Brazil’s Roswell

Brazil’s Roswell took place in 1996 in the quiet city of Varginha. Eye-witnesses reported seeing the crashed UFO and extraterrestrial beings walking around it. The Brazilian military promptly took the craft and its occupants, all of which was turned over to the U.S. military. Both governments then embarked on a campaign to cover-up the crash and silence the witnesses to it. Brazil’s leading Ufologist Vitorio Pacaccini investigated the crash. He and Fernanda Pires, a UFO researcher and Director of MUFON Canada wrote about it in their book “Incident in Varginha: Space Creatures in The South of Minas”. Vitorio talks about the book in his interview with Stan Mallow on “Paranormal Yakker”.

Hi everyone, I'm Stan Mallow. Welcome to Paranormal Yakker. My guest on today's show is one of Brazil's leading UFOlogist, Vitorio Pacaccini. I'll be talking with him about his book,

Space Creatures in the South of Minas. The book, which unveils one of Brazil's most astonishing cases purported extraterrestrial encounters was co-authored with UFO researcher & Director of MUFON Canada, Fernanda Pires Vitorio Pacaccini, welcome to Paranormal Yakker. Well hello my friend. For me it's a pleasure to be with you tonight,& it's amazing how technology can put us even closer together. Can you imagine I'm talking to Stan in Canada. I in Center South Brazil, probably something around 10,000 miles away. So here we are. It's a pleasure my friend. Totally mutual. You, Vitorio, was the lead investigator of the UFO crash that was reported to have taken place in the Brazilian city, Varginha. What was there about that incident that initially got your curiosity& sparked your interest in wanting to investigate it? Well, I learned about the case through local news & witnesses accounts. When I heard that 3 girls had spotted a strange being, I realized it, it was something extraordinary. After initial investigations & contact with military sources, it became clear that something of great importance had occurred. Testimonials from military personnel & civilians confirmed suspicious movements in the armed forces. I decided to lead the investigation because I had contact in the region. This changed my life& Brazilian UFOlogy forever. How did the witnesses to the incident describe what the UFO they saw looked like & the extraterrestrial beings they encountered? It's a long story. We have to make it short. Initially, 3 young girls, Katja, Liliani & Valquiria. At that time, back in 1996, Liliani was 14 years old. Her sister, Valquiria, was the youngest, 14 years old. Her sister, Liliani, 16 years old.& their friend, Katja, 21 years old. Everything started when the local news spread it out that 3 young girls in this desert district called Jhajian Dedi. At that time, it was a new district. So we had a lot of tall grass& small forests in the outskirts of Varginha City. In Portuguese, we pronounce Varginha. But it's okay if you say Varginha. So the media, FM radios, local TVs, started spreading out that these 3 young girls had encountered the devil, as they said, because they couldn't compare the creature they encountered, which was very close to this one here. They couldn't compare it to any other animal. Although we know Brazil is a tropical country, & we have many animals. But by far, nothing like this.& then, when I heard about this information, I was in the capital of Minas Gerais State, which is Belo Horizonte, beautiful horizon. Where I used to live, I went to university in Belo Horizonte, my office. I'm an industrial engineer, project designer. So I used to live there. But when I was a child, I used to live in Tres Coracoes City, which is very close to Varginha City, only 14 miles. Just for the information, Tres Coracoes, is 3 hearts, is the city where the king of soccer, Pelé, was born. I spent my childhood in Tres Coracoes So I made many friends. My mother used to live there, because when we came from Italy, we went straight to South Minas Gerais because of my father, my Brazilian father. My mother was Italian. That's where my name comes from. So my mother used to live there.& I used to go there every month, because it's only 300 kilometers, which is 150 miles away, Belo Horizonte, the capital from Tres Coracoes. In Tres Coracoes, it's only 14 miles from Varginha. So I decided to return to Tres Coracoes to start investigation, to get in touch with many friends of mine & ask for help. This was the beginning of everything. It's important to mention that the giant military brigade called ESA, the Army Sergeant School, it's the biggest sergeant school in the whole Latin America. You only will find big places like ESA in the United States or Canada. So that immense infantry battalion exists in Tres Coracoes City, 3 hearts city, since the Second World War. So many of my friends had their fathers as militaries inside ESA. & later on, they became militaries because of their fathers. I asked for help from many of my friends. When I was a child & used to live in Tres Coracoes. & then the whole investigation started. & it was just amazing. That's the beginning of everything back in 1996. What role, Vitorio, did the Brazilian What role, Vitorio, did the Brazilian The military were the first to arrive & cordon off the area after the sighting of that being, creature in Jhaji Andedi District The military police were also involved initially calling the fire brigade to capture one of these creatures. Because in Brazil, when you have any animal into the cities, the fire brigade is responsible to take care of it. As