SPEAKER_22

Well, hello, hello, hello on this snowy, kind of gloomy day. What do you guys feel? Hello, hello. Speaking of you guys, I'm so sorry. We have a guest. DJ Roni is here. He is one of our most favorite DJs. He helped us out a few uh months ago uh for our Bollywood the Maka party. Um uh tell us more about yourself.

SPEAKER_21

Hello, thanks for having me on the podcast. I was super excited to be on this. I do follow along with all your Instagram and on Spotify and everywhere. So thanks for having me on.

SPEAKER_12

Nice, awesome.

SPEAKER_21

My name is DJ Roni. I am 25 years old, based out of the DMV area. I'm located in Baltimore. Um I started first got into music, you know, when I was three years old. I started playing Dubla. Um playing Dubla turned into playing Doluk. I play the Dole, I play an octopad, play the drums. Um got into DJing about five-ish years ago. Um I've enjoyed every part of it. Um turned it into a business very recently. Um DJing parties. I'm a private event and um luxury wedding DJ. I do also love doing nightclubs. Um there's one organization that's one of my favorites that I'm a part of. It's called Bashbox. You guys will see it on my Instagram. Um, so you know, check it out.

SPEAKER_22

Uh well, thank you so much, uh Ronnie. We're very excited to chat with you today on our on our podcast. Um, Muni, um, have you seen anything exciting this week?

SPEAKER_12

Oh, uh I did. I watched um Dia de Pearde 2. So I don't know if anyone finds that exciting or not.

SPEAKER_22

No, no, no.

SPEAKER_12

I watched I know, I know you won't watch it. I watched the first one and I thought I thought it was really fun rom com to watch, and I enjoyed it. I enjoyed it. I don't remember everything about the first one, but I remember I enjoyed it. So like I was really excited to watch the second one because it's because on Netflix, I'm gonna watch it. I um I think it might be a fun background watch, but I really found the female character very, very annoying and very toxic. Um it's Rakul Preet and Aja Devgan and um Mahadevan is on in it too. So they make like kind of funny jokes about like, you know, in Shaitan, Mahdevan was the weird guy with like Aja Devgan's daughter. He was the Shaitan. It was so good. Yeah, exactly, exactly. That was so they make like kind of like side jokes about that stuff. So it was like it was kind of like callbacks to a lot of like certain things. So that part was really cool. It was very witty and very like so those things I liked, but I really hated the character. So like I don't know, if you want to watch it, but just to watch it, I guess it's fine, but don't expect too much of it. And then Rocco Preet's character is very annoying, like very, very toxic. Yeah, no, thank you. Uh what about you, Roni?

SPEAKER_21

So I watched Dude Under um not too long ago. And so I really enjoyed it, went to the theaters with my cousins um while they were in town from Texas, and we all did like a cousins night out. It is a very long movie, it's about three and a half hours. Um, so definitely have some time on your hands to to go watch it. Um I know, Kavita, I know you haven't watched it yet, so I'm not gonna try to throw any spoilers in there, but I am you know really looking forward to uh March 19th um for the revenge to come out.

SPEAKER_12

So Yeah, yeah, I'm excited for it too. Kevby hasn't seen it yet, but it's coming on Netflix and I think she's gonna she has it on her calendar to watch it.

SPEAKER_22

Yeah, I was gonna go, uh we've been trying to go for the last few weekends, but then we like every time I look at like booking it to go and I'm like, oh man, this is gonna be a four-hour ordeal. Like, do I have four hours to spend? Um, so I watched, I started watching Theta Ishkame. I was actually very excited to start this movie because there's songs in there really, really good. The trailer looked great. I watched 10 minutes and I turned it off because it was just I don't know, like it was it was weird. It was it didn't go where I wanted it to go, and maybe I should give it more time next time. But as of yesterday night, I was like, nope, not doing it. And I started watching a Malayali movie called um Echo instead, and that was actually very good. I haven't finished it yet, but it's so far very, very good. So I recommend that. I'll let you know. Okay, Muni, what's the drama? What's the chaos? What's the entertainment for this week? I need some good gossip for the for the trending topics.

