He has some follow-up information that he would like to share that I think is extremely important about kidnapping SA and ESA. I'm good. Thank you. I'm doing uh as good as I can, just hanging in there. Um, we did an interview before, and I appreciate you having me on. And my targeters were messing with the signal like they always do when I try to get the message out there. And I went and checked the video to make sure they hadn't messed with it. I had you send it to me before you put the podcast out, and I realized they had edited out the part about the kidnapping, the essay, and the ES. So and uh I just wanted to come back and talk about that for any survivors that are dealing with those things, and that's why I'm here.

So let's uh dive into it. So um, in my targeting, when they're targeting me, they will make me go to a mental hospital every four months. And there's a reason they pick that date that I don't want to put out there because it has to do with when I was younger and I got in trouble, so they picked this date to remind me of a traumatic event in my life. So every four months, within 120 days, on 120th day, they'll have police officers come and do a welfare check, or they'll have family that's involved in my targeting turn me over to a hospital to be hospitalized at a mental hospital, and they do that to deprive me of my freedom and to institutionalize me and further program me when I'm in the hospital, I believe, because they do really bizarre stuff when I'm there. So I think about four or five years ago it was, I was at a hospital in Fremont, California, and I was there for about two weeks. They always make me stay about two weeks, even if I tell them, you know, there's no problems, they still keep me for two weeks because the doctors are in on it. And then um, I'm at the hospital and my family says I can't come back to the house. Um, they're basically I'm homeless. So then the hospital says they found a house for me in Sacramento, so I feel really nervous and um I know something's up. My gut instinct is telling me something's up. So this Uber driver picks me up and takes me to this house, and I walk in, and I notice that I'm the only white person living there. There's like one, two, three, four or five of us, and I'm the only white person there, and then there's the owner and he's black, and then there's his friends coming over and they're black, and so I'm just kind of like, that's kind of weird. I've never been the only white person, so we'll see how this is. This will be fun, you know. We'll see what this is like. It's another experience. And I'm trying to kind of put my best foot forward. So I'm hanging out there, and then all of a sudden I start getting hit with a do weapon, and I start experiencing horrible neurological problems, and uh, I basically just feel like I'm crawling out of my skin and I'm having back-to-back panic attacks, and I can barely breathe. So I call my wife on FaceTime and she doesn't understand the targeting program, and I tell her that I'm being hurt, and she doesn't do anything because she just thinks that I'm going through some mental health mental health crisis. So um then I walk into the kitchen and um the owner of the house does some things to me that uh that have to do with can I say sexual harassment? Yeah, yeah, just basically sexually harassing me and uh doing things that have to do with essay stuff, but it hasn't done it yet. And I feel like I can't move. I try to move my my legs and I can't move. I try to run and I can't go anywhere. And what I've learned in this program is that certain TIs they can puppet. So they can walk you to a vehicle, they can walk you to your house, they can move your arms, move your neck, move your head, they can do all this like you're a puppet. And I think that is either the weapons that they're using on us or the implants, because I have a full body of implants and you can feel some of them with your fingers, they're raised, and uh, or it's a combination of both. But so I'm stuck there. And so they do this humiliation ritual over and over again where this guy puts his hand on a spot on my face because I was actually essayed when I was younger by a teacher that was friends with our family. He was actually my friend, he was older than me. And he essayed me when I was younger, and the targeters knew about that, and uh, he busted my lip when he was essaying me, and I was a teenager, and I had a swollen lip for like a lip for like a week. And so he kept putting his hand on my lip and I couldn't move, and he kept grabbing me by the lip and then screaming things about me and telling me things that he was gonna do to me, and I couldn't move, I couldn't run. And he was really big. He looked like he played football, he looked like a cop or a like a federal agent the way he looked with his haircut and the way he dressed and uh his vehicle and everything. And uh I looked him up on Facebook later, and it said that he was a criminal justice major. Uh, so I kind of believed that he was working for law enforcement so um or had ties to law enforcement. So um he put hands on me, then uh some of the other people they would freeze me in front of these people, and then they would put hands on me. Then they did real torturous things where they acted like they were attacking my dead grandmother. He did, and then uh people in the house were using a lot of drugs. One guy was using methamphetamine, another guy was snorting cocaine. So they were getting intoxicated to be able to do what they were doing to me because they obviously had to numb their feelings because what they were doing, what they were getting ready to do was really bad. So I went into my room, and then all of a sudden, I have a 2D hologram pop in my head of me in a spaceship surrounded by aliens essaying me, a group of them essaying me, and I can't move and I can't protect myself, I can't move my arms to fight, and I can't run, and I can't wake up from this hologram that they had um put in my head. And so, so eventually that went away. I went and I laid down on my bed, and then they did a couple more ESAs on me where I had holograms put in