, go ahead.

SPEAKER_08

She is. Listen, um Jessica Chasse. Come here, baby. It's called Other Mommy. First of all, I've never seen her in a role like that. Never seen her in a role like this. But let me just say, this is the first time in a long time in the scare move trailer with a jump scare game. I jump scared. Shout out to Kwasi, because baby, I about jumped out my skin. I was oh no, bitch. And then you sitting there smiling and burning pasta. Oh no. That that was and I thought about her because if I'm not mistaken, Jessica Chastain was in the help. I'm like, what happened to Minnie Don't Burn Chicken? But anyway.

SPEAKER_03

Yep, she was in the help.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, then there's a movie come out with um a big old orange Barney character. Is it called Buddy?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I think it's called. Kind of like Mr.

SPEAKER_08

Crockett.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, let me look it up real quick.

SPEAKER_08

Um I can't wait to see.

SPEAKER_04

But you but you know that is a direct um is it Hulu Netflix? It well, this one is coming out, but this is a direct kind of like comparison to Mr., you know that Yes. Yeah, what's his name?

SPEAKER_08

Mr. Crockett, I think.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, Mr. Crockett. So people were comparing, like, well, hold on now. Is this ain't this not Mr. Crockett? Because Mr. Crockett was that was a good one. But yeah, Buddy is a 2026 American comedy slasher film directed by Casper Kelly. It's a comedy slasher?

SPEAKER_08

Okay. Because see, Mr. Crockett wasn't funny. Was shit funny about Mr. Clay?

SPEAKER_04

No, hell no.

SPEAKER_08

Bitch.

SPEAKER_04

Listen.

SPEAKER_08

And then there's that, I think Nas either directed or did the soundtrack. Have you seen the like that ice cream man one? Them crazy ice cream and killing all the it's giving the modern day children under corn, but with ice cream. I can't wait to see. Let me tell you something. This year for scary movies has been stellar. I just watched Obsession. I watched the shit twice. I fucking loved it. To me, as a woman, I read Obsession as an allegory for rape. Because it was.

SPEAKER_03

It was.

SPEAKER_08

The scariest part of that movie was so bad about being with me, nigga. I'm telling you, you've been sleeping with a demonic fucking entity. Your idea of me of what you want me to be, that's demonic as fuck. Because I didn't want you.

SPEAKER_04

That I'm gonna tell you because this obsession's been out. It's been out for weeks, I think almost two months now.

SPEAKER_08

Still in the movies up here, still.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, it's still up, it's still up here in the movies, too. I think it's like gross almost like 400 million.

SPEAKER_08

It was last time I checked was last Saturday. It took 750,000 to make. I think it made last last week when I seen it, it was already at 443 million. And it's the and this is how good it is. The shit is so good. It's still in the movies, but it's also streaming on Peacock.

SPEAKER_04

When I tell you the sex scene, I just could like I just thought that was just the most disgusting because you are literally having sex with a dick. Like this is a like she's possessed by an entity and you're just taking advantage. Like it's his fault. It was his fault.

SPEAKER_08

It literally, he's the villain in the story. Yes.

SPEAKER_04

And people were like, why is she acting like that? He did that to her.

SPEAKER_08

He absolutely did.

SPEAKER_04

And then the ending, baby.

SPEAKER_08

I don't want to give you but you know, and then it's just like, and you still left her to suffer the fucking consequences of some shit she didn't fucking do technically. But yeah, that movie is a big allegory for rape.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. So what did you what did you think about um uh oh my god, what did you think about um not obsession, but um what's the other one? Obsession and uh Jesus Christ, hold on.

SPEAKER_08

You you talk are you talking about Evil Dead Rise?

SPEAKER_04

No, not Evil Dead Rise, the one with the puzzle. The puzzle, they go into that uh the building. Hold on. What is it called? Hold on Let me go on the AMC. It's like on the tip of my tongue. I don't know why I'm forgetting this.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, original stories are finally coming back because baby, between obsession back rooms, it's got back rooms, yes, back rooms, yes.

SPEAKER_06

Okay, good.

SPEAKER_08

But I remember watching that little the thing on. YouTube and same with I think isn't it oh shit is it Curry Baker? That's the guy who he and and not to mention Yes, yes, yes. He written, produced, no, written, directed, and he edited that movie himself.

SPEAKER_04

Curry Barker.

unknown

Hold on.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, Curry, Curry Barker. Yeah, he's the one for backrooms, yeah.

SPEAKER_08

26 years old. Now, there's another movie. It's not scary, but it has the internet talking. It is a movie by and starring Chris Rock. This movie is called Misty Green. It's supposed to be a dig at Jada Pinkett Smith when she was in Hawthorne. I'ma send you the trailer.

