Disclosure On The Brink

Stan Mallow

Steve Bassett, founder of Paradigm Research Group, lays out a starkly simple target that reshapes everything we think we know about UAPs: one formal statement from a head of state confirming a non-human presence. That’s Disclosure—with a capital D—and it turns years of witness testimony, hearings, and media coverage into a single, decisive moment that ends the truth embargo.

We dig into how language has been strategy. Swapping “UFO” for “UAP” sheds stigma. Reframing “cover-up” as a “truth embargo” changes minds without criminalizing insiders. From there, we track the dominoes: high-profile podcast appearances by officials, lawmakers going on record, a growing public archive at the National Archives, and a major documentary, The Age of Disclosure, built with industry-grade craft and unprecedented access. Bassett argues these aren’t coincidences but coordinated signals that the center cannot hold.

We also explore what comes after the mic drop. A presidential confirmation unlocks an orderly, lawful release of details via a strengthened UAP Disclosure Act and a review framework that keeps national security intact while informing the public. We spotlight the return of the State of the World Forum, with new tracks on non-human intelligence, artificial intelligence, planetary systems, and Psionics—plus “elegant science” like the VASCO project linking historic sky anomalies to the nuclear age. The question isn’t whether there’s enough proof; it’s whether we’re ready for the moment that makes it official.

Hi everyone, I'm StanMallow, welcome toParanormal Yakker. My guest, Steve Bassett,is one of the world'sleading voices in thedisclosure movement& has workedtirelessly advocatingfor full disclosure bygovernmentsregarding what they knowabout UAPs & ETs buthave been withholdingfrom their citizens. In 1996, Steveestablished the ParadigmResearch Group, apolitical advocacyorganizationthat addresses thepolitics ofUAP/ET issues,& in 2023, co-founded theHollywood Disclosure Alliance,an organization I'mproud to be a member of,Steve Bassett.Welcome toParanormal Yakker.Stan, it's goodto be with you. You're very spiffilydressed. Very nice.I like your friend inthe back there.Looks about right.Do you recall, Steve, when you first becameinterested in the UAP/ET movement? What was the catalystthat broughtyou into it?& what motivated youto become the strongadvocate for disclosurethat you have nowbecome? The short answer isI always noted thearticles & things thatturned up aboutthis phenomena.I love sci-fi, read lotsof that as a kid.& I read enough toconvince me, yeah, thisis obviously true.It wasn't hard to arriveat that conclusion basedupon what was beingshown & stated. But of course, apparently, it wasn'tgoing to be accepted.& I didn't really payattention to that. It's just that I wentthrough most of my, thefirst half of my life, pretty much quiteconfident that there wasthis non-human presence. The question is, thenwhat? ButI wasn't involved.During the 60s, I gotinto activism, not asmuch as I wanted to,should havedone a lot more. But I think I learnedback then thatkind of who I was.I was kind of anactivist, meaning aperson that doesn't liketo work with others.Well, he doesn't like tohave a boss, likes tocause maybe alittle trouble.Doesn't like to fall inline, kind of a loner.Yeah, I had all that, but I didn'tlean into it.Many years go by& I reached a point in mylife where I had todecide, what doyou want to do?Because you reallyhaven't built something.to take anywhere. You've just beenfloating for 40 years.A lot of people do that,& most people don'thave the good fortunethat I had.In ‘95, I read someserious books, includingJohn Mack's book.I went to my firstconference down inLos Angeles, & I got asense of, thisthing is happening. But John Mackwas the key.John Mack as a PulitzerPrize-winning Harvardprofessor, highlydistinguished, long career that heactually was takingrisk to work withcontactees,to maybe try to do someresearch that could getpublished, peer reviewed. That said, something ishappening here.& then I thought aboutit, & the moreI thought about it,I realized howimportant it was.