my head of that happening over and over and over again. And it really broke me down. It just made me feel like just less than human. And then I laid on my bed and I fell asleep, and there was a gang member, and they like to use African American gang members in my area to target me. And there's a reason for that. They're trying to instill a type of racism that Dr. Robert Duncan talks about, where they sensitize you to think a certain race is doing your targeting. So they make me believe African Americans are targeting me. So he comes up and I'm on the bed and I I wake up and he's essaying me from behind. And I can't move, I can't fight, and then all of a sudden I'm trying to move, and then bam, I black out and I fall back asleep. Well, I finally get up from this and I'm like, this is crazy. I can't fight, I can't run. I gotta get out of here, man. I have to get out of this house. Every time I go near the door, the owner of the house, the guy that was a criminal justice major, I would say his name, but I don't want to get attacked again just because like he has connections. I can tell just because of things that have happened to me because of him. So uh I try to leave the house and he blocks the door with another guy that looks like all American. They look like cops, man. They just look like cops, you know, high-end tight haircuts, uh, and uh they look like cops on their off day. And they had cops driving by the house, code three, with their lights and sirens going back and forth, back and forth, fire trucks driving back in front of me while I'm getting essayed with lights on, back and forth. So um I'm I'm seeing all this. So I say, when as soon as he goes out of this house and I get to that door, I'm running. So I get to the door and I run. Um, I get out to the street and it's cold. It's nighttime, and I'm in shorts and a t-shirt and flip-flops. So I go to this gas station, they freeze me on. I'm gonna shorten this because it's a really long story. They did a lot of horrible things to me. They made me freeze at a gas pump to where I couldn't move. They came and gave me pants because it was freezing. And they gave me pants to wear. I put the pants on. They should have brought me a jacket because it was freezing. And I walked over and I picked up um something off the ground, and it was a cowboy hat with like pink on it or like a feather on it. Just like basically they were making fun of me. So they placed that hat there. Then I went and I picked up a tarp and I put it on myself and I laid down next to a tree. They cut my toe open while my while I was laying down. So I woke up and the toes, a cut like two toes, I believe, one or two toes, had a cut on them to where when I stepped on my foot, the cut was touching my shoe. And the reason they did that was because they were gonna walk me for about 25 miles. They walked me back and forth on Power End Road to the train station and then back and forth from Power End Road where I was to the train station over and over again until I believe I walked 25 miles. Like the distance from my house to downtown Sacramento is what I kind of figured I walked. And it hurt the whole time. It hurt the cuts on my my toes. And so um, they did that. I picked up another thing to cover myself up, and I broke out with this rash. This technology is really, really bizarre what they can do with it. Um I broke out, broke out in a rash. There was nothing on the thing I picked up. Um, they were just basically trying to simulate hell for me. They had me seeing African American, a African American man coming up out of a coffin, like he was coming up out of the coming back to life from death. And then um I walked to a gas station and uh they made me feel there's this video that they put out where they talk about the future prisons. Some of them are gonna be, where they put you in this thing that looks like a coffin and they hook your mind up to this computer, and they can put images in your head of trauma to make you uh pay for the crime you've committed, and you can serve your sentence in a couple of hours and have basically PTSD made from this machine. Well, they put me in one of those and had me hooked up to IVs, they made it look like it. It was a hologram. And then I got I got, and then they were replaying all kinds of trauma over in my head over and over and over again. I finally got up and I got out of the the fake coffin-looking hologram that I was I was laying on the ground. And I just stepped up and I stood up and uh I walked over to the gas station, and then I'm standing there in front of the gas station and I see a vehicle pulled up that looks like my wife's vehicle that she had before, and I think it's my wife. They tell me through uh through their wet through one of their technologies that it's my wife. So I walk, I don't walk over, they walk me because I'm just standing there watching, observing. They move my legs, they walk me. This is the first time they did it to me, to the car. They have me open the door and sit in the car. I look down and I see two bags of drugs, and I go, why am I in this car? What am I doing in here? Well, all of a sudden, an African-American man who was really buffed opens the door with like uh one of those extend one of those extendable nights, and he beat me, beats me on my elbows, my knees, my hips, my arms, and my head. And then they they hit a button and adrenaline courses through my body. I grab the other door and I leap out of the car like a frog and I jump. And it was really incredible how much power I had. And I jumped and I hit the asphalt, and uh store owner came and asked me if I was all right. Well, there was a cop. I noticed I looked over because I was thinking about getting somebody's attention. They were all gang stalkers, everybody at the gas pumps. They were just watching and like just looking at their phones and watching like it was nothing. And I looked over and there was a Sack City police officer sitting in his cruiser watching me. He was watching me get attacked. So I go to walk to his car, I'm gonna report what just happened. Like, why aren't you doing anything? And he hits as soon as he