SPEAKER_12

Well, well, well, I got you something very interesting popped up in my phone, my my phone, my Instagram, and it was talking about Sarah Ali Khan, Abraham Ali Khan, um unfollowing Ori, right? So Ori apparently recently has started uh put out put out a post saying the worst names. Um uh and he put down number one, Amrita, number two, Sarah, and number three, uh Balak. So Amrita's Sarah and Ibrahim's mom. Yep, yep. Amrita is Sarah and Sarah and Ibrahim's mom. Obviously, Sarah is her name, and Palak is like supposedly like Ibrahim's girlfriend, right? So he put that out, and since then, um, like Sarah and Ibrahim's unfollowed him, and there have been so much like back and forth with them. I think over the summer or two, something to do with Palak, like Ori didn't like Palak, and then like Sarah was supposed to like was trying to help fix that issue up, or whatever the issue was. But a lot of people on like on the comments are saying like he's been like after Amrita for some reason. He's always making comment about Amrita for some reason. So like now they had enough of him, and they just like um they just like unfollowed him, unfollowed him. So I don't know. Sometimes I feel like he's like um he's kind of give mean girl vibes sometime and clicky vibe, which probably is what he does. He likes to be with like all like the celebs that are like in your face, kind of like you know, those people like the John V and like those people, like he'll always take pictures with those people. The Nepo kids, the popular Nepo kids. Yes, the popular Nepo kids. And I think with Ibrahim's like movie being a flop, I think again, we I think we talked about this before where because the movie was so bad, I feel like he kind of got sidelined from a lot of like um like a lot of celebrity like on the A-lister type of thing. I think he got like sidelined from that. So I think that might have like thrown his celebrity power down a little bit, and I think Ori now feels like he could just like mess with them or something. I don't know. He gives sometime mean girl vibes to me.

SPEAKER_21

Yeah, or he's uh or he's an interesting character.

SPEAKER_22

He is like he makes me laugh. Like some of his videos are really, really good. And then and then you have him you have him doing stuff like this, and then you're like nothing so stupid, right? So yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_12

Um, well, big, big announcement that came out. Um, SRK's movie, The King, or King, just King, is coming out on December 24th, 2026.

SPEAKER_21

Yeah, I think you guys are worried about that.

SPEAKER_12

That's the excitement I'm looking for because Gubby loves SRK.

SPEAKER_21

Yes, I'm a huge SRK fan myself.

SPEAKER_22

I have one criticism to make already. Yes, please, please he did something to his teeth. I don't know if you guys noticed, but he did something to his teeth and it looks bad. Like he put veneers or something. I don't like it. I don't like it. Can we back go back to crooked teeth?

SPEAKER_12

I think he has done a lot to his face, like little, little, little things, and you don't notice it until you do like a side to side, and you're like, oh, oh, your nose looks a little different. This, your eye, like you start seeing it because he's done little, which is fine again. Nothing nothing wrong with that. No shit on your side.

SPEAKER_22

And then now the teeth is like boom! I haven't seen the teeth yet. I gotta see a picture of it. I don't know what you're talking about. I gotta see the picture of it. So bad. It looks so you guys are gonna be like, ew. Like, it looks so bad. Really? Sorry, I gotta like a lot of USR, but ew. But the trailer did look good. The trailer looked really interesting, even though it was like just like a 30-second something. Um, it looked it looked very much along the lines of Patan Javan, like all bloody and stuff.

SPEAKER_12

But Mike, my biggest question is what is Suhana gonna do in this? Like my biggest question is what is Suhana, Suhana gonna do in this?

SPEAKER_22

I thought they were gonna have a small little picture of her at least of this. There's nothing. It's just Sarukan.

SPEAKER_12

I don't know how this is gonna be. Oh, I see the veneer. I see his teeth now. Okay.

SPEAKER_22

Doesn't it look so bad?

SPEAKER_12

It looks really fake. It looks very fake. Yeah, I don't like it. It's too white. Maybe, maybe in a couple of months it'll get like yellow from all the curry stain, it'll get better.

SPEAKER_22

Yeah, but the thing is, like, they're filming it like this. We're gonna see this, like like he looks it looks like a horse teeth. Yeah, it does. It does look a little strange. I guess. Alright, I'm sorry. I'm sorry to sorry, it's all about teeth instead of the trailer. Anything else you guys want to say about the trailer?

