If you've put Christ on in baptism if you have become a Christian, (those two things are synonymous) what things aren't you supposed to do anymore? What things are you supposed to have taken out of your life?
Take lying and remove it from your life. Speak the truth and speak it in love.
Paul says in Ephesians, Chapter four, Verse 25. Putting away lying. Let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members of one another.