& then I said, okay, look, let's do that. But what?I was a researcher.I didn't have a massivelibrary of stuff.I wasn't a journalist,I was an activist. But nevertheless,I said, okay, this is agood door to go through.I have no idea what'sgoing to happen. So I called them up.I had their address& phone number in the backof the book,& I convinced themsomehow, to this day,I don't know how, to come& volunteer.Come & volunteer.I have a businessbackground.I've done this, that, whatever. Maybe that canbe helpful. For whatever reason,I persuaded them.So I drovecross-country, stoppedin a couple places, ended up inBoston, Cambridge.Got a roommateapartment, & spent4 months as avolunteer atJohn Mack's programfor extraordinaryexperience research, where I met my firstcontactees in person,& just gotfilled with energy.Just felt I was in it.But I still didn't knowwhat I could do.I knew I wanted to.I knew how big it was.I said, this is alifetime commitment.I felt that prettyconfidently. But what?& I had lived inWashington off & on mywhole life.Knew it well.I was there during manyof the demonstrations.Marched onto Capitol afew times. Good marches.& I said to myself, the politicsis the problem. It's not science. It'sbeen proven. It's provedeverywhere. Why isn't itout in the open?Politics, the governmenthas decided. There's nothing therefor their own reasons.Political, national security.& so that's thesolution. You've got tosolve thepolitical issue. You can prove it untilthe cows come home, butthey're notgoing to accept it.So I said, OK, politicsis it. Now what?& then I'm sitting inmy office & it hit melike a download, boom. Nobodyis stupid enoughto have actually a lobbyregistered as a lobbyiston theextraterrestrial issue. There is no money, noupside, lotsof ridicule,no way. I couldbe the first.Because I gotnothing keeping me back.I had created a lifewhen there was justnothing to hold me backbecause, well,I hadn't donestuff to do that.& so I rushed out toWashington, got there onNew Year, July the 4th.Within a week, I hadcreated Paradigm Research Groupas a soleproprietorship, filedthe registration as alobbyist, PRG.I called theParadigm Research Group because I called up anumber of researchorganizations & said,I'm registeredas a lobbyist.I'd like to representyou free, no cost.& they gofree? No problem. So I had a list ofresearch kind oforganizationsthat are similarthat were submitted aspart of theregistration. That's why I called itParadigm Research Group, even though it's not aresearch organization.& it was the smartestthing I everdid in my life.& so a month, a coupleof months went by &I'm out doing something, whatever. I'm trying toget it all together.I'm onlineemailing, whatever. But it took about6 months & then theWashington Postfound outabout my registration& they said, that'sinteresting. We need to find out whothat guy is.So they sent areporter out.I gave him along interview. They published alegitimate article& a big photo, big photo.I've got it. I may startspreading that around. It's an awful photo, too, but I look terrible. But then on the frontpage of the businesssection, which is thenumber 2 page inThe Washington Post,I assure you, inThe Washington Post was abig deal in 1997.& suddenly.I'm off.& from that point on,I was able to pursueactivistefforts on this issuewith a singular goal, but it took 3 yearsbefore I reallystarted to get ahandle on it. & sosome of my mostimportant contributionsare rightaround 2000, been in forabout 2 1/2 years,3 1/2 years.& that'swhen I came up.I decided that one ofthe problems waslanguage, that badlanguage is notgood for activism. It'll ruin it.You've got to get theright language or youcannot connect.& so first I addressedUFO cover up.I said, that's not theright term.I don'tlike UFO anyway.UFO is a problem.I prefer UAP, which wassort of around, but ittook a while forit to really getmore prevalent. UFO isstigmatized, demonized.Intellectuallyghettoized.Anytime you uttered thephrase, people laugh. But that's no good.& cover up basicallysaid the government'sprograms were illegal. All these nationalsecurity guysbreaking the law, criminalizing the peopleyou're trying to reachis noteffective activism. So I said, weneed a new term.I came up withtruth embargo. So I came upwith that. That worked.& then I worked on theUFO thing trying tomaybe shift over to UAP.The other thing wasI understood thatwe need some language todescribe where what wewanted, wherewe were going.Every activist movementhas to have a prize. It has to have somethingthat people understand. They're going to spendmoney, take risks, getinvolved maybe for yearsin order toachieve it. If you don'thave that prize, why inthe hell arethey going to getinvolved? & themovement didn'thave the prize. All it had the movementback then was proof, proof, proof. We're going to studythis, study that, can come up withreports, proof, proof, proofto do what?I guessed in order to getpeople to know that thethe ETs werereally real. That wasn'tgoing to fly.