Live from sunny Panama during the CPSI Progress Studies Tour, I am joined by CPSI fellow and practicing attorney, Kenidi Prescod. We have a brief chat on the infuriating inefficiency which plague's Barbados' government agencies and try to get to the root cause of the infuriating lack of urgency behind most government operations.
