This week is so about Venus, and I want you to feel it in the real world, not just as a pretty idea. When Venus in Gemini gets busy, it rarely lands in only one lane. Love can show up as romance, sure, but also as money decisions, friendship shifts, creative breakthroughs, sisterhood, self-worth, comfort, and the way we let ourselves receive. My goal here is to help you track the themes so you can stay open to how the energy actually wants to meet you.

We start with Venus sextile Neptune, one of my favorite “soft magic” windows for dissolving boundaries in a healthy way. It can deepen a bond, reopen your intuition, and bring your art or spiritual practice back online if it has felt blocked. Then we move into Venus trine Pluto in Aquarius, a powerful signature for transformation through connection and for standing in your own goddess energy. This is where you choose truth over performance and power over people-pleasing.

Finally, Venus square the North Node in Pisces asks for a destiny-level adjustment, especially when Venus is still brushing up against Uranus and pushing you toward the brave choice. I also give you a heads-up for the Scorpio full moon on May Day and how to work with it for psychic light, healing, and honest closure where it’s needed. Hello and welcome to Pisces Moon Astrology. I'm your astrologer, Kate Leonard, and I'm excited to explore the stars with you. Hi everyone, welcome to the week of April 26th through May 2nd. Happy May Day, happy Beltane, whatever you do. Happy this week. And there's a lot of Venus stuff getting ready. So this week I am probably only doing the overview. And I know you love the sign by sign, but honestly, there are so many events that all kind of tie together that I haven't quite figured out how to make the sign by sign useful. Sometimes when the energy is really complicated, giving you those little blurbs per sign, it's almost misleading, right? Because I have to narrow down what I can talk about. Otherwise, I'd have a four-hour episode. So I narrow it down. And then if the energy comes to you through some different lens, like we're looking at Venus. Venus is women and all relationships of all kinds and love and money and beauty and comfort. And if I focus in too tightly on one and say, here's how your week's gonna be, then sometimes you can be blindsided because it comes to you a different way. So I'm kind of sitting with the idea this week. I may change my mind and give you a sign by sign. But I think what's gonna happen is this week, I really want you to listen to the cosmic energies, right? Listen to what I've got to say about this and then stay open for how this is gonna manifest in your life. Okay. That's where I think we're going this week, all right? I have to check, but it's a lot. And I think I said that I was gonna have a special for you this week. I don't, but I will next week. And I am sorry about that. The problem is this week got so busy, y'all, with clients and with the event at Eight Branches Chinese Medicine. Oh my gosh, the event was so amazing. Anyway, I digress. I will have a special for you next week, I promise, because I want to do a giant push toward the hundredth episode. So stay tuned for that. And I'm really sorry I don't have it this week. It may not sound like it to you, because honestly, I am still such a beginner, but to me, it's come a long way. So I hope you feel that vibe. Anyway, I did want to mention the event Bridging Wisdom Stories as Medicine that I did at Eight Branches Chinese Medicine. It happened on Sunday, and we talked about what it means to really seize the energies of the stars and how you use your chart ruler, or as the ancients called that planet, that's the um ruler of your first house, the homesman of your chart. We talked about how you use that planet to help you steer through life and actually seize those energies. Then we talked about some ways to kind of magically align with that planet. Oh my gosh, it was so much fun. And I want to thank all the people at Eight Branches, Chinese Medicine, and everybody who helped to organize and put that event together. I was so honored to be a part of it. All right. And if you didn't go, why didn't you go? Oh my goodness. There were people in person and online, and it was just, I don't know, it was kind of magical. Good people getting together always makes magic, right? Key Dates For Venus Transits