sees me, turns his lights on, and he takes off down the freeway. So police are involved in my gang stalking and my targeting, and uh, there's other things that have happened that I could talk about where police have actually used scripts on me that my targeters use. They've uh tortured me in jail, putting me in cells, putting me in a cell with lice for 15 days while the lice ate me alive and just horrible things they did to me, getting me in fights with other inmates and promoting violence, basically. And so I finally walk off and I go to this building and they make it look like a circus with a bunch of like crazy circus decorations all over it. It's all holograms. And I go and I lay down um at a bush and I fall asleep and I finally get some sleep. Well, I get up in the morning and I say, This is enough, I'm out of here. Nobody's letting me use their phone because everybody they have on the street watching me, they're all gang stalkers. They have the whole entire street lined with people that look like regular citizens and they're all gang stalkers. So I walk up and I put my thumb out and I know it's gonna be a gang stalker. And of course, the first car that sees me pulls up a white vehicle and it's a big guy, a big white guy. And uh he goes, get in. And I get in the car and he goes, Do you want to watch some porn? And I go, dude, just take me to the hospital, bro. So uh he takes me to uh Kaiser Morris Avenue, which was where I was born. That's where I've done most of my ER visits where I was born, and they've treated me horrible there. The security's all involved in the targeting, they get them involved. Uh so they took me there. I ask for the sheriff's deputy on duty because there's a law enforcement officer working there, and uh the sheriff walks up to me smiling. He thinks it's all funny. And I tell him what happened. I don't mention the SA or the ESA because I'm a man, and that was like the most humiliating thing I could ever talk about. And I didn't talk about it for a couple of years. So I filed a report. They never follow up with me to um to tell me if anybody was ever arrested because nobody ever was. They never called me to verify information. Uh, and I need to I still have tried to get a hold of internal affairs and they won't return my any of my emails. And I know that's either because the targeters are intercepting my emails, which is what I really think is happening, or the sheriff's department is just they've got me flagged as a TI and they know not to interact with me. So that happened. And um, again, this may not be able to play. They may edit this out of this video, and I'll check it when it's done because they don't want me to talk about it because law enforcement was involved. They don't want me to talk about it. You know what? I'm just gonna be brave. The guy who did it, the guy who owned that house, his name was James Clarence, and he lives in Sacramento, California, and he's a criminal justice major, and he was a part of me getting essay'd, and he was, and I'm just gonna say it because he was, and I they can do whatever they want. So that happened, and so basically what happened is they were trying to get me to incarcerate myself for a crime for years, and I just wouldn't play along. They would try to get me to fight them and I wouldn't fight them. They would try to get me to break the law in a certain way and I wouldn't do it. Yeah. Not to say I didn't make mistakes when I was being targeted, because I made a lot of mistakes when I was being targeted. Finally, they had me attack. I think I talked about this on the other one. They had me attack my 73-year-old father, my disabled Marine Corps Vietnam veteran, combat wounded father, uh, who has a bad leg. They had me attack him in front of my mom's house and they robotted me. They had me swing my arms, throw him down, beat him up, walk over to his car, punch the back windshield out with one punch, and walk to the street, take all my clothes off. And then the cops came up. It was the timing was perfect. They were waiting. Then they pulled up, they had to be waiting. And then they pulled up. Yeah, and then they pulled up and they're like, Hey, do you want your clothes? And I was like, Yeah, please. So they gave me my clothes, they took me to the jail. When I went to the jail, it looked like they had one of those heart monitors on the wall, and they made me believe I was listening to my dad's heart monitor. They were telling me through their technology, they were putting thoughts in my head that my dad was hooked up to life support and that he was gonna die. So they OR'd me. Check this out. I had elder abuse with GBI, and I have a criminal record from when I was younger, and they OR'd me within like four or well, five hours, I think. They OR'd me to the street. They never do that. They keep me for violent crimes normally in Sacramento. So they OR'd me, so I got out of there. So I ended up going away to prison for that crime. And uh, I just want to say that the weird thing is, is ever since I went to prison, they've changed the type of targeting that they're doing to me, and they've reduced my targeting by a lot. Now, they still do horrible things to me that I deal with every single day, and every night I have nightmares of dream manipulation, um, where I'm in prison or I'm in jail or I'm in a hospital and I'm getting hurt or I'm being tortured, I'm being targeted. And uh they do other things to me like they do to other men and women, which I'm not gonna go into, but um, they've reduced my targeting, and it's been a couple of years where they've hit me at different times with big kamikaze like uh things where they attack me out of nowhere and it goes right back to how it was before. But they've reduced my targeting by a lot. So what I'm doing now is I'm just trying to like pray to God, go to church, follow the Lord, and you know, not get in trouble and see if I can try to survive this program because I've gotten suicidally depressed in this program so many times that I I can't even count how many times I wanted to end, you know, end it. So uh yeah, so I mean that's that's basically what happened.

