Doug Ballinger lost his son Logan to fentanyl.  There was no rhyme, no reason, no rationale... It was simply tragic.  What makes it worse is the fact that it was preventable.  While the government goes back and forth doing nothing to stop this crisis, families will continue to have to endure these horrifying losses.  Doug made a choice to stand up, confront his pain, and this problem, and advocate for something to improve, somewhere.