week. I'm gonna give you the dates first, and then I'm gonna go in and talk in more detail about how this is all gonna play out. Okay, so on the 26th, Venus in Gemini is going to sextile. That's a positive angle of opportunity. Won't beat you over the head, but will be available. Venus in Gemini is gonna sextile Neptune in Aries. This is about dissolving boundaries. Okay, dissolving boundaries. You know I don't like Neptune, but this is a positive aspect. So I don't think we're gonna be getting the lying, the deceit, the lack of clarity. I think this is really gonna be about dissolving boundaries in some Venus area. We'll talk more about that. Then on the 28th, Venus is gonna trine. That is the most positive aspect, Pluto in Aquarius. This is about the power of love, y'all. And we'll get into other ways that that's gonna show up. Then on the 28th, Venus is going to square. Square is a tense aspect, but in ancient astrology, it was better to have any aspect than no aspect. It means there will be some friction that we have to deal with, but when there's no aspect, there's no channel of energy flow. There's no way to communicate. So even though it's a square, I'm not upset about this. Venus in Gemini will square the north node of destiny in spiritual Pisces. So that's the Venus stuff we're gonna talk about. See why I'm saying it would be really hard to go sign by sign, because this is gonna get wack-a-doo. Anyway, then on May 1st, listen to me here. May 1st, we get a full moon in Scorpio. Now, why am I even bringing that up given it's the end of the week? I don't really talk about lunation so much. Because next month in May, we are having two full moons, one on the first day, one on the last day of the month. That makes the last one called a blue moon, which is super powerful. But having two full moons in a month means that our month is going to be very focused on um shining our light bright in this, you know, in our lives, in our worlds, also means culminations and a focus on bringing things to an end so that we can shine more brightly. I know a lot of people only focus on full moons as endings, culminations. That's not really accurate. It is, but it's only half the picture. Because the fact is, the full moon is also when we get the full face of Lady Luna. It is the brightest night. So it is also when we can shine, and it's it's a beautiful thing. So I do think there will be culminations next month with that blue moon energy, but I also think we're gonna be shining and manifesting and psychic and all kind of stuff. And I wanted to sort of preview that right now because I want you to be sort of opening to that energy that's coming at the end of this week. That is gonna be our first full moon of May. It's a big, big deal, y'all. It's a I also love that it's happening on Bell Tane. It's May Day, there's all kinds of celebration stuff going on that day. And I would invite you to really partake. Go out, be part of the spring festival stuff. Even if you just go walk in nature, walk in your city park, just smell a flower. Bring some flowers. My favorite flower is lilac, and they are in season right now for about the two minutes that they're actually in season, and you better bet I have them in my house. So, with all of that said, let's get into Venus. Now,