Yeah, I'm sorry that happened to you. And for those um viewers that are listening to this, I want you to know that the technology that they can kinetically control you is absolutely 100% true because they jerked me around the makeup aisle at Walmart, in Parley's Canyon Walmart in Salt Lake City, Utah. And so if you don't think they can kinetically control you, they can. They had me pull that power switch in an attempt to try to save my neighbors from the directed energy weapons because they were offing them. I had two neighbors that lived in my same building. One had a pacemaker, they offed him with uh directed energy weaponry, and then his wife ended up dying, who was completely healthy. And uh that was like a couple weeks later, they offed her. And then these two lesbian um couple, this lesbian couple ended up moving into their condo after they killed those poor old people. And so I just want to put that into perspective about them having the ability to kinetically control. Obviously, they did it to you because they were able to get you to do stuff that you weren't really wanting to do at the time.

Yeah, and you know, the thing is, is you got to be careful what you read on the internet on some of these TI forums and groups because number one, there's covert agents on there and informants that are spreading disinformation on purpose. Then you've got TIs that are spreading misinformation because they haven't read enough. But um, what they like to say is, oh, this is a no-touch torture program. I'm here to tell you they killed my grandmother with a direct energy weapon attack. I found her dead body. I mean, my mom found her first, but I pronounced her dead. And then uh, you know, I filtered pulse and then I said, She's dead, she's hard as a rock. And then uh they actually assaulted me at that gas station. I've been in fights with gang stalkers where they put hands on me. They do kidnappings, they do essays, they do real essays, they do ESAs. I dated a girl and it just went horrible. They controlled me the whole time, controlled her, made me explode, made her um have horrible feelings the whole relationship. Bad things happen. And what happened with her is that she gets essayed at night, and a lot of women do. Um, what they can do is they can knock you out and then they come into your house and they steal my stuff, they vandalize my car, my my clothes have holes in the pockets, my zipper will be broken. These are just some examples, but they've stolen jewelry. They the stuff that they have is so advanced. Like the military technology that they're using is probably like a hundred or something years ahead of what we even think they have from what we see on the street. You know what I mean?

