Heath Owens is keeping the family music tradition alive and well

You might say Heath Owens has country in his genes! As the Great grandson of the Legend Buck Owens, this talented young artist shows a little bit of that Bakersfield sound in his music. Although Influenced by his Great Grandfather Buck as well as Heath's own Grandfather, Heath and his band are developing their distinct style of alt-country. Drawing influence from old school country, southern rock and 90's punk and even a little bit of jazz mixed in with some modern country their sound is finding an audience. They are rapidly becoming a staple of the Southern Idaho music scene.