& so I said, what's the prize? What is going to allowthis issue to becomewhat it has to be?You have to haveconfirmations from theheads of state.10 thousand pilotscould say I saw a UFO.Doesn't matter. Thepresident has to do itin order to moveforward & endthe truth embargo. So I came up withdisclosure witha capital D.Greer was using the termas part of hisorganization. But I think mostin the revealing, definition,I said, no, no,got to make it a propernoun, capital Ddisclosure. What is it?It is & only is formalconfirmation by heads ofstate of anextraterrestrialpresence engaging thehuman race,& that's the prize.Everything we do goingon is going toget that statement.Proving it over & over& over & over& over again is notgoing to get us there. We've got to take apolitical road there& start engaging it as apolitical issue.& those are some ofthe earlycontributions I made.& I'm pleased thatthe word disclosure,I think with the capitalD is in the UAPDisclosure Act,the truth embargo ismentioned fromtime to time.& anyway, that'sthat's onepart of activism.& that's all I've beendoing for 30 years. When it comes todisclosure, excitementis in the air& everyone feels it.After too long a time itlooks like all theplanets are aligned& the truth about UAPs/ETswill finally be revealedby governentsSo what I'll do nowSteve is ask you about afew recent events aswell as a major upcomingdisclosure event. On January 15th of thisyear 2025, 5 daysbefore the inaugurationof his father,Donald Trump Jrinterviewed Luis Elizondo& Ross Coulthart on hispodcast Triggered.& of course withElizondo & Coulthartbeing guests theydiscussed UAPs &disclosure. What Steve did they say& what wasTrump Jr's reaction?I can't really go intothe detailwhat they said. This is a while ago, butthey said theusual things.I mean, they definitelyengaged it.There was good stuffbeing talked about,& that was no accident. That was intentional. That was deliberate. We just learned recentlyin the documentary, thisis very importantdocumentary, Age ofDisclosure,as well as a majorinterview thatthe writer-directorDan Farah hadwith Joe Rogan. In addition toindividuals approachingGeorge W Bushvery early in hisadministration witha serious discussionabout whether theyshould do this, becauseBush, I think, kind of knew.I think his fatherdefinitely knew, passedit on to him, & so itwas in play.& the decision was madenot to do it, or theywere still thinkingabout it when9-11 happenedthat same year,& that tabled it.& we also learned, somepeople have been talkingwith Trumpabout this as well. This doesn't shock me.We know that Trump wasactually. & this was inthe first termof Donald Trump. We're in a differentplace thanwe've ever been.We know thatthe president is aware,The idea of disclosing hasbeen discussed with him,& we're seeing allkinds of events thatseem to indicate this isgoing somewhere.& that podcast by Don Jrwas one of them.I recommend people go toTriggered, go find it,& listen to it.& remember, it's 5 daysbefore his father's tobe inaugurated. Then, 6 months later,5 months later, the vice president goes on aRuthless Podcast& talks about how he'sobsessed with UFOs& other things.Shortly after that,Tulsi Gabbard, directorof National Intelligence, goes on anotherpodcast.I think it was Podforce I& talksabout the subject. That's not an accident. That is intentional.& tahen about 10 dayslater, Anna Paulina Luna, chairman of some of thehearings in the HouseOversight Committee, thenewly elected orappointed director ofthe task forceto declassifygovernment secrets, whohas spokento this issue. She goes on Rogan for2 hours, & thiscomes up substantially. That is not an accident.& then just about 10 days ago, about 6 days beforethe film came out, roughly,The Age of Disclosure,Vance comes back again. He goes on Podforce I,same one that Luna wenton, I think,& reiterates how he'sso interested in thesubject & just happensto mention that hisvery, very good friend,Marco Rubio, is alsointerested inthe subject. This is almost like itwas the promo ahead ofThe Age of Disclosure. Not an accident.& so I can say without anyreservation that theidea of Donald Trump,PresidentTrump, steppingout & confirmingthe extraterrestrialpresence, which is allhe has to do, that'sdisclosure, doesn't have to sayanything else, couldtake less than 5minutes, couldhappen tomorrow. Now, in addition tothe film coming out,Age of Disclosure, majormilestone film, goingto have huge impact, articles are beingwritten allover the place.Within a few days,Dan Farah goes on Joe Rogan. That's the sameJoe Rogan that tookthe interview with Trumpto help get himelected, the sameone that Luna's on,& now you've got Farahon for 2 hours.