much if the problem is bees, if you have a swarm of bees, you call the fire brigade, they take care of it. Wild animals like wolves or jaguars, something like that. You call the fire brigade. The fire brigade was called to capture one of these creatures. Soon after the ESA, Sergeant Army School took control & sent teams to rescue the beings & the debris of the spacecraft. Witnesses reported convoys in absolute secrecy among those involved. UNICAM University in Campinas City, Sao Paulo State received the bodies for analysis before removing them to the United States. The Brazilian government remained submissive to American orders. I was going to ask you what happened to the extraterrestrial beings that were captured. Now I know. Again, in your investigation of the incident, shed light on the fact that not only the Brazilian army, but the fire brigade, which you mentioned,& even the US military were aware of what happened, & they attempted to conceal the event from the public. What methods did they employ to do that? Intimidation. Back in 1996, they told people to be quiet, to shut their mouth, because it was a national defense operation, national security operation. & They intimidated people with lawsuits. When you see an armed military with this angry face, angry expression upon their faces, it was very intimidating at that time. That's what they did. Besides moving secretly as they could at night, creating confusion, creating false information, & spreading false fake information. Intel, because they have people specialized in doing that to create confusion. So nobody knows exactly what the military convoy with those big trucks were doing in Varginha, because they came from Tres Coracoes City to Varginha to take these creatures, because it's not the only one, to take these creatures they have captured back to Tres Coracoes, to this large infantry battalion called ESA, Sergeant Army School. & they moved secretly as they could. They created fake information & spread it out in town, but they didn't succeed, because I was there to investigate, to understand exactly what happened, to give it a sequence of facts, because I heard many civilian people & military people. My friends, when I was a child in Tres Coracoes City, many of my friends told me how the missions were accomplished, who was in charge, who was involved, what they did, the specific time for every move they made. So it became very important for me to be not only leading the investigation, but I was the one that the press was looking for every day to know what's new, what I have discovered, & I gave a lot of information to the press, as I told you, network TVs, FM radios, newspapers, magazines, basically the militaries, they have their ways to intimidate people.& that's what they did. But soon we will be in Brazilian Congress, National Congress, in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil, for the hearings, like it happened in the United States, you must remember last year, when the American Congress invited some militaries& some other researchers, UFO researchers, for public hearings. I already have the permission because I have been working with a senator since 8 to 9 months ago,& probably in March or April, I’ll be invited for a public hearing in Brazilian National Congress in the city called Brasilia, which is the capital of Brazil.& those militaries didn't intimidate me, although they threatened me, they tapped my phones, my emails at that time.& also they tried by all means to find who were my friends who were helping me, but they couldn't put their hands in any of my witnesses.& pretty soon, I will be in Brasilia for a public hearing.& it will be a little bit like a scandal, because I'll tell the people once again, online, lies , that the military is more involved, that I was not intimidated back 29 years ago, & I'm not intimidated right now. So that's the method they use, intimidation & fake news is spread all over town. I'd like to follow up what you said before about the US taking the evidence found by the Brazilian military. What reasons did they give the Brazilian military for taking the evidence? & do you know where they took the alien beings they captured? Because American militaries are involved since the beginning, because the spacecraft that looks like a submarine, big as a school bus, it was in the first sight, you could say looks like a tic-tac UFO. But this one had this little cockpit right here on the top, a small one, because we have the witness who saw a couple, Mr Elrico & his wife, Mrs Oralina. It flew for 40 minutes in front of their house in a rural area 10 kilometers, which means 3 miles away from Varginha. So this spacecraft was in trouble because the back of it was damaged, releasing a lot of white smoke. Later on from military sources I found out that the Americans, that American NORAD, detected these spacecrafts entering planet Earth. I also made this representation here in my book, like a mothership much bigger, released this tic-tac, let's put it this way, vessels to go into planet Earth while they stay safe somewhere outside our planet, behind the moon, someplace outside the planet, & send these vessels for some mission inside our planet. But the NORAD, the satellites, detect these UFOs & alerted the United States Air Force. This American Air Force tried to intercept some of these objects, these UFOs, because it was not only one, & they could hit one of them,& it started losing altitude out of control & came towards South America. All of a sudden, the Brazilian radar