SPEAKER_12

No, no, not and just that I thought I would see Sujana in it, but I guess he's trying to make a very big debut for her without like giving away like scenes and stuff of her. So people because people will criticize right away. Right as they seen anything, they're gonna start criticizing her. So I think he's just like, you know what? I'm not gonna put her out there. Not yet. Yeah, it's a good move. It's a good move. Yeah. Um, and the lastly, you know how we were so excited about Homebound, and like it was like kind of a contender to be in the Oscar at the international choice. It didn't make it. So kind of sad about that. It was a good movie. It was a very good movie. If you haven't seen Homebound Ronnie, I definitely suggest that you should watch it.

SPEAKER_21

I need to go look at that one, yeah.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, it's on Netflix. It's super good, it's it's more of a sad story, but it's really, really well done. Super well done. And the actors were amazing. Ignore John V in it. I think you can skip that part of it, but like everyone else was really good.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_22

Well, it's very easy to ignore her. She's in three scenes. It made pointless. It was just pointless to even have her. Alright, so I don't it's been a while since we've talked about music, and you know, some of the music that I think gives all three of us like just life, the 90s of Bollywood. Um, so I have a really fun list of songs to talk about, and I think I hope you guys do too. So, Mr. DJ, would you like to start it off for us?

SPEAKER_21

Of course. And I'm gonna start it out with a little Instagram shout-out for myself. Uh it's the underscore DJ underscore Roni, and you guys can go check out this mix. I've actually posted it. Um, the 90s song is Rukja o Dil Divane. Um, from the uh Dilvare Dulhania Le Jange. Uh came out in 1995. Um it's definitely one of my favorite songs from that that you know year, uh, or just from the 90s in general. Um I think it's got a good flowy vibe to it. Um and then I mixed that with Shake It to the Max. I don't know if you guys heard the song Shake It to the Max.

SPEAKER_12

Yes, yes, we have.

SPEAKER_21

And I mixed that with um Rukjao Dil Divane, and it just like the vibe just you know, it gave gave the song a little more vibe. So I basically took the lyrics from Rukjao Dilvane or um the vocal stem and then I put it on Shake It to the Max.

SPEAKER_12

Nice, nice. Is it what Gen Z would call it? It just eats. I feel like I feel like I'm channeling Nidhi right now. It eats.

SPEAKER_22

No, eight. You ate it, girl. That girl ate. It's eight, not eat. Sorry, obviously, I don't know.

SPEAKER_21

I can't even keep up with it anymore. And I'm and I call myself young.

SPEAKER_12

No, obviously, I'm trying very hard. I feel like Nidhi would have said it right there. That would have been her word. Yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_21

So it'd be interesting for you guys to look into it.

SPEAKER_22

Yeah, no, that song actually was one of the fun songs in DDLJ. And like, I mean, obviously the whole movie, and then the whole like the movie just flowed so well with the songs too, right? So that was like one of the one of the fun ones, I thought.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, I think I think for me, the whole album was just amazing, an amazing album from the 90s. That's a great album for me. Because like Gavita said, the songs just go flow so well with everything. I do want to say that that's probably what my least favorite of the of all the songs. Even though all the songs are amazing, it's probably one of my least favorite. Not that it's I'm sure like uh the mix is good, but I think all the other songs for me just took so much more. Then that one was probably like out of they're all great, but it was probably in in ranking wise, it was probably probably not my favorite one out of them because there's so many other ones there that are really good for me. Yeah.

SPEAKER_22

Do you guys remember Coolie Hunter? So there's a s yeah, so well, I there was one song that particularly stood out for me. Who's Snehesuhana? I loved that song when it came out. It was so fun to dance to, and it was just so fun to like listen to. You know that part where they're gonna be like, nah, nah, nah, Govia. It's so fun. And I love idea. And I love, I really loved Govinda and Karishma.

SPEAKER_12

Good chemistry. We don't want him to be with her though.

SPEAKER_22

No, no, he's she her and Salman Khan have to get married, but they make a good on-screen couple. So yeah.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, no, Govinda and Karishma. I think that those years they had so many movies come after each other each other, right? There was Coolie Number One, Hero Number One, Raja Babu. There's just so many movies they done together. So yeah, I agree. I agree with Kabi. They look really good together. Yeah, so I don't know, Money, what about you? Okay, I'm gonna go back to and I'm gonna bring a song that has a huge controversy. The last couple last month it came out, and with a huge controversy over it. And is the song Sasimunter from Vishvatma. Oh god.

SPEAKER_22

Wow. The original is so good.