& In that 2 hours, they're talking aboutthe film & a lot ofother things that Farahlearned as he's makingthe film, soit's adding more. You got to putthe 2 together.Watch Age of Disclosure, watch the 2-hourinterview with Rogan,& if you still thinkthere's nothing to thisissue, man, you need tostart taking some energydrinks or somethingor key-tone shots.I don't know what. They talked about Trumpdoing it again. They talked about Trumpbeing able to do it.Both of them agreed itwas a good thing,& Joe said, I'll talk tohim about it.& when Joe Rogan says,I think I'll talk tothe president, he can talkto the president. All I'm saying isthe truth embargo isliterallycollapsing in real time. It's like one of thosedemolitions you watch. You wait,& wait, & wait for79 years, & all of asudden the charges gooff & boom. We're seeing a collapsein real time.Barring something reallyawful happening is amajor distraction. The president is set up.Everything's been done, the legislation, the members of Congress, the hearings, the tremendousamount of mediawitnesses comingforward, all of which is1,000 timesmore than whathad happened inthe previous 70 years. The stage is set.Donald Trump can bethe disclosure president& has pointed out by memany times& by Farrah, it'sa Nobel Prize. It's an absoluteincredible legacy, oneof the most importantthings that any head ofstate has ever done.& I would suggest thatthis president, asopposed to the other 13that havebeen in the WhiteHouse since Roswell, hehas the personality todo it, whereas the otherones had to beconvinced & didn't.& so I'm simply saying, folks, don't be shocked.I'm hoping that theWhite House will put outone of those things thatthere will be anannouncement from thePresident in the OvalOffice, maybe Wednesdayat such a time,& just everybody's gettingall excited& speculating.& then Wednesday comes, hesits down in front ofthat Resolute Desk, camera on, doesn't needanybody else in thatroom except the cameraoperator, & says,My fellow Americans, you have been hearingabout this non-humantech, non-human bodiesfrom many, many people.I've made inquiries. It's true.We aren't alone. There is other tech, other entities. We have bodies& so forth. That's true.& so I'm goingto leave you now. There will be pressconferences tomorrow.Hearings are goingto happen, & you're goingto learn a lot more. But I'm tired, &I need to get some rest,& that's disclosure.& we're in thepost-disclosure world.& that is whatI & many others& everybody that'scontributed tounderstanding this issuesince 1947, all the wayback to Keough, havebeen trying to get80 years ofcitizen science, activist, journalist, documentary.& now new people havestepped in with highlevels of gravitas& so forth & talents& skills likeDan Farah, & they'retaking the ball home.On September 9th,the third major UAP hearingwas conducted beforethe task force onthe declassification offederal secrets. It was titled RestoringPublic Trust Through UAPTransparency& WhistleblowerProtection. Were any conclusions, decisions made abouttransparency& whistleblowerprotection? It wasn't aboutconclusions ordecisions. It was aboutlistening to 4,5 more witnesses. It was aboutgetting more informationon the record, underoath, from peoplethat are in the know.& all of that is partof the process that doeslead to legislation. So the UAP Disclosure Act,which was originallysubmitted 3 years ago,got cut in half, but that half isfunctioning.Stuff is actually comingout, believe it or not.Go to theNational Archives& check out the UAPArchives section.Nothing earthshaking, but it's happening. But the major partof the bill withthe powers to enforce& other matters weretaken out. It's beenresubmitted 3 times, hasn't made it back, hasn't made it yet. & it'sgoing to be resubmittedagain. We will getthe UAP Disclosure Act.& that was built onwitness testimony, butmostly private inthe offices& to staff, also what wasbeing found out in thehearings & so forth. But when it comes tolegislation, you need aplatform, you need abasis to proceed, justdon't pull itout of thin air.& so if you're tryingto convince the Senateto vote for an NDAA thathas a UAPDisclosure Act init, it doesn't hurt ifsome relativelysignificant people, people of rank &station, have testifiedunder oath toa committee. & so thatis part of the processthat allows you to getthat legislation, which leads me tothe most important pointyour listeners can hearfrom me today.