In this episode we talk with Charlie, the network pastor of Northridge, about the ministry principle of "Unleashing". This principle is built upon the reality of every believer within Christ's Church being filled with the Holy Spirit, gifted by Jesus and called to ministry. Because of these truths, it is incumbent upon the leaders of the church to say yes, to encourage and to empower (unleash) the saints to do the ministry God is calling them to and respond to the burdens He places upon their hearts.