Yes, yes, absolutely. I do. I do. And once you've been targeted overtly, you'll never be the same person. You know, it it'll either make you stronger or it will make you to succumb with what they are wanting to do. And it's it's very satanic. And I often wonder like those people that were watching that unravel at the gas station, if they weren't uh actually watching it like a TV show on their phone as you were getting the shit beat out of you.

Right? Because you're not supposed to be holding a phone while you're near a gas pump.

They uh I know they stream us on the dark web. So not only are we being tortured in our homes, but uh people are actually paying to view us be tortured. Now, what kind of sick human being wants to watch another human being be tortured to where they unalive themselves? Now that's how sick people are. Yeah. But I tell them, you know, I tell these guys, I try to help, and I say, you know, you guys need to pray, you need to repent, you need to find Jesus or God or higher power, you need to find something to turn your guys' selves over to because your heart is black. I told them, I said, you guys are evil. You guys, everybody helping you, all your informants, your covert agents, your, you know, the fake TIs, you guys all are gonna be judged for what you're doing. And they know I study near death experiences and I study religious stuff, so they have to hear it all day long when people go to their life to their life review. And I tell them, I go, You're gonna have a life review too. And when you go in front of God and you say I did it for entertainment and a paycheck, he will not forgive you. He's not gonna forgive you for this. So I pray for them.

Yes, I do too. But it's interesting because the Epstein files came out. Up and targeted individuals are in some of those files.

So so they they were using some of this technology on some of those young girls and other, you know, individuals. It's just disturbing. You know, some people need to be put in prison and they need to have the same torture that they've given to us put back onto them. They wouldn't make it.

No, they wouldn't survive it, I don't think. They know how bad it is already. So if it started happening, then they'd be like, I know exactly where this is gonna go. Oh, you know what I mean? And they do it every day. Um yeah, with the Epstein file release, I was really hoping a a news that the media would pick it up and start covering it. But just like everything else, the media is uh clicked up with powerful authority figures that are, you know, that have connections to to the elites, to the uh to the Illuminati, to the cabal, whatever you want to call it. And so they're not gonna cover it. They're not gonna cover it. So I know they're owned. Yeah, and it's just it's just I was getting my hopes up and I started sending it to family members. And then uh noticing what family members are involved, my son is actually starting to open up to the idea that maybe this is happening to me because I've been sharing stuff with him, and he's like, No, I believe that it's possible that it might be happening to you, you know. And he asked me questions about it, and he saw a gang stalker following us with their lights on, flipping their lights on and off, on and off. And I waited a couple days because it made me nervous. I didn't want to embarrass myself, and so I finally told him, I said, That's one of my gang stalkers, dude. They do that to me everywhere I go. So, but you know, the rational mind wants to try to figure out another thing that could be happening. So he said, Well, maybe it's the devil talking to you guys. And I said, Riley, it's not the devil. They turned my TV off, they mess with my emails, they edit my stuff out of my videos. It's not the devil, Riley. So, you know, it's just hard to believe. Maybe the AI anti-Christ. Exactly. The AI is the devil. Yeah, exactly. And it's just uh it's gonna get worse before it gets better, I think. I think that now they've talked about it in the Epstein files, so people know about it. They know it's real. I know that those files went to the DOJ, right? So it went to the Department of Justice, but they're involved in it, according to people that I've read about. So they say that DOJ is involved in our targeting program. So it's just gonna take this tech, I think what it's gonna take is for this technology to start becoming more mainstream, like them using the 5G uh microwave auditory hearing to where they actually use it in our homes and stuff. Because I heard the military uses it on some of their space programs from this video I watched. And so if it starts becoming mainstream and people realize that you can project voices in someone's head, even when you're standing next to someone else and they don't hear it, then people might actually start believing that we're being tortured with this technology.