& that's this,& I've said it many, manytimes, & I'll keepsaying it right up untildisclosure.Everything that's going on,the hearings, witnessescoming forward whilethe media coverage, the attempt to get a passedlegislation, advancingthe legislation, trying to get acomprehensive billfinally. All right.Members of Congressliterally goon cameras& expressing theiropinion. Yes, it's here,it's real, we have ETs.All of that is notgetting the stuff tothe public, meaning, okay, we'regonna let youknow what's going onnow. We're gonna tellyou this, tell you that. No, it's not.& so everytime somebody testifies& you go, wait aminute, you know morethan that. Whydid you take the,why did you say youcould only talk in askiff? Why are youdoing a non-disclosurething? Becausethat's not what is goingon. What is going onis gettingenough testimony, enough witnesses, enoughmedia coverage, enoughmembers of Congressinvolvedto set the stagefor the president to tell you that we're notalone, that we havevisitors, we have tech,we have bodies.& then the things youwant to know will startcoming out. Theywill start coming outat a pretty nice pace. It'll take a while, but it'sall gonna comeout. & that,of course, is whatpeople want, but they'rethinking that'shappening now.No. & so ratherthan get mad at thesepeople because they'reobserving their NDAs& classified statuses& so forth, what they'redoing is getting the jobdone without violatingthe laws, without violatingthe commitments they'vemade responsibly, whichcan be, it can beresponsible. But you don't haveto have whistleblowersrunning around withtheir hair on firescreaming out stuff. No, just peopleable to speak to thelevel they can. & whenthey write something, itgoes through Dobster, which is an organizationthat, you know, government organizationthat decides ifsomething can stay inthe book & come out ofthe book & they takeout what they have to& they publish. This is an orderlyappropriate process. It needs to be responsiblein order tokeep those insideon board with theprocess. They startseeing illegal stuffhappening& people violatingthe law to do that. They're gonna, tighten up.That iswhat is happening.& once you look at itthat way, you're goingto be less upset. You'regoing to bepositive. You'regoing to see how this isgoing, where it's going& where it's going isthe president's going toconfirm. & then we'regoing to start gettinginformation out throughthe UAP Disclosure Actin a responsible wayunder the law with areview panel, which mayend up beingcongressional& not presidential. No bigdeal. That'swhat's going on. It'sactually a responsibleeffort to actually dowhat we've all wantedfor 80 years. & itwould be helpful ifpeople wouldbe a little lesscritical & moresupportive, butI understand theirfrustration. I get it.My job is to try to makeit a little easier as anactivist. & that'swhat I'm doing. The documentary film,The Age of Disclosure, which you've spokenabout, receivedconsiderablemedia coverage& social media attention.Could you, Steve, giveme a brief synopsis ofthe documentary & tellme about the reviewsof that it received fromthe media as well asthe public atlarge who saw it?Over the last, say,80 years, there have beenhundreds ofdocumentariesabout this subject.& you can findthem if you look.UFO TV as got,God knows how many. They all have onething in common. They were created byregular citizens orindividuals with someskill, but notprofessionals, really, not professionalfilmmakers with all thedegrees & thebackground& connections& agents & all thatkind of stuff. No, no, no.It was a citizenjournalistic or citizendocumentary process.& that helped. It helped move us along. It's all part of thedisclosure movement& a very important part.& all that is stillavailable& they will be viewed. But never could they geta big screen, an actualformer premiere with abig screen &so forth because theindustry people were notgoing to go here. They would not makethese docs.Only recently did someserious ministry peopleget into making actualnon-fiction on this. Now, they've madeunbelievable numbers ofthe sci-fi filmswith ETs in them. Many have made billionsof dollars. The genre has madehundreds of billionsof dollars forthe industry, countingeverything, product sales & allthat kind of stuff.Very lucrative, but theyhaven't made docsbecause why? They don't want to upsetthe government. They know these bigshots who arevery wealthy. They knowwhat's going on.They get tipped off. They don't need to get abriefing from the CIA.& so they realize youstart putting up docs onbig screen& giving it that kindof gravitas, thegovernment is not goingto be happy about that.& that's not goodbecause we'redoing great. We're makingfortunes here. Why do we want to makethingsmiserable for ourselves? Not to mention the factthat they constantly usegovernment resources,Air Force, Navy, you name it, as partof their movies. It's a good deal & itmakes the movies better. So they justdidn't do it.