Something extraordinary is happening in the cosmos this week! Jupiter, the greater benefic planet that brings luck, expansion, and blessings, is moving into Cancer – the sign where this magnificent celestial body is exalted and at its most powerful. This cosmic alignment only happens once every twelve years, creating a special opportunity for growth, emotional connection, and spiritual development.

The beauty of Jupiter in Cancer lies in its perfect synergy between expansive energy and nurturing qualities. While Jupiter wants to grow and explore, Cancer provides the emotional intelligence and protective instincts that ensure this growth happens in meaningful, soul-nourishing ways. For the next year, we'll all experience Jupiter's blessings in different areas of our lives, depending on our rising sign.

Before Jupiter's grand entrance into Cancer, we'll experience Mercury conjunct Jupiter in Gemini on June 8th – an excellent time to expand your ideas, think bigger about projects, or broaden your social connections. However, June 9th brings some challenging aspects with Mercury square Saturn, Venus square Pluto, and Mercury square Neptune, potentially creating temporary communication difficulties and relationship tensions. By June 11th, a lovely Mercury sextile Venus aspect offers opportunities for loving words and heartfelt expressions.

Hello and welcome to Pisces Moon Astrology. I'm your astrologer, kate Leonard, and I'm excited to explore the stars with you. Hi everyone, welcome to the week of June 8th through June 14th, and I've got another good one for you. I've also got sign by sign, so I'm going to break it down and give you a little hint, based on your rising sign. If you don't know that, you really need to schedule an appointment with me or go find it on one of the apps, and if you can't find it because you don't have your birth time for some reason, then you can listen to this for your sun sign, if you were born during the day, or your moon sign, if you were born at night. So the most accurate, though, is your rising sign. All right, let's get into yet another great week. Oh, my goodness, we're getting a little spoiled here. It's three good weeks in a row. Oh, and thank you so much to everybody who shared the podcast. I did get a little blip in my numbers, which I'm still a tiny channel, but that's how it starts right, and I'm so grateful to all of you. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and, as a thank you, this weekend, for the first time ever, I'm going to do a bonus episode, because I get a lot of people telling me that they get what I'm saying during the week, you know, for the week's energy, but that's not how their week played out. Well, I just had one of those weeks Big time, okay. So I'm going to explain to you why that happens, how to work with the energy slightly more effectively and, yes, I will tell you a personal story about oh, my goodness, that's not exactly the week I had. Anyway, that will go up either Sunday or Monday. All right, thank you again for being here, and let's get into some of the other things happening this week, because we have a really really good thing. But while that really really good thing is happening, we do have some tense aspects that I'll just give you a hint about, and stay tuned because I'm going to do all the rising signs. Okay, first, the really really good thing which I just, in all of my excitement about everything going on, forgot to mention, is that Jupiter, the greater benefic, the luckiest, most blessed planet in the sky, is moving into Cancer, where he is exalted. This is Jupiter at his happiest, and when he's happy, we're happy. Okay, so that's going to be the main thing, but here are some of the other things going on. First, one of the not so bad ones. Not that any of them are horrible horrible because Jupiter moving into Cancer is so good. I don't think that anything's going to be as bad as it might be. But the first thing we got on June 8th Mercury in Gemini conjuncts with Jupiter in Gemini. Now, this is the last thing Jupiter is going to do before he moves into Cancer. Okay, mercury is super strong because he rules Gemini.

So this is a great time to expand your ideas. So this is a great time to expand your ideas. Whatever you've been thinking about doing, go bigger. You're going to have inspired brilliant ideas. Big, big, big and go for it, because Mercury is so strong. Go for it and you will reap rewards. This can also be expanding your social circle, your networking group, your marketing campaigns. Go bigger. This is a very, very blessed moment for all things.

Speaker 1:

Mercury, on the 9th, we start getting into the less exciting stuff. We've got Mercury squaring Saturn stuff. We've got Mercury squaring Saturn. So we've just had this giant expansion of ideas. Now we're going to square Saturn, and Saturn is the one who limits. He says no, he sets boundaries. So he's going to go. Okay, let's set some boundaries here, because this is gigantic.

Speaker 1:

Now, don't take this as like oh well, then what good was the eighth if we're just getting Saturn on the ninth? No, look at it as maybe breaking things into chunks. How are you going to implement these things? How will you communicate your ideas? Saturn pays off if you do the work, and he's very, very good with helping to create the structure that will support all those great ideas. But it may not feel great. You may have to struggle with it a little bit, because it is a square.

Speaker 1:

Also, on the 9th, venus is going to square Pluto, so expect power struggles, probably with a loved one, but check the house Aquarius occupies, because that's where Pluto is and he's going to be the one giving you some trouble. And then also on the ninth right, the ninth has a lot of like oh my goodness, maybe just stay in bed and, like, read a really good book that day, and we have Mercury squaring Neptune. This brings confusion and just, yeah, a basic lack of clarity. Wait it out, just wait it out, don't do anything too big. On the 9th, we've got three squares going on. It'd be better to just give it a couple of days, all right.

Then, finally, on the 11th, we get a positive aspect when Mercury sextiles. That's an angle of opportunity, venus. So this is communication about love sextile. You got to do it, you got to grab the opportunity. So if you've been meaning to say I love you, then do it. This aspect is not going to shove those words out your mouth, you got to grab them. So, loving words, loving ideas, those kinds of things, all right, but the opportunity will be there. You got to grab it. All right. With all that said, let's get into Jupiter, moving into exaltation in Cancer, jumping right in. I've already told you a whole lot about what Jupiter signifies, right? Jupiter brings luck, brings blessings. Jupiter brings positive expansion to whatever is going on in that area of your chart.

Speaker 1:

Jupiter's also called the guru planet, or maybe I just call him that. Well, anyway, trust me, it's a good name for him, and what that means is he's super spiritual. Think of the signs he rules. He rules Sagittarius, that visionary sign, and he rules Pisces, the deeply spiritual sign. So, guru, expect spirituality to either aid you in whatever is going on, like your intuitive senses and all of that, or expect that your spiritual connection with whatever house we're talking about whatever topics in your chart, there's going to be an expanded spiritual connection.

Speaker 1:

As you know, if you listen to me or any other astrologer, really planets are different in different signs, different signs. The more the planet is aligned with the style or mode of that sign, the happier the planet is and the more it can give you its gifts and the more easily it can give you its gifts. This is true even for greater benefic Jupiter. He's been in Gemini, so of course he's brought blessings to all of those Gemini topics socializing, communication, contracts, all that stuff. But he was in what's called detriment there, meaning not happy. And think about it. Mercury rules Gemini, right? Mercury is all flitting about social butterfly, talking to this person and that person, all about the here and now. Really, jupiter wants to think about the big picture and is also going deeper. So Jupiter in Gemini is not a great fit. Does he still bring blessings? Of course he's Jupiter, but it's not the best. Of course he's Jupiter, but it's not the best.

Speaker 1:

Jupiter in Cancer, however, jupiter has that Piscean emotional quality, right? Cancer is one of the most emotional signs. It's a different style than Pisces but nevertheless it's a water sign, it's the nurturer, it's the maternal energy, and when I say maternal I mean archetypically. This has nothing to do with gender, but it is the nurturer, it's the crab, and we don't usually think of crabs as being like warm and fuzzy, but crabs are not aggressive. They have that shell and those amazing little pincher things that they have. What do you call them? Claws pinchers? Whatever they are, they have those for defense. So, in the same sense that we think of that mama bear energy, cancer has that same thing, except, well, it's in a shell, it's a crab, it will attack. If needed, it will fight back. So there's a defensive quality.

Speaker 1:

But it's usually going to use that either to literally save itself or when something it loves. This can be a person, this can be an idea, this can be whatever it is, but some cherished and loved being in their lives. You know, a Cancer will defend. That's why it has those glorious little feet things. Anyway, so we've got Jupiter here. It connects emotionally, it connects with that sense of wanting this good outcome, looking ahead and saying what do I need to defend right now for the big picture? In what ways do I need to be more nurturing in this area of my life and in what ways do I need to allow more nurturing in. So it's a beautiful, beautiful energy.

Speaker 1:

Oh, and I forgot to say before I get into the sign by sign, jupiter is going to stay in Cancer for a year. So this is one of those things that I really want to stress. It is going to launch this week and that's always a powerful time for the energy Because, remember I've said before, those first couple of degrees of a sign and the last couple of degrees of a sign are supercharged, right. So Jupiter is coming into exaltation this week and he is going to be celebrating like, wow, I'm out of Gemini, I'm in this great new space and he's going to be big and at his best, but he stays there for a year. So don't expect that this week everything perfect will happen and then it's just in the box, lit on top, it's all done.

Speaker 1:

This is going to be unfolding and manifesting for a whole year. That is glorious, because that means the blessings we get this week yes, we get them and they will probably continue to expand and unfold over the course of the year, but we will continue getting blessings and continue this growth process and this deepening of our spiritual truth. Our spiritual essence will be growing during this period. So give it time. Yes, embrace and rejoice about all the things that are going to happen this week, but also give it time and, depending on your natal chart, if you don't see the gigantic blessings this week, it may be because Jupiter's making a less than great aspect to maybe one of the malefics like Mars or Saturn in your natal chart. Wait it out. This is a whole year. Jupiter is going to bring blessings, okay.

Speaker 1:

So, with all of that said, let's go through the signs Again. The most important sign, always and forever, is your rising sign. The rising sign is literally who you are. I use the whole sign house system because that is the ancient system. The rising sign is the first house that is literally the you you were born into in this lifetime. So the rising sign, which is based on your time, date and place of birth, is the most important one to listen to. If you don't know that, then if you're born during the day, listen to your sun sign, and if you're born at night, listen to your moon sign. All right, let's get into it.

Speaker 1:

So, for Aries, cancer is your fourth house of home and family. This is the natural placement for Cancer, the place where actually it's more itself in that nurturer position, right? So this is a year of loving vibes in your home, strengthening your soul relationship with your closest family members, and you might even find I don't know if you've been thinking about expanding the number of people who live in that home. Pregnancy is possible for y'all. So just saying. But it's also a time when you might do like home expansion and build a loft or I don't know what people build, but you get it For. Taurus Cancer is your third house of communication, writing and siblings. This is going to really be you nurturing your written projects. But also third house is communication. So it's not just your writing, it's your ability to communicate your ideas in a loving, nurturing way. But if you are a writer, this is going to be really nurturing that project into being right, like birthing your project. It's glorious. This is also a good time to soul bond and get closer, deepen those relationships with siblings.

Speaker 1:

Gemini Cancer is your second house of finances and this is pretty easy. It's time to expand your bank account and watch your net worth grow. All right, financial opportunities should present themselves this year. Cancer this is your first house. It is time to nurture you, nurture your inner child, foster that loving attention you give to yourself. I will give you a warning Jupiter in the first house can make you fat. Not trying to fat shame here, but I gained a lot of weight when Jupiter was going through my first house and I will just tell you this is one of the ways that I don't find Jupiter all that helpful. So do not feed yourself to nurture or if you do feed yourself, healthfully right Like, truly nurture not eat a zillion snicker bars. You get what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

Leo, the crab is your 12th house. You benefit from a year of taking time for yourself. This is a spiritual year and you will mostly grow spiritually through solitude, going into nature, going by the water especially this is a water sign. So meditations, retreats, yoga, all of that stuff. Also nurturing your mental health. Virgo, this is your 11th house of friends and group affiliations. You know what this means. You're going to nurture and be nurtured by your tribe. It's also a year to expand your tribe. Who needs to be brought in or what new things do you need to be doing? I know a lot of. It's going to sound weird, but go with me. I know a lot of like covens and pagan groups and things like that who are really expanding the kind of energetic work they do. So just saying, however, that relates to you.

Speaker 1:

Libra 10th house of career Nurture your career, nurture yourself as a professional person, take assignments that feel good to you, right, and it's also the time to expand your role at work, expand your client base. All of that Expansion in career, love it. Scorpio this is your ninth house of spirituality higher education and foreign travel. This is true Jupiterian expansion, because this is deepening your spiritual world. It could also be about going back for higher education or reaping the benefits of it by graduating or whatever, and you may find that you celebrate that graduation or go to those spiritual retreats or whatever it is, in foreign places and you can tie it all together. Sagittarius this is the eighth house of combined resources. It's a great year to get out of debt, find investors for your business, really nurture those combined resources. If you and a business partner or your spouse or whomever, if you pool your resources, it's time to really grow in that area. It's a really good time for business and for just growing wealth.

Speaker 1:

Capricorn this is your seventh house of primary partnership, aka the marriage house. Nurture your relationship and watch it expand. This is a time to deepen your soul union with your partner. It's beautiful. Aquarius. Sixth house of physical health. This is a great time to really look at your diet and exercise routines and instead of approaching it and you can sometimes do this instead of approaching your health and fitness as like, how hard can I go at it? You know, I'm going to go to the gym and pump the iron and lift the weights I mean, you're not exactly that way. That's more Aries, but you can do that. You can think it's sort of all or nothing kind of thing. This is a time to do nurturing activities, healthful eating that really nourishes your tissues and your body and your organs, and all the stuff, herbs, things like that. Beautiful, beautiful time. And also loving nurturing kinds of physical activities like yoga and breathing exercises, even things like swimming and things like that, because this is a water sign, pisces.

Speaker 1:

This is your fifth house of creativity, sex and children. So all you artists out there, you're going to be nurturing your art projects. As anyone who does anything creative. You may find that your sex life becomes a lot more I don't know, gentle or loving, whatever that means to you. Okay, and this is another one where it's sex, it's children. Oh. So for you parents out there, or parent figures, teachers, you may find that you're really expanding your role with the children in your life.

Speaker 1:

Let's get back to the sex now, though. Sex leads to what Babies? Babies are also in the fifth house. Could you be getting pregnant, or have your significant other getting pregnant, sure could. So just be aware of that. All right, that's the 12 signs. That's only the tip of the iceberg.

I hope it was helpful for everyone, and I mean certainly these little snippets do not describe the year ahead in any comprehensive kind of way, but it does give you an idea of how to apply it to the house that's going to be most affected.
