Sober Connections
At Sober Connections we explore personal experiences and narratives about sobriety or the idea of sobriety. We do this through the lens of the ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) study and use those indicators to help individuals express what happened to them, not what's wrong with them. We also use those indicators as talking points that impacted their use and addiction. Lastly we find out what an individual would like the future to look like and any insights they might share with others that are wondering about sobriety.

Meet your hosts Jesse Mitchell and JR Wolf. In this episode Two we come together to share an honest exploration of their personal journeys with alcohol—how drinking first entered their lives, the roles it played over time, and the moments that made them question its place in their future. Through open conversation, they reflect on the experiences, struggles, and turning points that ultimately led them to stop drinking and pursue a different path. Along the way, they offer thoughtful insights, practical reflections, and encouragement for anyone who may be questioning their own relationship with alcohol, hoping their stories help others feel less alone and more empowered to consider change.