& that helped keepthe truth embargo going. For the last 4 years,I was also out in LAa lot & trying to maybesee what couldhappen there.I was able to foundThe Hollywood Disclosure Alliancewith Dan Harari.& that's helpin that regard. But it finally is broken. What happened here isthat a gentleman who isa professional contentcreator based inLos Angeles with theconnections & theusual things, agents& managers & allthat stuff, decidedafter getting involvedfor a while, helping toproduce some filmsindependently, he workedwith James Fox.He was a producer. He decided he was goingto make the doc that wasgoing to breakthat barrier. It took him 3 years.& it's simple.Because he has theability to do it, heattracted the attentionof people thatmight want tohelp & Luis Elizondowas critical.Elizondo ended up beingthe one that startedlining up & bringingin the people thatcould beinterviewed for this doc.& the more people theygot, the easier it wasto get further people, thus creating themost significantassemblage ofindividuals of rank& station toever speak to thisissue in thesame venue ever.Nothing comesclose to this.It took them some timeto get it together. Then they did thefilming prettymuch in secret. Then they did the kindof things that big timefilmmakers do.They took it to theSouth by Southwesta year by a year ago, film festival, number 2 filmfestival in the country. It got seen by people, created a little buzz.& maybe there was somediscussions for the nextmonths over platformingit or whateverthe hell.& then finallyhe makes hisdecision what to do.So the film is getting, the film even without itbeing shown is gettinga lot of media offthe trailer. So I'm watching that& not surprising.80 years went intobuilding up the interestin this subject so thattrailer would getthat.& so that helped.& then as they getcloser, the realinterest builds up& then theyannounce the premiere.& what they announcedwas againgroundbreaking. What he did, he didn'tgo with the studio. He did it independentlybecause he knew a studiocouldn't get involved herebecause thisissue is what it is.Biggest of all time.Did it on its own,but still whollyprofessional.& got a deal withAngelicaPop-Up Theaters.Really cooltheater thing.I went to it.It's like going backin the old days. It's really nice. It's not the big superfancy stuff, but it'sjust really fun. It's comfortable. He got a premiere in3 of them, New York,LA, & Washington. They've showed it allday on the premiere day,21st, & they'reshowing it I thinkall the following week. All of which wasnecessary to qualifythe film for an Oscarnomination.Another majorbreakthrough. Now, will it get one?Don't know. There's about 230I think docs that havegone through a processthat makes them eligible& then has to bepruned down to 15.Many of thosedocumentaries are damngood, but none of themaddresssomething as profoundas this one.So depending upon whathappens in the comingweeks & things arealready happening, notthe least of which thepresident coming out& saying, Yeah,it's all true.It might get nominatedor at least get to thenext level, but notbecause it's supercooler, better thananother doc in termsof the total production, but rather becauseof how important it is.& docs do advance becauseof that & it mightmake the top 15.If it gets intothe final, it'llbe nominated.Even if it doesn't win,I can't even imagine howI'm going to feelthe night that I watchthe Oscars& they get to thedocumentary category& then start announcingthe nominees.& The Age of Disclosureis one of them.Knowing how many peopleworked so hard for that, many of which are gone, who I knew.I've got a hundred ofthem on my Immemoriumsection on my websitewith a bio & a photo& knowing that finallyit happened.& then I'll startthinking about all of mycolleagues that arestill here & they'rewatching it too & whatthey went through tomake that possible.Everybody today that aregetting into this field& we love them allwith allkinds of careers& credentials& accomplishments arestill standing onthe shoulders of80 years of citizenresearch, journalism, documentary, documentary& activism with littlemoney, a lot of ridicule& a lot of sacrifice.