Billy GOATS In The Arena
I'm Brilliant Because I Know I'm Not - Episode 10 with Andrew Holmes
It's time to welcome Andrew Holmes to the arena!
Andrew is one of Billy's best friends and he also happens to be Billy's personal trainer as well! These two dawgs connected on the basketball court over a decade ago when they signed up to play on the same AAU basketball team and they have been locked in together ever since.
When it comes to the fitness world, Andrew undeniably has the deepest bag out of anyone Billy personally knows. From strength training, to mobility, to training like an athlete, to recovery and literally everything else, this man has endless amounts of wisdom and game in his toolbox. And what makes Andrew truly exceptional in this field is the fact that he knows that there are unlimited levels to every aspect in fitness... and that's why he chooses to never stop learning. He relentlessly continues to add to his arsenal so he can continue to help as many people as possible while also becoming the greatest physical specimen himself.
This interview will really allow you to understand Andrew's story and why he is who he is today. He takes the time to talk about the influence of his parents, how basketball really shaped him, learning through pain, bouncing back from setbacks, moving away from home, getting into the fitness industry, facing major fears and still taking action, starting his own business when life got too comfortable and so much more.
Enjoy the killer conversation between two guys who have done nothing but love and support each other during every step of the way. Andrew defines what it means to be the man in the arena and the scary part is, he hasn't even approached the starting line yet in his field. This is only the beginning and he's already outpacing the game.
