Hey there, amazing souls and welcome to today's show. I've been thinking that it's been a little while since I did a meditation journey with you, and so that is what today's show will be. We're gonna do a meditation journey, focusing on letting go. On, relaxing and getting back to just you, to your center. Letting go of all of these outside influences, everything that wants you to make it important in your life. And let's just get back to who you are, what's important to you, what do you want from your life, and let's shed everything else. So if you aren't in a position to kick back and relax for just a little bit and listen to me. Then hit pause, and when you can find yourself in a space that's just yours, free from distractions where you can relax. Have a glass of water with you for afterwards and just tune into yourself. Come back when you're ready for that, and we're gonna take a little journey together, a journey of letting go. So find yourself in a relaxed position. Laying down, sitting up, whatever feels good to you, and just be there now. Nothing else matters. Nothing else is important. Just being there for yourself. That's what matters. That's what is important right now. And start to focus on your breathing. Breathe deeply in through your nose. And exhale out your mouth long and slow, and just let out your worries, let out your frustrations, and breathe in free, clean, healing air through your nose again. And make some noise as you exhale. Just really let it out. Continue your deep breaths. Just relax and imagine two golden spheres of light, one under each foot. This is the energy of total relaxation. Of an easy feeling and allow this golden light to enter the bottom of your feet and feel the calm, relaxing energy as your feet go soft. And move this light into your ankles and breathe this relaxation deeply into your body. And continue to exhale letting out any cares, any worries, anything that isn't you in this present moment right now. Let's move this golden light of relaxation up into your shins and into your calf muscles. Feel yourself, relax. Feel yourself letting go. And move this golden light into your knees. All the pressure, all the holding yourself up, all the moving and going and carrying on, just let it all go. Feel your knees soften. Feel them relaxed. And move this energy into your thighs and into the back of your legs. And every muscle fiber gives way to calm, relaxing energy. