In this episode, I chatted with Katherine McCord, the founder of Titan Management and The Neuroverse. Katherine shared her journey as a neurodivergent individual and how it shaped her career. She talked about her early diagnosis of OCD and misophonia, and how her supportive parents helped her manage her conditions. Katherine also discussed her struggles with a seizure disorder and bipolar disorder, and how she learned to live with them. She emphasized the importance of accommodating neurodivergent individuals in the workplace and shared her experiences with inclusive hiring practices. Katherine's story is a testament to resilience and the power of embracing one's unique abilities.