Venus Meanings Beyond Romance

if you've worked with me one-on-one, I always start every session by reminding people that every planet, every house, every sign means about a gazillion things. I want you to keep in mind all of what Venus is about. We all love the love piece, right? She is the goddess of love. And that I think is what always comes to mind. And especially for people who are looking for love, when they hear that we're gonna have a heavy Venus time, they're all like, oh, I'm gonna find my soulmate. And some of you are, don't get me wrong, some of you are, but I want to remind you: Venus is every kind of relationship, family relationships, business relationships, friendships, love, relationships with our children, our pets, ourselves. So everybody is not gonna find their soul mate this week, okay? The other thing that Venus is, though, she's sisters, she's women, she's comfort, luxury, beauty. She is money, she's art and creativity, all right? So I want you to really be open this week because it's a complicated Venus week. There's a lot of energy coming in, and I want you to stay open that this may be, and it may actually come to you in more than one way. You may be seeing some blessings come through financially with your money issues. You may decide to go do a glow-up project, you may have a great time with your sister, and you may find your soulmate. So I want you to just stay open to all of the Venus blessings that are going to be available this week, okay? But I do want to take each one separately and talk a little bit about what they can mean. The least powerful one and the first one, I say least powerful because the sextile, while positive, like I always say, it's not going to beat you on the head. You have to be really open to it and you have to grab it. It won't make this energy come into your life. You have to sort of seize it, as I always say, right? Anyway, on the 26th, we've got the Venus Sextile Neptune. This is gorgeous, and I hope you do all grab this energy. This is really a loving dissolving of boundaries. Okay, when we get Neptune at his best, it's creative, it's spiritual, it dissolves the boundary between self and other. So if you're in a relationship, you may find that you're getting a deeper soul bond this week, or at least have that opportunity. You may be getting more aligned with your financial situation, you may just be feeling um more ready to kind of step into your spirituality, your creativity, all of those kinds of things. The Venus areas where you felt a little bit disconnected, you may find that you're flowing better. So, for an example, that's not about love. If you're creative, an artist, any kind of thing that involves creative energy, and you've been feeling a little bit like you just need to take a next step or level up, this will be a time that the boundaries get dissolved and you can move into that next level. It's a really beautiful and very spiritual energy. So, for those of you who have been feeling like maybe you're not all the way living your most spiritual life, you're not feeling psychic and intuitive, and the energy is not flowing this week. Get into your practices, whatever those are, yoga, meditation, pagan practices, you know, really open up to them at the beginning of the week. And I think you will find that you can kind of level up. All right. Love this energy, love it. Then on the 28th, we've got Venus trining Pluto. Y'all, this is just straight up the power of love, the power of Venus, standing in the energy of the goddess. This is like we channel Venus, we we become the goddess because we stand in our power. This is also Pluto is deep and transformative. So this is relationships of all kinds, whether it's with your boss, your lover, your mother, your sister, your dog. And y'all know how much I love animals, so I am not joking. Anyway, but the other thing this can be, I really think because they're not in the same house or the same sign, right? I really think that this deepening, that's this transformation, this power that we're gonna feel in a Venus kind of way. I do think this is gonna be with another person. Now, again, who that person is in your life, is it necessarily your romantic partner? No. But I do think it's probably gonna be with another person, unless your first house is very, very involved with this. But I do think also it's gonna be really standing in our own goddess power and transforming. You know, there's one thing, we always look at the planetary energies as outside of ourselves, because they are, right? Because they're planets, they're in the sky. They are outside of ourselves, but they also are who we are. There was somebody who attended the workshop this weekend who said, Are you saying that if we get in touch with this energy, we're getting in touch with our pre-body selves, like our starseed selves. I wasn't actually saying that. And then she said it, and I was like, yeah, that. Although honestly, I hadn't thought of that during the talk. But it is that this week. This Pluto Venus thing could really be about going deep and finding that Venus that lives in us. Because remember, we're made of all of this energy. This energy flows to us, okay, and through us and from us. And so I want you to consider this week how you are empowered, how your yin qualities are empowered. So I think this week is going to be about deepening relationships, transforming them, and transforming our own sense of self in a way that really helps us understand our own goddess power. Does that make sense? I hope that makes sense because I think it's really profound and amazing. And then the last Venus aspect that I want to touch on is also on the 28th. So the same time as this Pluto thing, we've got the square to the north node. Now, the north node is destiny. I want you to think about Pluto and the North Node together, because we've got that square to destiny, so it's gonna take some maneuvering. Venus is always, she's the lesser benefic, and the north node is the north node of destiny. So this is not bad in any kind of way, but it's gonna take some maneuvering. Think of Pluto, deep transformation. Y'all know that doesn't ever come just like so easily. I don't mean it's hard though. I'm not trying to say that it's just it always takes some doing. We don't just wake up one morning and go, I'm a different person now. I channel the goddess, right? It's it doesn't come like that. You have to be open, you have to facilitate it, all of that. That's happening at the same time. We're getting that square to the north note. This is helping us align our love, our relationships, our relationship to money, our beauty, our comfort, all of this stuff. It's helping to align it with our destiny so that we can better walk the path our soul is here to walk. Okay, so what does this mean? There may be some letting go of things. I know you don't want to hear that. I know you don't want to hear that, but you do, you do, I promise you do. It's like, I'm not saying there are going to be breakups and things like that, though there could be, right? If you transform and stand in your beautiful Venus power and you look at your relationship to money, your love, or your whatever it is, and you're like, you know what, this is this is not what I want. This is not aligned with my destiny. This is not aligned with what makes my soul sing. Then you will cut that stuff out because it's just not your truth. It's just not right for you. But it won't be like, you know, you're in a relationship and your heart gets broken. Somebody comes to you and says, I want the ring back, or whatever people do now. I I guess they unfollow you on social media or whatever it is. Okay, it's not that. It will be you standing in your power saying, you know what, this person, thing, way I make money, whatever. It's just, it's not me. It's not aligned with who I am moving forward. You may be ending things because you want truth, because you want better. Remember that relationship with Neptune starts the week. What does Neptune do? He dissolves things. So I am telling you this week, if something ends, and it might, it might. For some people, for sure it will. For some of us, there are going to be endings this week, but we are going to end them because we recognize that it's outworn, it's not right for us, it takes us out of our power, it doesn't bring beauty and ease and comfort to our lives. Yeah, we'll get rid of that stuff. But not everybody's gonna go through an ending. Some of us are on the right track, and we just need to deepen it. And in that deepening and in that transforming, that's Pluto, in all of that, we find some tweaking that needs to happen and some growth that needs to happen so that we're better aligned with our destiny. Is that amazing, y'all? I think I'm looking forward to this week. There's some other stuff going on. We still got a whole bunch of stuff going on in Aries and all of that, but this is pretty amazing.

