Hi everyone, I'm Stan Mallow.Welcome to Paranormal Yakker.My guest on today's show isConstance Victoria Briggs.She's a metaphysical, spiritual,cosmic researcher & writer.I'll be talking with her about her book,Earth's Galactic History &its Extraterrestrial Connection.Constance Victoria Briggs, welcometo Paranormal Yakker.Thank you. Thanksfor having me, Stan.In Earth's galactic History, youConstance examine current research,theories & evidence linkingEarth & extraterrestrials past& present. I'll now ask you aboutsome of the topicsyou cover in the book. To begin with, was our planet Earthterraformed by advancedextraterrestrials?It is my opinion that could havebeen what happened in thebeginning. I say that becauseour scientists, even though wedon't hear a lot about this in themainstream, but our scientistshave basically said that they don'tknow how life came to be here.& they have said it's a problem.It's a problem that they don't havethe real answer. Everything istheory. So I decided this could besomething that happened not only toEarth, but otherplanets in the galaxy.What evidence, Constance, has yourresearch uncovered of humans beingvisited by beingsfrom other worlds?If we go back toour ancient times & we look atancient writings & ancienttales & even things like caveart, we have stories of peoplecoming from the sky. We havestories of people coming in. Theydidn't call them ships, but we havedrawings & stories of peoplecoming out in on strange lights& strange vehicles & things likethis. Things that wewould call UFOs today. We also haveevidence in the writings of peoplecoming out of thesevehicles. I even came across a cavelaunch where someone was takinginto contraption & talkingback into the stars like acontactee in ancient times. We haveall of this evidence from our past.Just like we have about otherthings from our past, mainstreamtends to ignore this part of it,but it's there. & in my book,I talk about those stories ofthe writings & texts & pictures,but I also go into detail of whatpeople call sky people & godscoming in & helping humanityto establish ourselves on Earth,learning how to lend fear of how togrow food, medicine, etc.In the scriptures, they're calledangels, but there are a lot ofwords for these beings.But if you go back to some of theinformation I have put in the book& do your own research,you can come up with a lot ofinformation that supports thatwe were visited in the pastby beings that came to help us.The idea that there was once abattle for Earth is explored.Could you elaborate on that battle?One of my favorite things in thisbook are some of thestories, especially from themedieval times, of information thatsays thousands of peoplesaw lights & shapes of images inthe stars. They referred to them asshields. Shields you can battle.They didn't have a word for a UFO,but they were around & they weresaw through shapes,they referred to them as shields.They saw them in the sky along withlumps, geometric shaped objects,barreling, sometimes right overtheir tails. I put this in thebook. It was fascinating for mebecause at one point the thing isthey kept meticulous recordsthroughout history for thefuture. The Romans & the Greekswere very careful about what theywrote down. So you have this stuffin great detail. & even in onenew format that they had, theywrote about these battles in thesky where they saw them & theyheard them clapping. Some peopleran out of theirhomes. I think itwas a battle going in the skybecause someone, with myspeculation, was comingin to do something withhumanity or humans. Who knows? Toabduct them in history have wholetons of people that havedisappeared, right? Where did they go?So who knows what was going on?But that was an example of justone of the battles that apparentlywent on in the sky. & I'm not sosure that we're not hearingthat today because there have beenstrange sounds going onacross the world for years,rumbling noises that we can'texplain. & it reminds me of thattime. I think that Earth isbeing protected by a Federation outthere & I do believe thereare good ETs & nefarious ETsthat cause a calm. So there is abattle. & if I couldsay really quickly too,I think that there's also a battlefor Earth from us because we aredestroying the Earth.I think that extraterrestrials havecome in here, not in battleformation where it's laser than insome kind of a weaponry, but hereto educate us & to help us tounderstand that we're killingthe Earth. So that's a differentkind of battle for Earth.You provide signs, signals, messages,& clues showing evidence thatextraterrestrials are trying tocommunicate with humans & take uson a journey beneath the oceanswhere there is believed to be anextraterrestrial