Tracy transitioned from a 20-year corporate career to running her own online business coaching company after realizing she lacked control over her time and income in the corporate world. The shift wasn't immediate; Tracy built her business alongside her corporate job for about 1.5 years before fully transitioning. Key challenges included setting boundaries with family, overcoming imposter syndrome, and learning new online business strategies and technologies. Tracy now enjoys more control over her time and income, with a successful coaching business that allows for travel and flexibility.