SPEAKER_04

I've seen the trailer.

SPEAKER_08

But they did direct excuse me. They did direct comparison of pictures, the actress, the skin color, some of the shit. There's a line in the trailer that was like, I haven't been in a movie or a show ever since this incident in this movie in years, which directly correlated allegedly to Jada Pinkett Smith's story. And I'ma leave that alone. Now, Jada Pinkett Smith, but she's about to have a role now. I cannot wait. And I've seen the first screenshots of the new different world. That is the only reason why I didn't cancel my Netflix subscription when they came out with that bogus ass Michael Jackson documentary. Tashina Arnold's daughter is gonna be in it. All of the original casts are gonna be. This they actually hired dark-skinned American actresses and actors.

SPEAKER_03

They did write.

SPEAKER_08

I did right so fucking ready for this. I needed research of these kids going back to college again because Lord knows they need it.

SPEAKER_04

They um they did write with this, and that's uh that's the only reason why I'm keeping my Netflix subscription as well. Because besides the documentaries, I will say Netflix, now listen, Netflix has all these ideas now because all these motherfuckers done sat down and used the Netflix theme song, the Netflix uh document uh documentary theme song. So I'm thinking, y'all literally just giving Netflix ideas.

SPEAKER_08

That's it.

SPEAKER_04

At this point, y'all literally just giving the network like, oh, we can just make a documentary off of this. What did that one girl say? She sat down and she wanted to, okay, let's make a documentary off of this. Y'all literally just gave like Netflix literally endless documentaries.

SPEAKER_08

That, and and to be honest with you, I think the that this crazy you say that, I'm gonna say allegedly, somebody commented that and another girl commented and was just like, yeah, the person who put the challenge out in the stratosphere was an intern at Netflix. Supposedly. I don't know how true that is.

SPEAKER_04

It might not even be true, but Oh, I'd be, I'd be I I think it's true, but allegedly, we'll say allegedly. Um here's the thing. Baby, Netflix know exactly what they fucking doing. Exactly what they fucking doing. And they knew that that Warner Brothers and Paramount deal wasn't gonna go through. They knew it all along. And they said, hey, bitch, you can keep you here, you want you want Warner Brothers? Go ahead. They knew those states were gonna sue. They knew the states were going to sue because when Netflix was going to were going to buy Warner Brothers, they were like, okay, cool, whatever, like, because you know Netflix is a streaming service, and it was like, cool, whatever. But Paramount and Warner Brothers, no, that's too fucking powerful. It's too powerful. It's too many properties, it's too many blended mega properties, it's too much. It's too much. Um, but yes, Curry, uh, Curry Baker did Obsession, and I just want to make sure Backrooms was done by um the director's name is and the supposed Kane Kane Parsons. Yes, yes.

SPEAKER_08

I follow Kane Parsons on I subscribe to him and Curry Big on YouTube.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

But the supposed universe that's gonna surround obsession, if that theory is true. Chef's kiss. You're muted, babe.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I um yeah, it's gonna be Chef's Kiss. Uh because yeah, that that the universe that he's trying to set up. I've seen it. I've seen like the kind of like what's next. So I think it's gonna be really good. Um Doomsday trailer.

SPEAKER_08

I'm mute myself.

SPEAKER_04

When I tell you, when I fucking tell you, Thor said, Who the fuck are these people?

SPEAKER_08

Who this fuck?

SPEAKER_04

He said, I ain't half of y'all don't have no superpowers at all. Y'all just got guns. What the fuck I'm gonna do with that? We going up against Doom. Doom. He said, okay, Fantastic Four, come with me.

SPEAKER_08

Y'all, y'all the only niggas that y'all the only niggas that come come from the print the press, please.

SPEAKER_04

Because where, first of all, where's Captain Marvel? Where's Monica Rambo? Wanda, we know where she is. They're gonna have to go and get dick her ass up because she's gonna have to dick her ass up. There's no Gene Gray in this universe yet. No, there's like I mean, the where the the heavy hitters are not here. Spider-Man's not shit.

SPEAKER_05

It's giving, where's your scooter? Thor and not Thor having to be the leader. Thor. Thor.

SPEAKER_04

And when he tried to hit that motherfucker with Stormbreaker, he said, not today.

SPEAKER_05

Two finger point. Two figures. Not today, bitch.

SPEAKER_04

And listen, yes, Chris Evans is back as as, you know, Captain America.