SPEAKER_12

Original with Divya Bharti from Vishwatma. That song, I think that to me is the iconic 90s song. Whenever I hear it, I want to get on the dance floor, I want to do the dance, everyone wants to do it. And then out of nowhere, Garthik Aryan comes out with this like slow, weird, lo-fi version of it. Like as a DJ, what do you think about that original song and remaking it that way? Like they just messed it up so badly.

SPEAKER_21

They definitely messed it up. Uh they definitely messed it up in the remix. Um, I personally, when I played, I played the original version of Satsamanda, right? Certain songs they have to play the original version.

SPEAKER_12

Good, I mean certain songs, right? You could mix it with other beats to give it that the clubby vibe, whatever you need to do, but but redoing it, this weird lo-fi and weird dancing tune is just so bad. It was so bad. And it was Karthik Aryan, out of all people, Karthik Aryan doing it. So like I hate it. Double time.

SPEAKER_22

So sorry, I I don't mean to defend Karthik Aryan, but he's not the one that came up with that song, right? It was whoever did the music and Karin Johar, he just happens to be the face of it. Agree, agree. I'm not defending him because I'm not a big fan.

SPEAKER_12

It sounds like you're defending him. It sounds like you're like him though. Sounds like he's not your fifth husband.

SPEAKER_21

Um all right, so we're gonna throw it to um the movie Tal that came out in came out in 1999. We're going to Ish Kabina. I mean, just uh overall, just a good vibe. Uh a nice little, you know, a nice little long drive, late night kind of vibe. Um if you're looking for that vibe, and uh it's just a great song.

SPEAKER_12

Okay, such a beautiful song.

SPEAKER_21

Just a great song.

SPEAKER_12

Those the songs in the movies were great too. And Ashreya looks like really good when she has her hair done.

SPEAKER_21

Yes.

SPEAKER_12

Because her hair looked crazy in that movie.

SPEAKER_21

I was a bigger fan with Aishreya back in the day, not not as much now.

SPEAKER_12

Not as much, but yeah, but and then um Akshekana was so good in that movie. Like we talked about how he saw how much we love him, and we talk about Duranda, he does such a good job in Duranda. Yes, and then just thinking about all his older movies, he did such a good job. And then me and Kabita always talk about how uh Anil Kapoor does such a good job playing this like side character role, and he did such a good job doing that role as he did. Yeah.

SPEAKER_21

Yes, yeah, yeah, just a great song and a great movie.

SPEAKER_22

Nah, that that one was boring for me, but that's cool.

SPEAKER_12

You like Ishvina, really?

SPEAKER_22

Oh, I love Ishvinah.

SPEAKER_12

Sorry. Actually, I like all the songs. No, that's fine. I like all the songs in Thal, actually. Really good. Good song.

SPEAKER_22

My next song, we're gonna go. I'm gonna skip a few years because I think in the rankings, this is probably my next favorite. Um Soldier 1998. I love that song. That was one of my songs. Did I take it off your list? Ha saga! Yeah, you did. It's so fun. And I loved Bobby Diol and Priti Zinta. They were so cute and their little dance. They're really cute. It is so good.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, I actually really like that song. It's such a such a good song. And it's like such a fun song to dance to, right? Like even when it comes out now, you know the you remember the step hook step, right? Yes.

SPEAKER_22

No, even like that remember and you just start running to the dance floor the minute you hear that.

SPEAKER_21

Um, I know this is a this is a very uh this one probably came off, but let me we're gonna test it out. A cookie gustakia from Ham Dil de Chukesina.

SPEAKER_22

Oh, I love that song. And you know what I love about that song? The music video of that song is so cute. Very, very cute. I love, love, love that song.

SPEAKER_21

And we're talking about a sing-along, and there's a sing-along for you for a car ride.

SPEAKER_22

Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. And we were talking about how those two looked great in that movie, and it's probably the best movie where I was like, okay, Salman Khan, you can actually act. Because it was only in that movie that I feel like he was acting.

SPEAKER_21

He he did an amazing job of acting in that movie.

SPEAKER_12

We were like, we loved them together in that movie, and they never did another movie together ever again. But they were such a good looking because of all the controversy, obviously.

SPEAKER_28

Oh, did they really?

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, they didn't know anything.

SPEAKER_07

Obviously, all the controversy, but they never did another movie together, even though they were dating for like uh you know a couple years, but they never cooked.

