Nature Sounds for Deep Sleep

Often times, we are too tired or preoccupied with pre-sleep routines to notice the incredible nature sounds that pervade the silence of every night. 

The crickets, frogs, night jays, the howls, growls and a multitude of other indiscernible sounds are a perfect lullaby for deep sleep or meditation. 

My untrained scientist mind thinks that the millions of creatures shrill cadence mimics the un-audible earth vibrations, and presents them in perfect harmony. 

It  may sound like intrusive noise, but closer listening can easily transport you to peaceful dreamland.