& I'm going to keepreminding people of thatbecause that'sthe way it works. That milestone is upahead & now themarketing of the filmis well underway. He goes onRogan, bada bing. But again, because he'sDan Farah, he got onMaher, ahead of the film.Got the special10 minute front interviewwhere they talked aboutit very well & Mahermade it clear that he'scome around. He's been a little, notsure, but he'son board now.All thequestions were great.Maher brought up thenuclear shutdown thing, which is the mostimportantthing in allof it.That's going to go up onNetflix & Maher's show,Real Time, is thehighest total viewprogram on Netflix. Then it went on CNN fora million viewers& then it's now obviouslygoing on Amazon. But then there was aOvertime 10 minuteonline thing that theydo after Bill Maher.A lot of people don'tknow about it.So they doabout 10 minutes.Farah was involved inthat, came up & thatgoes on the YouTubechannel for Real Timewith Bill Maher. How many subscribersdoes that have?2.3 million.& If you look at all theshort clips, that's whatthey have,Overtime & New Rules. You look at theseclips over time thatthey put up there, theyhave 24, 25, 27 millionviews.& all of that, theNetflix, the Overtime, the YouTube is going tostill be theregoing forwardas people watch that, drawing peopleto this film. How successful will it be?I don't know. It's already gettingsavaged by the debunkers& the skeptics, & wecan talk about that, that have never goneaway & now they havean even bigger platform. But I think its ultimateviewership will besubstantial. Then if we getdisclosure, well, that'sanother matter.& so the fact that disclosureused as I defined it 25years ago is in the nameof that film.I'm reallypleased about that.A major onlineconference, the State ofthe World Forum, will benet-castDecember 14 to 17.50 panelists willaddress 4 aspects ofa world that canpositively shape humancivilizationgoing forward. The UAP Disclosureprocess underwayis one of them. Can you, Steve, tell mewho are some of thepresenters, the topicsthey'll be covering,& any special eventsthat are scheduledto take place? The State of the WorldForum is is this isa reincarnationThere were 6 State ofthe World Forums inthe 1990s ‘95, 2000I believe& the principal personbehind it wasMikhail GorbachevWho became aworld figure.More so after of coursethe Communist Partywas outlawed & heeventually stood down, but hewas a visionaryHe knew Jim Garrison sothey created theGorbachev Foundation& Jim was the presidentthen they said let'sdo amajor conferenceJim put togetherThe State of the World ForumGorbachev participated& why did they do it& this isso importantI lived my whole life underthe nuclear threat.I was born15, 16 months after theHiroshima bombsNo, I was conceived.Anyway, the point isI've lived my whole lifeunder the nuclear threatmutual assureddestructionIt's not good. It's notgood for the psyche. It's not good for yournervous system. We allhave we've hadNumerous proxy warsunderneath the umbrellaof those nukes. They'dhave killed millionsSo the world's a messBut after theThe Soviet Unioncollapsed & the BerlinWall. There was a hugeExplosion of optimismpeople saw way out theway forward. Let's don'tdo this again& that is thecontext of what'sThe State of the World Forumwas createdHigh level people& heads of state came into be there in personto talk about the stateof the world atthat time& where it could go.It was a verysignificant thing, butit was beforethe internet& so the legacy of itis a little hard to findon the websiteStateOfTheWorld.forum& the legacy is there'sa lot of legacy thereThat optimismof course wasbetrayed indue course the leaders ofnations & so forthsaid let's start theCold War againLet's start the old ways& we sawWe saw things weregoing backwardsI've done a lot ofinterviews. It's amazing. I'm standing upor sitting down. The point is thatthey started it allagain to take us towhere we are now, whichis incredibly dangerousThe world is in a sensemore at risk of nuclearwar than it wascertainly in1990 & so but guesswhat a major change evenmore profound thanthe collapse of Soviet Union& that is theET Disclosure& anticipating thatJim reached out to thepeople that knew aboutthe original one to puttogether another Stateof The World Forum6 years go to 2030Because of the variouscircumstances right nowthe first one had to beonline& what they're goingto do is they're goingexamine the state ofthe world nowFrom some perspectivesthat didn't exist backin the 1990sone of the key sectionsNHINon-Human Intelligenceanothermajor key sectionartificial intelligenceAnother major sectionwould be like the earthintelligencebecause the life spherethat we have is a lotmore going on there than& we're learning thatall the timeThen it wasn't in 1990s.We figure that out& then psionicsthe emergingthan the name forthe reality oftelepathy& soon I think remoteviewing finally emerginginto the mainstreamafter beingcompletely