SPEAKER_22

So for May, um, I'm gonna take it down to a little bit of a slower vibe. But um in 1997 there was a movie called Virasat, and there's a song called Baile Chun Mun Chun Mun, and it was really Yes, I know this song. Do you remember the song? It's so cute. It was Tabu and Annyel Kapoor. It was just so cute. It's probably the only good song in that album. Actually, no, there's maybe one other song, but it was really, really fun and cute the way they like did the the like in the beginning, she did something really cute and funny with her lips. I don't really remember that. It was so cute. But I love that. What movie was it again?

SPEAKER_12

Sorry, I missed that last lip. Um there's another really good song in that movie, too. I can't remember what it was, but I remember it's like a really, really good song. Dol Bajine Lagarde. That song. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, that song, yeah, right, right. It's such a good song. Yep, yep. Alright, money, your turn. What you gonna bring us? This is a song that um I always forget. It's there was such a pretty song when it came out. It's Um a song called Kisaham Leg uh Likenge is from the movie Dualisa Jakeirachna. And um it's just it's probably an obscure movie, obscure thing, and it's the actress is a south actress, I forgot her name. And the actor is Akshakanda again. I I watched a lot of Akshakanda movies.

SPEAKER_22

I think that was Jyotika, who was um the original Yeah, it was the original from um Chandramuki. The Tamil version of Chandramuki, the scary lady. That's it, Jyotika. Hold on, let me look it up.

SPEAKER_12

You know what I'm talking about, right?

SPEAKER_22

Yeah, yeah, that's Surya's wife.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, Nagga's Surya's. Yeah, Nagma's sister. Yep, yep, yep. Yeah. Oh, that's Nagma's sister? Why didn't I know that?

SPEAKER_22

I know everything. That's why you don't know.

SPEAKER_12

You do, you do. That's why we have a podcast.

SPEAKER_21

I'm gonna have to give myself a refresher on that one.

SPEAKER_12

Oh, you don't know that. It's again, it's very obscure. I don't think the movie was that big of a I even the movie's really cute too. I think it's a cute movie.

SPEAKER_21

Alright, we're gonna go with Tum Mile Dil Kile. Um definitely one of my, you know, as I said, I'm a big Kumar Sanu fan. And so uh definitely him and and Al Kayagnik. Um you know, not much so much from the movie standpoint, but from um from the music standpoint of it, right?

SPEAKER_22

Um it was a Well the movie was like a complete duplicate of fugitive, the Harrison Ford fugitive, but the songs were very, very good. I don't remember that song.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, I don't remember all the songs. I remember that song, and I remember it being really like you said, so good when it came out. And it's something about the melody and the voices and just like working so well. It's like a perfect like recipe for like a beautiful song, right? Like it was so it was so per it was so good, yeah.

SPEAKER_21

Definitely, definitely one of my favorites. Uh, like I said, big Kumarasanu fan. Yeah, I've got and his songs are very fun to remix. So I've learned that.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, lovely. I love that one. Yeah.

SPEAKER_22

Um another one that I really like from the nineties, nineteen ninety-five, uh the movie Raja. I love that song. Love you, Raja. And and she and Mothery is so cute.

SPEAKER_12

Uh uh. I don't think I like that part of Love You Raja, but I like the other part of the whole song. It was really, really it was good. And you're right, Mother.

SPEAKER_20

I like the whole thing. Yeah, I think the whole thing is so cute. Love you da.

SPEAKER_02

What is it going?

SPEAKER_12

But there's a song from Orpead Hoge, and it's not Torah Sapagla, which is also a beautiful song, but the Rahat Fati Ali Khan song, Goi Jane, Koina Jane. Um, it's like a really fast beat, and like he's just singing in it, and then like there's other like slower singers too, but it's just such a pretty song. It's so fun. It's like really like about the love, and then uh Ashware dances in there too, does a lot of kattak dancing. It's a really fun song to watch. Like, I I really like I was looking through songs, like, oh wait, I remember this song. It was one of my favorite songs to listen to back in the day.

SPEAKER_21

What about Jabakoi Bat Bigarjaya from Jurm? Oh, that's such a nice one. Are we talking about yes, are we talking about love songs? We're talking great slow dance song, especially at a wedding when you try to get to couples, everyone on the dance floor, and I start with a love song after the couple's first dance. Yeah. Um, just a great song.