SPEAKER_08

But hey, we who Y'all could have got my boy Jonathan for Kane to Conquer. At this point, he debated his fucking sins. He and his contract marriage allegedly with I don't give a fuck. That motherfucker is one of the best actors of this generation.

SPEAKER_04

I hate how they did Kane. I hate, I hate how they did him though. Because now it's like they're gonna have to do a quick, like, Doom is gonna have to go into this other universe where Kang is destroyed. Like, it's it's just oh God. But yeah. Doom is something else. People think it was like, why is Doom so powerful? See, that lets me know that you you don't you don't read the comic books at all. That that lets me know that you've never really been amazed.

SPEAKER_08

They was mad at fucking Iron Heart and Ironheart was black in the comics.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you.

SPEAKER_08

But you know what would be crazy? I said, if they ever did a day where they had to depend on DC characters, because technically people really don't fucking know. DC and Marvel are owned by the same people. It was both written by Stan Lee. They're just a separate universes. If they had a universe that combined with Marvel and DC and did like Super Woman uh Wonder Woman, Super Supergirl, Superman, Flat, oh, that would easily be a three billion dollar movie.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. DC is just it's having its own struggles right now with Supergirl not really gross in what they wanted to grow.

SPEAKER_08

She had no charisma. I seen part of it. I end up having to leave. I do want to go back and finish the movie. I end up having to leave the theater for something that had came up. But I was watching the first 20 minutes and I was like, oh. I don't, and then I don't remember seeing any interview. I just she was bland.

SPEAKER_03

She wasn't, she wasn't there.

SPEAKER_04

She wasn't there.

SPEAKER_08

Sydney, Sydney Sweeney gave a more convincing damn plan, uh a convincing portrayal. Did I have good jeans in the in the damn American Eagle? I was like, this is dry as fuck. If you want a white girl that bad, I could have gave you could have got give me some white girl actresses that are pretty decent around. I don't know the names of the of the girls from this this age. If y'all wanted a white girl that bad.

SPEAKER_04

Emma Stone?

SPEAKER_08

No, she's too old.

SPEAKER_04

Oh. I really is it bad that we don't really like these new y'all.

SPEAKER_08

These are like these Jesus. Um I can't. Oh wow. Y'all should have just got Sabrina Carpenter. That's something that's going on with our show business.

SPEAKER_04

You know what? Sabrina Carpenter probably would have ate that fucking role up. She probably would have.

SPEAKER_08

But she I mean, but here's the gag though. Sabrina Carpenter was an actress first.

SPEAKER_00

Boom.

SPEAKER_08

But no, I if they hold on. I have a white girl in mind that I thought I'm like, they should have got her.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, that movie was so ass. And they spent so much money on it for it to be ass. I don't want to see Jenny Ortega and nothing else. Oh, this is the this is the young lady I thought about. But I think she maybe is she in another DC model? This is a white girl can act her ass off.

SPEAKER_03

Oh yeah, yeah, definitely. Yes, yes.

SPEAKER_08

And and she this this this this young lady is in our generation, but she just looks young to me forever. But Chloe Grace Moretz.

SPEAKER_03

Oh yes.

SPEAKER_08

Love Chloe Grace.

SPEAKER_04

She would have ate Supergirl down.

SPEAKER_08

I think this white girl's in act two. I think her name is uh Arya Taylor.

SPEAKER_04

Oh yeah. She oh yes. So she was in, she was in um, she was in the new um the new mutants. So she was part of, I think she yeah, yeah, she did the film The New Mutant, but she would have ate down the Supergirl. She would have ate down because the way her performance was in the New Mutants, oh my God.

SPEAKER_08

This girl, this this young white lady, she's a good actress too. I'm gonna hurt name.

SPEAKER_04

She is, she's a good actress, yeah.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I said, ooh, what like the general, oof. I'm like, it's It just was it it wasn't and my issue was this, like, it wasn't giving, like her performance was just and then the story was just everywhere. The story was everywhere. We it felt like, honestly, to me, it felt like a Guardians of the Galaxy um film, and I just felt like they played. Yeah, they played. Um, yeah.

SPEAKER_08

The war, wait, the war and treaty did Tiny Death today.

SPEAKER_04

SPEAKER_00

Five.

SPEAKER_04

Hold on. Yes, Five on Fridays with Vince Staples. It's a new radio show because his older radio show got canceled. But Five on Fridays, he does like um it's five songs, and then after like the main songs, it's like uh um songs that follow. So like it'll be like a number five, and then like three songs that follow after the fifth song, and then like number four, and then you know, so it it's a really I'm on the second episode right now, but yeah, just type in five on Fridays on Apple Music, and while you're on Apple Music, type in the Family Reunion Network.