Yeah. Well, if it becomes so mainstream and people start finding out and purchasing it to go after these guys that are doing it to us, right? Because one good term deserves another. And I can't imagine why it wouldn't be turned against them at some point. I mean, we're all targets, you know. Now that people know that this exists, you know, they could probably purchase some of this stuff on the black market and be like, I'm gonna go test this on this uh police officer over here, see how he likes it. Yeah. I mean, just saying, who knows? But I have a feeling that it's going to end sooner rather than later. And because all of it's coming out and because we are starting to gain credibility.

Yeah. So that's my hope. That's what I pray for.

Yeah, that's we have to keep praying for that. That's the only way it's going to come to light is if we keep talking about it, we keep praying about it. And uh yeah, the problem with sending our love and mind.

The problem with the movement, the TI movement, is there's so much distrust and infighting in our groups that it's hard to get anything accomplished. And it's the technology. They're using mind control to divide us. And they're using covert agents, they're infiltrating our groups with covert agents, spreading disinformation and and causing infighting to where we never accomplish anything.

SPEAKER_02 26:13

Yeah, exactly. We we need an assembly of TIs that know there is a possibility that you're being brainwashed into not liking another targeted survivor or someone who's willing, trying to help the cause. Like some guy put a comment on underneath one of my videos that said I'm a perp. And I'm like, why would you possibly even say that? And why would I be a perp if I'm trying to help people and give them a platform that gives them a voice that has no logical, you know, no logic to it. So I just told him, don't, you know, get off my channel. And um, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. And so I think that's a really important message for other TIs that are still in victim mode. They need to step up into survivor mode and start um, you know, getting together and making an assembly of some sort so that we can create some sort of action plan.

Yeah, and it's really sad how a lot of us TIs are isolated and we can't have relationships. Like I was saying, like, so my targeting program, my mind control is very strong. Like I'm under severe mind control, like to where they implant thoughts in my head, they control what I think, when I move, how I move, what I do. So, like I got my hopes up a while back and I got in a relationship with another TI. And then the targeters let me date for like two months, and they didn't really interfere with the relationship. Like they'd hang the phone up and stuff, and they would uh tell, they would uh tell her thing, her targeters would tell her things about me that aren't true, and we would kind of like have conversations that almost turned into arguments, but it was okay for like two months, and then they activated me and put this rage on me when she was trying to break up with me, and I exploded and I did some really stupid things behind that. But I was literally being mind controlled, and it wasn't it was like I was watching myself do it, and then afterwards I just felt this insane guilt. But what ended up happening was that destroyed like three relationships that I had in the TI community because people were like, What was that, dude? What happened? And they just didn't want to talk to me anymore. Now, I I understand, but like some of us who are in the TI program are in the cycle bomb program, some of us are in the program assassin program, Manchurian candidates. So, like, you can't really relate to what we go through if you're not a Manchurian candidate, because what they're trying to do is they're trying to groom us to where one day we'll take a life of somebody else. And that's what they're doing. We're created to be a weapon. Some TIs are created to suffer for entertainment, I think, to make money off of it, and also for technology, they're experimenting with their technology. And other TIs are created to be straight up Manchurian candidates and hurt as many people as they can, and that's the program that I'm in, you know? So it's made it to where I can't have relationships. I don't even really try to date my friendships. I'm always wondering if they're involved in my targeting. I don't know if you go through that, but I'm always kind of wondering if people are involved in it. My listen to hear if they're using scripts on me, but at the same time, they can biohack somebody with this technology. Like I could be talking to you and I could say to my targeters, make her shake her head no. And then you'll literally shake your head no. And I've done it to all the TIs that I've talked to. Like when I talk to them over the people, they'll shake their head no and I'll go, Did you mean to do that? And I'll be like, No, I don't know why I did that. Because they're biohacking everybody I'm talking to. It's really bizarre, and it leads me to believe that they're trying to influence the conversations that we're having. They're trying to influence those conversations.

Yeah, yeah. I wouldn't doubt it. Probably. I mean, Anthony, you know, yep. Hopefully others will wake up. I just want them to go down the rabbit hole, you know, and do their own research and know that the government, you know, the mind control is in control and we need to get out of the matrix.
