My mom hated exercise. Loved chocolate. And hated being told what to do.

Then she had a heart attack with a 100% blockage and was flown by helicopter.

This episode is not about motivation, aesthetics, or quick fixes.
It’s a testimony about what happens when the pain of staying the same finally becomes greater than the pain of change.

In this conversation, I sits down with my mom, Jacque, to tell the full story. The denial. The justification. The choices. The heart attack. And the quiet moment in a helicopter when she talked to Jesus and surrendered the outcome.

Since June, she’s down about 25 pounds. Not from extremes. Not from crash diets. Not from suddenly loving exercise. But from simple obedience, consistency, and removing temptation instead of testing willpower.

This episode is for the Christian who knows what they should be doing but keeps waiting.
Waiting for more motivation.
Waiting for more time.
Waiting for a “better season.”

Tomorrow is not promised.
And your body is not a side issue.
