Before Vertu Capital, Lisa led the North American Technology Group at OMERS Private Equity. Over the course of her career, she has invested nearly $1.4 billion in more than 20 companies across sectors including software, healthtech, cleantech, and industrial technology. She's experienced in growth capital, buyouts, and public-to-private transactions, with a strong track record of guiding businesses through key strategic transitions, including IPOs and acquisitions.