system, which is a huge one, because Brazil is also a big country, we don't have snow in Brazil, so a great portion of the country is populated. There are this gigantic radar system everywhere called SIDACTA. The American Air Force informed SIDACTA that a UFO was coming down, & all of a sudden, because I had the interview, video recorded interview, with one of the Military, because in Brazil, the airport towers, the radar systems, & all the Brazilian airports are controlled by militaries from Brazilian Air Force. I had this interview with one of the militaries who was in front of the radar,& had the information from the American militaries. They call it a plot, it's a point, over the radar screen. They gave the coordinates, & all of a sudden, it was inside the SIDACTA system. They captured this UFO coming down, losing altitude,& coming towards the state of Minas Gerais, also coming to South of the state of Minas Gerais. The first thing they did was to alert ESA, the huge, the biggest military base in South Minas Gerais State. They have around 5,000 militaries inside this infantry base,& they were alerted that a UFO was coming down, so they got prepared. They planned all the operations, because they wanted to know what was this, & if there was something inside of it, controlling it, some beings somehow, so the United States was involved since the very beginning of everything, & they had interest, of course, in putting their hands in this UFO, & in the creatures that came from this UFO, when it touched the ground, in the forest, & these creatures disembarked from the UFO. The militaries were alerted. They had time to plan a secret operation to locate & capture these creatures. We're talking about 5 of them. It was a huge scandal. The Americans are involved up to their noses in all the operations. Did the US people who took from Brazil the aliens, the UFO, whatever they found there, did anyone ever share with the military in Brazil what their findings were after they took it to the US? It's very possible, but of course it happens inside the military circle. It doesn't come out to the civilians in general. Whatever happens after the United States has taken this material, the UFO & the creatures to the United States, the civilians lost track exactly what happened, but I have no doubt, probably, they took it to some Area 51 or something like that to make a back engineering of the spacecraft & even to study these creatures, because if you ask me if this creature looks like an engineer, like a scientist who built a spacecraft & came from other solar systems, from other galaxy, from other dimensions to planet Earth, my answer is no. I talked to Stanton Friedman, the main investigation investigated of the Roswell case. I met him in Brazil 2 times& in Roswell when I was invited for a lecture in this huge UFO event in Roswell. So I talked to all of them, Bob Dean, Sergeant Paola Harris, Stanton Friedman, many of them, Sergeant Clifford Stone. We understand that these are some kind of biologic robots which make things very much complicated because somebody was smart enough to reach our solar system coming from someplace else that we cannot identify at the moment instead of bringing the scientists, the engineers on the ground. They developed, they created some sort of biological robots to complete some mission in a way that the engineers, that the scientists wouldn't run any risk. So the American militaries, the American government in general,& of course the Brazilian militaries& scientists, they were all very interested in knowing how could they control, how could they build back in 1996 such kind of biological robots, put them in this small spacecraft& send them inside planet Earth to fulfill some mission. So you can imagine how complicated things were at that time because they wanted to know how they respond to their creators, how they communicate, what kind of methology is involved in this UFO propulsion system, if it has any kind of weapon. So it was a huge scandal & the militaries, Brazilian military collaborated with the Americans because they have an agreement since long ago. But not only with the Brazil, the Americans have agreements when it comes to the UFO field, not only with the Brazilian government, but with the Canadian government, the English government, everybody in Europe, NATO, they have agreements, Japan, they have this kind of exchange system to exchange informations, vital informations, technological informations. So Brazilian government had no problem because this agreement comes since long ago. But the Canadian government also has agreements with the American military since long ago.& at that time, you must have heard, I don't know, the NASA director, all of a sudden, out of the blue, came to Brazil. He said he was going to pay a visit to Embraer, amongst the 5 biggest airplane constructors like Bombardier in Canada. He came with this excuse that he was going to pay a visit to get to know a little better about the Embraer infrastructure because Boeing, American Boeing company, was very interested in a joint venture with Embraer. Okay, all of a sudden, out of the blue, they announced that a Brazilian astronaut would be in the space lab & they sent Marcos, Captain Prono, Marcos Pontes, to the space laboratory. For us, it became clear that it was an exchange, a way to say thank you for the cooperation. They put the first Brazilian astronaut in space & NASA probably knows everything about the Varginha Incident too. So this was the atmosphere at that time. Exciting.
