Farm Scene Symphony

John Muthuri Season 1 Episode 17

Send us a text

Nature symphony distilled from the mists of dawn and just after sunrise.

Pristine nature is fast disappearing because of our human nature developments. And it is encouraging because humans are incredibly innovative continuously.

What matters now is ensuring that we do not degrade nature at the alter of social-economic transformation. As much as is possible, we ought to keep nature in balance so that ecosystems that sustain us remain fully functional.

One of the best ways for restoring nature and bringing it closer to our homes, farms, and habitats generally is through planting of trees, fruit trees, and wild hedges.

This episode is recorded in a farm setting where nature has been preserved for diversity to thrive. And the most visible sign of such restorative activities is the presence of trees and woodlots.

When our restorative activities invite biodiversity into our homesteads, we become part of nature by working with nature for sustainable livelihoods for all species.

Enjoy the show.