SPEAKER_22

Such a pretty, pretty song. It's a very pretty song.

SPEAKER_21

Yes, and a good song to remix, too, actually. Learn that. Oh yeah, I can see that. Put it put it on a little afro beat, it's actually really good. Oh, now afro house beat, it's got a nice little vibe to it.

SPEAKER_22

Alright, so my next song is from the movie Major Sab. In 1998, Ajay Dev Gun and Sonali Bandre did a beautiful song called Pyarkia Toni Bhana. Such a pretty, pretty song, except Ajay Devgan was in it. But that's okay. That's okay. The song was beautiful. We'll take it. It's just so melodious and it was just really nice.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, it's a beautiful song. I'm glad that you picked it. I completely forgot about it. Major Sob is one of another album that had great songs in it. There's another one called another song from that movie, right? They sing at his wedding. That's also like a really fun song. Um, but but that song I remember when it first came out, it was just like, wow, what is this song? It's so pretty.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, so nice.

SPEAKER_12

Alright, another one of my favorites that they remade that I didn't really like to remake is a call song called Tip Tip Bar Sapani from Mohra. And that's a killer song because not only because the song is so great, because Ravina looked so good in that song. They were dating at that time, Akshay Kumar and her, and they are they just had this fire going on in that rain. So yeah, I know they tried to remake it with Katrina, didn't like it, didn't think it was that great. Their original is the best. Original was really good.

SPEAKER_21

Yeah, original is the best for that one, especially another song that you don't remix.

SPEAKER_22

Yeah. I actually I didn't mind that remix, but I think because I saw I saw other and normally I hate remixes altogether, but I saw people dancing to it. Like not Katrina dancing to it, but like you know how like on TikTok, like people like dance, and some of the dances, these are really good. Remember, like that was like peak COVID or something. I don't remember, but it was just like it it was COVID. I feel like it was. Um, but yeah, tip tip bar sap on the original, very, very good.

unknown

Bunny so pony on the money.

SPEAKER_21

All right, since we talked about Sharuk Khan in our topics of the week that you guys have, what about Badsha? Bad Shao Badcha by Abijit in the movie Bad Shah. Just a great song. And you know why I thought of this one? Um if you listen to or if you follow Jay Batacharia and Abijit on Instagram, they go around and do these private um they sing as they sing at these parties, and they sang that song very recently, and it like went viral on social media, came through my social media and um and I was like, you know what? I was like looking into it and I was thinking about the 90s songs today, and that was one that I thought of.

SPEAKER_22

Actually, uh Ronnie, like you picked a great song because even Duel Dualipa, like her song was remixed to that um that song, and like it went crazy. People went wild for that song, like especially when she came to concert in India. Like she recognized that somebody had remixed it and played it at her concert. It was great. I love that song.

SPEAKER_21

Yeah, that was a good song.

SPEAKER_12

Yes, I remember levitating. I rem I do remember that part. I don't remember the yeah, cool. Yeah. Once you hear it movie, you'll be like, oh yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You're right. You're right. Actually, I love the song Urbasi Urbasi from Hamsehemukabla, and I fell in love with Brabudeva from that song, and I think we've talked about it before. Such a good song, such a great dancing in it. Absolutely lovely, lovely song.

SPEAKER_22

Yeah, it's a good song. Yeah, that's a really good song. And it's in like it's in all the like major languages um in um in India, right? Like Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. And all three are actually really, really good. Because normally, like, if I listen to it in like Tamil or Telugu first, I'll hate the Hindi version. But I liked all of them. That whole like most of that album actually I liked all in like all the different languages. So agree, agree, loved it, loved it. Such a good song, such a good song.

SPEAKER_12

It's such a good vibe, such a good fun vibe.

SPEAKER_22

It brings people out to the to the dance floor, I bet, right?

SPEAKER_21

It does. It does, yeah.

SPEAKER_22

Yeah, nice, awesome.

SPEAKER_28

Take it in, beat, down the knee, hit your body, oopsy, oopsy, take it easy, ooh, bassy.

SPEAKER_22

Okie dokie. So I hope you guys remember this song. It's another Thaboo song, and it's another OK, a J Dave Gun song. But it is called Ruk Ruk Ruk Ari Mama Ruk. I think that song is so fun. And that's that song It's such a fun song. When I saw that song, I was like, because I thought Thabu was like more of a serious actress. And then I saw her in that song, and I'm like, oh my god, she's so cute. It was so, so fun to watch. And I just love that song.