presence.Do we know where it's located &the reason they want totake humans there.I do believe that we are visited bydifferent kinds ofextraterrestrials. Unfortunately,when we look at the media, wealways see the gray aliens or thelittle green men that looklike gray aliens. It's more thanthat. There are many groups of ETs& we've been keptfrom this information. So some havecome in & they have communicateddirectly with individuals.We call these contactees &experiencers, but some of themapparently can't come in the wayothers can because of, you know,maybe they're a physical makeup orwhatever & they try to reachus through signs & signals. &one of my favorite signs &some people don't understandthat this is real are the crop circlesIn my book, I go intogreat detail about howthese formations are. We'rereferring to them as formations.I'm using cropcircles as an example.One of the signals, there was onethat alien face holding a disk& this in the disk,it was deciphered by scientists &it said for us to beware, beware ofpeople bringing false gifts.That was a message from an ET groupthat apparently couldn't land whoused our crop fields for amessage. My point is there aresigns & signals out there thatwe're getting someextraterrestrialsthat don't have the means to comein that are trying to reach us tohelp us. Those underneaththe waters, it's becoming quite acomplex situation. I'm actuallyworking on a book on that.They are there. There are somesigns of extraterrestrials inthere, things that have been foundin the waters, people that havebeen seen in the waters, but I willjust say that we have evidencein history & in currently ofpeople seeing lights & shipsbeneath the waters. EvenChristopher Columbus saw them.They've been here for a long time.They're either here to make ahome for themselves in the waters,maybe on their home world they hadto escape & they're morecomfortable in water. But peoplehave been seeing lights from flyingairplanes, people standing onbeach, people in cruises, people onvacation & the Navy radar ofthese odd objects going through.They are here for a reason, eitherto make a home here or either tomonitor Earth or maybe both.I'm convinced that there is morethan one kind of intelligenthumanoid being in the oceans.Some of the research people haveseen these people. They've evenseen swimmers outside of theseET-light submarines. Recently, acouple of monthsago in Puerto Rico,these fishermen saw lights & theysaw a swimmer alongside this light.So they're there.& why do they want to take humansthere? Because I would have thoughtthey'd want to keep it secret.They don't want to be exposed. Butyou say they are taking humansthere. What's thereason for doing that?We're taking humans there. Therewas one case where a lady was takenout of, I believe,it was Africa. & she was shownthe ship. They let her know thatthey existed. They were justgiving her information to possiblycome back & tell us. There wasone, a couple actually, ofcontactee who went on a UFO. Theywere invited to go & they wentinto the water. They went intoa cave area & they came out intoa city. & I believe that that wasto let us know that they'rethere. They're not here to hurt us& they haven't. & that theywould like to eventually makecontact. I believe that we areexperiencing a kind of convergencethat is going on with the galacticbeings, the beings under the ocean,& even in the whole earth. Thateventually we're all going tocome together & know each other& be introduced. & I think thatthat's whatthey're working towards.You've investigated the possibilitythat otherworldly beings may beresiding inside innerearth in addition to the being ofthe waters. What did yourinvestigation findabout these alienbeings being in inner earth?There are a few cases of people thathave said they have visited inner earth.& one of the gentlemen whowent in with a group ofpeople said they came acrossbeings that were named the Deereos& the Tereos. I hope I'mpronouncing that correctly. I can'tspeak about that publicly. Now,these were beings that were, well,the Deereos were the ones they met.The Tereos, I believe, wereelsewhere. But these guys said theyhad been there sinceancient times, since worldwidedeluge that had happened on thesurface. They said thatthey went, that people went intoinner earth to escape thiscatastrophe & that when they gotthere, they found technology. Butthere was no one there. There wasalready technology there thatapparently someone ages & agesago had created & left down thereor left the planet for whateverreason before the deluge. & theysaid this was already down therewhen they went down & therewas, I guess Noah's day orsomething, a biblical time. But wayback then, they found these