Will you be ready?  The apostle James left this life at the hand of Herod.  He died as a Christian.  How will you die?

Scripture:

Acts 12:1-2 - Now about that time Herod the king stretched out his hand to harass some from the church. Then he killed James the brother of John with the sword.

In Acts Chapter 12 and in verse one we read this, Now about that time, Herod the king stretched out his hand to harass some of the church. Then he killed James, the brother of John with the sword. James The apostle is going to die for Christianity's sake. He's going to die for the testimony of the lamb of God. And revelation says, Blessed are the dead that die in the Lord. James left this life at the edge of a sword. You might leave this life in one of a million different ways, but my question for you is, will you be ready? Herod would leave this life unprepared. I hope you will get in the scriptures. Read the word.