Uranus Shakes Up Venus Choices

Now, the other thing I want to point out to you. As we're preparing for all of this, as it's all leading up and throughout this whole week, Venus is crossing over Uranus. Last week, Uranus was in Taurus. Venus forms a conjunction, she unites with Uranus. What is Uranus? The rebel, unexpected change, unexpected growth, individuality. Then Uranus crosses into Gemini for the last time. I already talked about this, and it's in a whole new energy. And Venus is still through this whole week that we're in now, or that we're coming into for this forecast, this whole week, Venus is still playing with Uranus, unexpected change, growth, outside the box thinking, rebel and I love Uranus, can you tell? Rebel energy all around all this Venus stuff. So in any way that we haven't been true to our Venus, anyway. That we're trying to make a relationship work that really isn't right for us, any way that we're trying to make a job work or whatever it is that just isn't right for us, kaboom, that stuff is gonna blow up and we are gonna break out of that weird, limiting way of thinking, and we are gonna stand in our individual rebel energy and say, no, I'm the goddess and I need, want, whatever it is, this, right? It's powerful and I love it. I love

Scorpio Full Moon Ritual Ideas

it. Now, let's talk briefly about the full moon. Sorry to change gears on you so abruptly. I hope all that Venus stuff made sense. Let me know. Contact me if you need more info. We could set up an appointment. I love to talk to you guys. But I do want to just give you a heads up on this full moon because, like I said, it is the first full moon of a month that has two. So I really think it's quite powerful and quite special. Okay, so this is happening on the first in Scorpio. Find that area in your charts. Find Scorpio because that's where the full moon is gonna shine for sure. There's no complication about that. Oh, and just so you know, at the end of the month, the second full moon is gonna be in Sagittarius. All right, so this full moon in Scorpio. You know, Scorpio is magical and witchy. This could really be kind of shining the light on our intuitive life, our psychic abilities, our sense of ourselves as magical, spiritual um woo-woo kind of beings, I think this is gonna be a really magical time. So for those of you who have any kind of psychic, spiritual, pagan, witchy practices, you gotta catch this full moon and do something on it, right? And I would strongly suggest, unless you feel called strongly to do something about endings, I would say don't. I would say do something that has more to do with shining the light into your own psychic magical abilities and things like that. Um, the way you could phrase an ending, I suppose, is anything that's been holding you back from being as spiritual, magical, deep as you could be. You could maybe do workings on drawing those things to a close, but I really see this more as the light of the moon, not the sense of closure. Now, the other thing that this could do is shine light on mother issues. So if there are any traumas, any problems, any kinds of issues that could go all the way back to, well, quite frankly, could go all the way back to the womb, right? But definitely back to childhood and all of that. If you have any issues around mom, mother figures, that kind of thing, um, or around your sexuality. You know, they call Scorpio the sex sign, so there's a reason for that. So any issues around mother, any issues around your own sexuality, this is a really good time to work on. First, I think the moon is going to shine on those things so you can see them more clearly and maybe gain understanding. And this is also a really good time to manifest change, healing in those areas, maybe closure, right? This is an area where you could use uh the full moon for its closure symbolism, where you're like, I need to bring closure to these old wounds, or if it has to do with your sexuality, sexual shame, sexual identity, sexual secrecy, because this is a bright moon, right? It's the full moon. Anything around those kinds of issues that you want to bring closure to, this would be really, really good. Okay. So I want you to really tap into this full moon because moons for the month of May are big, important, wow, kind of energy. So start right out the gate, kind of harnessing that energy and getting into it and swimming through the light of the moon. Also, the other thing you can do if you're like, well, I don't know, I'm not gonna do it, I don't do like pagan practices at my altar, whatever. Do me a favor. At least go out and look at the moon. If you do nothing else on the first, wherever you are, go out, look at the moon, let the light of the moon shine on you, thank the moon, say hi, do whatever makes sense to you, but take in some of those rays. This is a great time, you guys, if you want to make full moon water, if you want to charge crystals, if you want to do any of that kind of stuff so that you can bring that energy in. This is a super good time to do that, all right?

So, yeah, I just I love this week, I have to say. Now, again, like I said, is it gonna be only Venus and the moon? Do we get only goddess energy this week? No. Remember, there's a whole sky up there, and we've still got um Chiron, Mercury, Mars, Saturn, and Neptune all in Aries. And they're still continuing on that story that I've been talking about all year. But that's okay. We'll let them do what they're doing because we, right? You're with me, right? We are going to play in the Venus, the moon energy. We are gonna, we are gonna swim in the waters of the goddess this week, yeah? All right. That's all I've got for you.