people,there are people down there withtechnology. Again, I am convincedthat there are more thanone civilization or group of peopledown there because there was agentleman by the name ofAdmiral Richard Byrd. Many peoplehave heard of him. He was adecorated naval officer whowas escorted in as he was flyingover the North Pole. He was in thatarea & he came acrossan area where they shouldn't havebeen there of forestry & animals,etc., even a wholly mammothhe had received. These2 UFOs come up beside him, takeover his plane remotely,& they escort him into innerearth. & they tell him that theyhave been down therethrough 5 disasters on earth.All the wild people on the surfacewere dying from thesedisasters. They continue to advance& advance. & it's probable thatthey are one of thecivilizations down there, ofcourse, that have these UFOs thatare coming up of the water thatwe see. But he told him to go back& tell the people of earth thatthey're down there.In your book, you delve into howextraterrestrials maybe visiting earth viastargates & portals using whatyou refer to as the cosmic highway.Where is this cosmic highway& what are the dynamics involvedregarding how the extraterrestrialbeings use it to reach our planet?I read, I haven't talked to thesepeople, but you know, scientistsare saying that there's just noway we're being visited byextraterrestrials. Even thoughwe're seeing thingsin the sky all thetime, they're saying we're notbeing visited by them. Okay, weare. So where are they coming from?How are they getting here? They'resaying that they're not coming fromout there because it'sjust too vast. It's too far totravel. It's too far to come. I'mno scientist. I'm just here totry to have a conversation & helppeople figure things out. The ideaof stargates & portals &wormholes is not something that'snew. Again, if we go back toancient times, there is talk aboutpeople coming to earth & evenbeing up & how do they do it thenif it's too vast. & also,people going through what we callthe doors & in cave with thedoors & & openings that wouldopen in front of people like thestargate just like in the TV show.So it's a thing we don'tunderstand, but I believe that itis located throughout the galaxy& I believe too,that there is order in our galaxybecause I've researched the idea offederation. Someone isrunning the stargates. They're justnot out there willy nilly.Someone createdthem. I believe thatadvanced extraterrestrials havefigured out a way to use portalstargates & wormholes to visitearth & other places in thisuniverse & perhaps otheruniverses. & we, like I said,we have ancient texts that talkabout the gods coming & goingthrough doorways so they woulddisappear. It wasn't just shipscoming in. People were walkingthrough these things. People weretransporting them. There's atechnology out there that can doit. So I named itthe cosmic freewayor cosmic highway, whatever youlike to call it. & also, NASA hassomething on their websitethat talks about this whole ideathat one day maybe we will be ableto transfer the universevia this kind of technology. Wedon't have it yet, but there areextraterrestrials, I'm sure,that are millennia ahead of us.There's already bigger things out.& I think that there areworlds behind us just developingthat are just starting out. We'resomewhere not even in themiddle, but we're on our way, butwe're talking about it too,stargates &wormholes & portals.We're talking about it too. We justhaven't got the technology yet todo it. Someone else beat us to it.You, Constance, haveexamined the possibility that there areextraterrestrials living among us,who they are & what their goalsmay be when it comes to our planetearth. So I ask you,what are the reasons you think ETsmay be living among us?Who do you believe they are& what might their goals be for us?I believe ETs areliving among us in manyways. It gets really complicated.So I believe that we have beingsthat we cannot see that comein here from other worlds. Maybethey have some sort of poking ormaybe they're just made in anethereal way that they can be amongus. & these may be what some ofus feel like are the spiritguides. I believe that there areworlds that also have thetechnology to keepa person in stasis.It's going to get weird Stan, togive a person in stasis & theyare able to come here. & whoknows, maybe they can even be born in.We call them born in. I don'tknow how that works, but maybesomeone has a science to be able tohave what we call the soul orastral body leave the body &occupy another body. But that'sheavy. But on a more simplisticscale, if you look at the StarTrek universe, which I love thatshow, I love everything about it.They always had peoplewho were visiting planets & theywere incognito & they werethere to monitor them.That's what I think is going on invarious forms. I think ETs arehere, monitor us, to keep track ofus, to report back, to see what'sgoing on here & to try to help us.They, I believe do have a kindof a prime directive where they'renot supposed to directly interfere,but maybe they can nudge usa little bit or maybe they canplant an idea for an invention oran idea to put that missile down.So yeah, I believe they're here tomonitor us, help us. Some of themmay be here for otherreasons. There have been reports,resources maybe being taken fromthe earth by extraterrestrials.I know that people have seen waterbeing extracted fromrivers with a UFO right there& they're not hiding & takingwater up. So maybe they're here forresources too. But you knowwhen you're talking about a galaxyfull of light, we may even haveextraterrestrials here doingfield trips. They just may beimproving their science & sendingout ships like we woulda class on a field trip just tocome in here & see what earth islike. There are many reasonswhy they're here, but I think themain one is that they would like tosee earth continue & theywould somehow like to find a way tohelp us before we destroy it & ourself.Extraordinary eventsbelieved to be related toextraterrestrials are revealed inEarth's Galactic History. Can youConstance share one or 2 of them?Extraordinary events, I talked alot about, I don't want toget my books confused, my moon book& my earth book. But there havebeen some events that happenedin the stars & in the solarsystem that I found fascinating.& I feel like when you lookat to our moon for example, oneextraordinary event is that themoon itself lines up in aneclipse with the sun & that isperfectly done. & if scientistssaid that this shouldn't happen,given the different sizes of eachof them where they line up, theylook like they're perfectlyplaced. So it is believed that thiswas done perfectly by advancedextraterrestrials. So ata time when we were understood thatthis couldn't really be acoincidence that someone out theredid it. & that was created tohelp us understand that we're notalone in the universewhen we matured to that point.So that's one sign I go into theastronauts, I knowsome people don'tbelieve we went but I believe wewent to the moon. & I think thatone extraordinary event is thatif you look at the NASA missionsfrom the Gemini & Mercury &Apollo missions, all of these guysout there, all of the astronautswere starting from the earth,Gemini & Mercury to the Apollomissions were followed byextraterrestrials. & some ofthese missions heardvoices, even if youdon't believe we went to the moon,the guys who were flying in ourEarth atmosphere first &moving out heard voice, heard weirdlanguages & were followed.So these events were related to usin the way that they were trying totell us that we weren't alone& they were trying to reach us& they were trying to communicatewith us. To me those areextraordinary events.Many people inthe UFO, UAP, USO field believethere's an authoritative hierarchywithin our galaxythat may include otherworldlyfederations & groups that areresponsible for a galactic community.What Constance is your take on that?So I believe thatvery much that the universe hasorder, the galaxy has some order& that someone or some people arein charge. There is a historyabout extraterrestrials out therewho were warring & who were doingnefarous things & we have theseexamples of things like thereptilian beings fighting others,etc, etc. Anyway,my long story short,at some point someone somewheredecided they needed order, someonehad to be in control,just like on Earth we have agovernment, there are hierarchiesout there. One of them isto prevent these kind of things fromhappening again & again & tryto keep a handle on it. We don'thave any idea if they do. LikeI said we've heard warring eventsin the sky but someone out there,just like there's a Star TrekFederation, is trying to keep ahandle on things.I don't believe thatthese worlds have UFO ships flyingaround, crashing into it. I believethere are rules. One of themwas interesting. I heard about thismany many years ago, like 25 yearsago, I heard aboutGalactic Federation. I am standingin my kitchen one day a few yearsago & a lot of people knowthis story but I find itfascinating where an Israeli gentlemenhad written a book& he had worked inthe field where they were studyingstars & he'd come acrossinformation on UFOs, etc.I'm forgetting his title.But, he outed the GalacticFederation in his book. He hadstated with a news broadcast,they were talking about his book& he said that we had people,humans had people on the moonworking with, excuse me, Mars,working