And just like that, we've reached the end of our incredible season of Timeless Vitality. It has been an amazing journey filled with insightful conversations, powerful stories, and actionable strategies to help you take control of your life. Kate and I had so much fun this season, so we thought we'd take you behind the scenes of a little pre and post production chitchat. Follow me and check it out. What makes somebody timeless?

Kate Beck  [00:00:53]:
Cultivating confidence by planting seeds of peace.

Amber Stitt [00:00:57]:
What does that mean to you?

Kate Beck  [00:00:58]:
What it means is you're doing things to understand who you really are and you stay true to those values. And by planting seeds of peace, you're having the courage to start and finish courageous conversations that are uncomfortable about topics like, "Who's going to wipe your you know what?" And then, even if you don't know the answer, you give time and space for it to appear, or you work with someone who could be a resource. And when you plant those seeds of peace, they grow into trees of trust. Trust for yourself and your own intuition. Trust in your family, your legacy, all the pearls of wisdoms that we've discussed time and time again on this wonderful journey through the timeless ages. This took a lot of courage, Amber. And both of us have professional reputations and we want our friends and our colleagues to feel uplifted and good about what we've created here. And part of it is we had to trust ourselves and we also had to be accountable to each other.

Kate Beck  [00:01:56]:
I mean, there were times when we were doing this and we're getting to work two and three hours early. With makeup on! And there's days where I'm like, "I am not having a great hair day," or I don't want to put my makeup on. I remember specifically in one of the episodes I tried a new powder and I'm looking at it going, "Okay, I wish I could reshoot." But we had a hard, "No reshoots."

Amber Stitt [00:02:16]:
I had no concealer this whole season because it broke on the floor. So I've been using this other one. It's awful.

Kate Beck  [00:02:22]:
See, and I would have never known. On my Alice episode specifically, I had just come back from a conference when we did that episode. And one of the things that they said was having the courage to wear red lipstick. So I found this red lipstick in my drawer. It's the wrong tone.

Amber Stitt [00:02:36]:
No, no, no. I like your red. I like your red.

Kate Beck  [00:02:40]:
Did you? Well, see, these are all the stories we tell ourselves, and we didn't let those stories get in the way. Sometimes 80%, that's good enough is good enough. And that's what I feel really proud about, Amber, of what we've created here. There was times where my perfectionist bone wanted to really be a stickler about some things and I had to let it go. And I am so pleased with everything. I'm pleased with beginning, middle and end.
