He had just got his CDL license . He had just got it this past June . His family said he was stopping for a delivery in Henderson , north Carolina . The police contacted his family . Henderson , north Carolina . The police contacted his family . They disclosed to his family how he was found . They acknowledged that his wallet and his phone was missing , but yet they were ruling it a suicide . They alleged that he went to the local Walmart and purchased the rope , although there's no receipt or camera footage of that . The truck stop claimed that JV on was seen with a person and then the police .

Really , he had a lot to look forward to and , I hate to say it , if he was going to commit suicide , I don't think that he would have to drive all the way to Henderson , north Carolina , and do that on the job .
