  • It is difficult to see birds or other small creatures deep inside a forest, but their calming sounds or music are adequate.
  • The birds and forest dwelling creatures stay concealed in the thick bushes, branches, and leafy canopies where they feel safe to do what they do best.
  • The tall trees and canopies extend up towards the skies to create a cool atmosphere on the forest floor.
  • The sunshine filters trough the many tree branches and leaves in a continuous wave of dancing rays as the wind blows them hither thither
  • It is very important to stay alert at all times while in the forest or in bushy outdoors. That is when you notice movements of birds and other creatures.
  • Staying alert is also a safety precaution because you are not the only one in the forest. Other creatures are there, many of them calling it home, but they are mostly peaceful.
  • Take notice of the earthy smells and herbal scents as you walk or sit quietly in the forest. 
  • A forest scene is the best place to practice mindfulness, meditation, a place to reflect, introspect, relax fully in peace and in a pollution free ambiance.