on Mars withextraterrestrial butthey were told not totell us because we were not readyto know about the UFOs. I guesswe're getting closer becausewe're seeing so many. He said theywere called the GalacticFederation.The Galactic Federation,I think, does have a handle on theworld who knows how many planetsunder their organization but theyare also, I think, calling theshots back to disclosure &first contact, what we call firstcontact on Earth. I think the ETare calling the shots. I think thatthey are watching New World& that they are working, thefederations are working with theadvanced worlds & trying tokeep some order. So I think they'reout there. I don't think we're onour own & that's a goodthing because we would be runninginto each other. Yeah, I believethere are some, it's a kind ofET Federation of government outthere that's in charge of things.What has your research Constancefound regarding current researchinto the UFO, UAP, USO phenomena?Well, I think that we arebeing prepared for something big.I believe that from inter-timethe extraterrestrialswalked among us & they taught usthings & then they pulled back& possibly they pulledback to give us a chance to advanceon our own or to see where we wouldgo. The seeders of thisplanet, probably, I'm justguessing, but asked them to pullback because for a long time we didsee UFOs throughout history buttoday we're seeing more & more& I think that'sbecause they havealways wanted, in probably all NewWorlds, they want to come into aGalactic community.So today we're seeing the UFO,the UAPs, if you want to call themthat, more because what I calleda convergence that there's going tobe a time where everyone on Earthwill understand that we're notalone in the universe, that we area part of something bigger &I think they are preparingus for it. Now, I think too theymight be speeding up the timelinebecause of our,because of humanity'scraziness. They've been waiting forhumans to mature & put down thesenuclear weapons. Wedid begin to see more of them whenthe atomic bomb was created. Theydid come in more than beforebut I think that's what they'retrying to do when it comes toseeing all these UAPs out there.I think there are people that havebeen contacted. Why wouldn't theycontact them directlyif they could? We have rumors &stories of the government beingapproached by extraterrestrialsthat try to talk to them, try tomake deals, & have contact peoplepersonally that they can trustto share information. They havewhat I call ground troops. I callthem ground troopsin here of peoplethat are trying to get theinformation out to the masses thatwe're not alone& to not be afraidbut that something big is coming.So my research has said there's agrand plan. We're all a part ofit & we need to get ready.You Constance have said it's your goalto investigate the mysteriesof the universe & have it connectto humanity. From everything I know& read about you,you are succeeding in thefulfillment of that goal. What I'dlike to know iswhat was the drivingforce that led you to set that goalfor yourself?I wanted tobe a part of this. To me,this is the biggest story of ourlives & I've always felt, if youwill, a connection to thestars. I don't know quite how toexplain it but always a pull. Atfirst I thought it wasa religious pull but it wasn't.It was something else & I feel likeI want to be a part of helpingpeople understand that we're notalone. We never have been alone.That there is someone out thereworking with us. That we have agreater goal, a greater mission,all of us to our lives. I don'tbelieve that it ends with our liveshere on Earth. This is anotherbook, another topic but after weleave this planet, we continue on.There are people who have left theplanet but they're stillinvolved in all of this. I kind ofwoo that get really heavybut I kind of think thatI have enter an ET worldin a way. I think we go home& this is another place &we can return here. As many times aswe want to help further the goalsof the galaxy. Our spiritual, there's a UFOspiritual connection. There areworlds in thegalaxy where people areethereal. I believe that maybethat's where our soul comes from,ethereal world that we caninhabit these bodies & visitdifferent worlds. So it's not thatour work here will end. I wantedto be a part of it. I think we'reall a part of it but I also thinkthat I will carry on this workafter I'm gone & so will otherpeople. My point is I hear peoplesay, Oh, say oh I don't think itwill happen in my lifetime. Yourlifetime really doesn't end here.You can carry on & visit otherworlds. We're all part of thegalaxy. We're wearing thisdimension or anotherdimension. I wanted to bea part of that. That's what I'mdoing. I love it.