SPEAKER_12

Wait, what movie was that one from? Vijay Pop.

SPEAKER_17

Oh my darling, give me a look. Oh my darling, give me a look. Del Miracara, Dillumirpe, Dilier, Dilumira Parake, Delie, Dilumira Parapet, Delie.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, so for me, it's gonna be Kissid Disco mechae.

SPEAKER_24

Yes.

SPEAKER_12

From very nice and yeah, from Batemia Trotemia, Govinda and uh Rabbinatundan in that movie. Very nice. Such a fun song. Yeah.

SPEAKER_21

That's a really good song.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, it's such a fun song to like dance to and just party to it. Yep.

SPEAKER_21

I danced to that song at my cousin's wedding. Oh, did you? And my cousin choreographed. It's such an easy song to dance to.

SPEAKER_12

It's such a fun song from Mandy and Weddings. It's such a great song to do that because it's so fun.

SPEAKER_21

Yes, yeah.

SPEAKER_22

Because you can make like such a simple step look so fun because the music is so good, right? Yeah. Exactly. Agree, agree. Yep.

SPEAKER_04

Tell the fish to lie, tell the fish to lie, tell the fish to lie, so we die.

SPEAKER_21

Alright, so there you have it. DJ Roni with Cavita and Muni wrapping up. Extra Shot of Chai, the 90s, and what a great era. Uh, I really enjoyed listening to all these songs that you guys came up with. And I know I had a pretty solid list myself. So uh and we're gonna work on some remixes on these and get these posted.

SPEAKER_12

So Yeah, I I would love let us know if you guys have any 90s songs that you guys like that we didn't mention mention here. Again, we'll have 90s is such great songs. We're gonna do this another part to it, so stay tuned.

SPEAKER_21

Yes.

SPEAKER_22

Okay, uh, friends, it is blindy windy time. Here you go. I only have one, but it's pretty juicy. These two talented actors have been rivals since the time they started in a period epic. The younger among them played the villain, but walked away with all the plaudits. What the heck is a plotit? I guess it's walked away with all the fun. It says plot it. What the hell is a plotit? Okay, walked away with all the accolades. This riled the other actor and led to a rivalry. As per sources, the jealous superstar fueled a negative PR campaign against the other actor. Memes and clips of his interviews targeting the other actor went viral before the release of his spy thriller. As luck would have it, the spy thriller went on to become Bollywood's biggest hit ever and cemented his superstar status. One must commend him for maintaining a dignified silence silence and let his work do the talking. Can you guess the actors? Alright, so who's the guy that who are the two who are the two actors?

SPEAKER_12

I don't know. Ronnie, you wanna g Ronnie, you wanna go on a try and give your answer? Yeah, you wanna try? I I have I have an answer for the for the second part. I don't know the first part.

SPEAKER_21

Yeah, I don't know about the first part either. Um this is recent or is this back? This is recent. This is recent.

SPEAKER_22

Yeah. Yeah, it could be both. So there's two different ones. People are giving two different answers here.

SPEAKER_21

So interesting.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, yeah. I think so. I think I think it's talking about uh Renvier singing because the spy spy thing is. Yeah, spy thriller that like like broke all records. I don't know who the other actor is. Is it Renvier? I don't know. I don't know who it could be that's like sabotaging Renvier's.

SPEAKER_22

Okay, so there's two different answers here. Um Money, you are correct with Renvere. Some people are saying Renvere is the actor that's you know the the Bollywood's biggest success ever. And uh the the actor that starred in a period epic with him. No guesses yet? Shait Kapoor. Shahid Kapoor. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Wow. Because of Padma Padmavat, right? But I haven't seen him do anything. I haven't seen him do anything. That's weird.

SPEAKER_12

Shahid doesn't do this type of stuff.

SPEAKER_22

Yeah. So the other answer is Sunil Shahiti and Akshay Kanna. I I don't know what movie they worked in in the past, but apparently like Sunil Shaiti has been saying some negative things about Akshay Kanna. So I again I don't know.

