you"},{"startTime":320.81800000000004,"endTime":324.82800000000003,"body":"can't leave , so you can't really hydrate"},{"startTime":324.82800000000003,"endTime":326.148,"body":"and be in the bathroom not only on edge from"},{"startTime":343.81800000000004,"endTime":348.18800000000005,"body":"all the stress and pressure of those"},{"startTime":343.81800000000004,"endTime":348.18800000000005,"body":"jobs, but I didn't realize how much"},{"startTime":348.24800000000005,"endTime":354.618,"body":"it was also stressing my physiology"},{"startTime":348.24800000000005,"endTime":354.618,"body":"my body by not providing it enough"},{"startTime":354.76800000000003,"endTime":359.478,"body":"hydration for my brain to function,"},{"startTime":354.76800000000003,"endTime":359.478,"body":"for my body to function, the muscles to"},{"startTime":359.478,"endTime":361.488,"body":"be, um, yeah, that was another in the bucket that tips our system"},{"startTime":500.82500000000005,"endTime":503.596,"body":"over into a flare up or keeps us function."},{"startTime":611.696,"endTime":616.586,"body":"So if hydration could be part of the"},{"startTime":611.696,"endTime":616.586,"body":"problem, you know, are providers
