This week we are going to take a look as a soldier that tarnished not only his name but that of the Canadian Forces.
With a career that spanned over 23 years Colonel Williams was at the top of his game when a local woman went missing from her home. After a short investigation, Williams was linked to the scene of the crime. But when he confessed, law enforcement got more then than bargained for.