SPEAKER_12

That's that's interesting. That makes sense too because he was also in the run under and he was did a great job in that and people are giving him a lot of credit for the success of the runda as well. And then Akshay Kanna and Shanghati would be like, Yeah, but what movie did they Border. Border the first border the first border together. And and they did another movie called Hellchall Together. Um yeah.

SPEAKER_22

Some random. Some random guy is like Shashi Kapoor and Myth and Chakravarthi. Like what? Like I don't know about that. I don't even know about that.

SPEAKER_12

No, no, that's kind of old. But but yeah, I could kind of see Shunai Shetty get into that, but like Shunai Shetty just never a great actor. Like he was action here, but he didn't act well. Like he wasn't good. I personally was good at the aisles.

SPEAKER_22

Like he was good like in Mayhuna, I really liked him in Mayhuna. Like as a bad guy.

SPEAKER_12

But that's like years later. But years later, not when he first came out. Like years or years later, right? Like he did. So but yeah. Yeah, okay, maybe it could be either or. But I don't see your Shad Kapoor talking bad about anyone. I don't know.

SPEAKER_21

Yeah, he's just uh it doesn't give that vibe.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah, right. And Shad Kapoor has his own name and own brand out there. I feel like he's I feel like people know Shad Kapoor's a good actor. Like he doesn't just like make other people look bad for him to look good. I don't think that's I don't think that's true. But who knows?

SPEAKER_22

Well, Dr. Blind, guys. Thank you. Appreciate it.

SPEAKER_12

Yeah.

SPEAKER_22

You're very welcome. Okay, it is vow time.

SPEAKER_12

Um it's Jasmine Sandales, Johnny, and Bunny. And it just came out maybe a week ago. It's a great song. Super fun, super fun song. Lovely. I'm looking forward to it.

SPEAKER_16

Gina in Lakeda Mira Mera Gila.

SPEAKER_22

Gabi, what's yours? My vow is it's a Telugu song. It's from the movie Um Andra King. And it's called Nuvante Chale, and it means you're enough. It's so cute. But it's like a nice little romantic cute song. So that you guys will like it. I wanna I wanna hear it.

SPEAKER_12

I'm excited to hear it. Yeah, it's really nice.

SPEAKER_22

Alright, DJ. All right. What's yours?

SPEAKER_21

All right, I'm bringing you home right now with a song that's been like on repeat on my playlist. Um, and I mixed this song with A.P. Dylan's song by my side, if you guys have heard that. Um it's called Haseen by Thelinder. The Linder. I love Up and Coming Punjabi artist. And I wouldn't even call it Up and Coming because a lot of people know about him. He's done some crazy concerts. Um, yes, I mixed um Hassine and By My Side by Um by Thelinder and AP Dylan, and just a good vibe. I took some stems, I literally took the vocal stems off of um by my side and put it on Hassine's um on the beat of Hassine along with the song. Yeah.

SPEAKER_22

Awesome. So Thelvinder, apparently some juice, some juicy gossip about Thelvinder. Apparently he's dating Disha Fatani, right? Yeah, and he he looks like a Dorcasaurus dude, and she's so hot.

SPEAKER_21

So he's definitely leaking, so yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_22

Like his like his face was shown in so I did know him before his like whole face paint era, I guess. But um look at you knowing him beforehand. He has a really good voice, and you feel Muni, I'm gonna send you some of those songs, and you'll be like, Oh yeah, I remember the song. Like he's really good.

SPEAKER_21

That's a great one.

SPEAKER_22

Oh no, Pappa already.

SPEAKER_21

SPEAKER_12

We already know that one. Yeah. Good choice, like that. Thank you for joining us, Ronnie though. It's really fun having you. Um guys, you guys should listen to follow him on Instagram, his TikTok, if he has TikTok, um, and check out his uh remixes. Can you give your uh IT handle again?

SPEAKER_21

Alright, we're gonna go to the nine.

SPEAKER_12

And we don't like that one either. We don't like that one at the time. No, no, you go to the second one. Sorry, I I feel like someone's behind me, but there's no one behind me. Okay. It's a cool one. Yeah, I think so. You know how I've freaking out.

SPEAKER_21

You know what the craziest DJ sing-along song is is Mima Fa by Iman Khan. Yeah, it is insane. It is insane. Like you just I put that on at the end of a nightclub party, and it yeah, everyone just You just turn off, do you just lower the stuff and people just sing to it? Yes, people just sing to it.

SPEAKER_12
