Caddy Moving: Zach Richards (25)
In this episode, I sit down with Zach, the 25-year-old founder and CEO of Caddy Moving, a tech-enabled platform connecting over 7,500 independent movers and serving more than 10,000 customers annually across the U.S.
Originally from Chicago, Zach pursued his passion for diving at the D1 level while attending Auburn University. After graduation, he moved to Austin, Texas, where he launched Caddy Moving in August 2021. In addition to his success with Caddy Moving, Zach became a managing partner at Boots & Mortar in January 2024.
Zach is just 25 years old.