classifiedfor decades & decadeswhile they tried toweaponize itThat's going to bethere. That's somepretty interestingstuff. & so51 speakers are in factpanelists are going todress these inplenary sessionsOver 3 days& there'll besome other thingsThat iswhat is coming up.I'm a sponsor & soconsequently if you arelistening to me now& you go to my websiteParadigmResearchGroup.orgMy phone number& email are right thereEmail or text meor phone me; preferably textthat you want toregister & I willprovide you immediatelya code that will saveyou a lot of money offof this event. So that is the upcomingnow that is justWell, let's talk about acouple of just give me acouple of examples thatwhat's in this thing toshow you howthings are movingforward. One of the people inthere is the woman thatis now leading theemergence of telepathyas a realthing in theopen world,Diane Hennessy Powellthe creator of thetelepathy tapesWhich have been seen bymillions so she's goingto be thereThat's new & that'ssubstantiveBut then a woman by thename of Beatriz Villarroelis going to be therebecause ofsomething elseIt's breaking stuff isbreaking everywhere. It's the collapse ofthe truth embargoWe're celebrating almostahead of timeBeatriz Villarroelis a physicist who works forthe Nordic Institute ofAstrophysics, which in case you'rewondering is a seriousorganizationbased in Sweden wherethey give outNobel Prizes& she did something thatI call elegant science. There's super deepcomplexscience with mathyou couldnever master that theyget a breakthrough& you get NobelPrizes for thatBut sometimes you canget a NobelPrize for eleganceMeaning it's notincredibly complicatedBut it's so elegantlygets to something thatno one had gotten to yetthat reveal somethingextraordinary. That's Nobel, so what isthis thing that she& her team have done? They decided the name ofthe program is VASCO itstands for vanishingappearing whatever thehell it's trueBut you canlook it up. It's easyVASCO look upher name or look up TheNordic InstituteAstrophysics. They decided let's lookat all the photo ofAstrophotography of thesky prior to Sputnik& maybe a couple yearsafter Sputnikthe first satellite& see what we see. Theylooked at thousandsthousands of theseplates, which arecarefully archived& dated so forth & whatthey discovered isprior to us putting up asatellite for the firsttime there werethings up therethat were there & thenthey weren't & thenthey were back& they reflected, could be a starbut didn't reallylook like stars. So what were they? Well, they weren't ours& if they weren'tsomehow some veryinteresting nationalphenomena, they were aconstruct of somethingsomeone elseIt was almost a slamdunk confirmation of anextraterrestrial reality.NowIt's possible a stillshot of that particularspot in space caught anasteroid some smallasteroid happened to begoing by caught it boom& then when youphotographed it, maybe aweek later, 2 weekslater, it was gonecould be,except that they foundso many of theseinstances the odds ofcatching an asteroidjusthappening to pass thatpart of the sky wereextremely low& then I think you hadsituations if I'm notmistaken where it was upon Monday& then on ThursdayIt was still up & thenthe next day it was gone.Has to be artificialcan't be human. They just elegantlyconfirmed theextraterrestrialpresence. Now it's had2 pair reviewsIt's going to get more& it's going to holdup now. That'sbrilliant science, butit gets better becauseall of those astralplates weretimestamped& so they were able tocompare the moment thatthat particular thingwhich is artificialwith what was going onin the ground down belowon the earth & whatthey came up with isa 45% correlationwith the testing ofnuclear weapons. Now what we've beenlearning recently itcame out in the film itjust came outagain inFarrah'sinterview with Roganis that & we've knownit for some time, butit's getting much more knownis that there is anenormous huge connectionbetween theextraterrestrial agenda& our nuclear programsour weapons our ICBMsthe testing going allthe way back to ‘45& there's a logical reasonfor that. It's not hardto imagine why.She just founda connectionback in the 1950s.So I'm saying thatis a Nobel Prize winningproject. She will bepart of The State of TheWorld Forum & manyothers like that.So I hope you allconsider it look it upif you want to registerGet in touch with meby text or email. I'llprovide you a PRG codethat will save quite abit of money,I can do thatbecause I'm working withI'm in a sponsorSteve Bassett, I thank youfor being my guest onParanormal Yakker, full personaldisclosure reveal. It was great yakking withyou.
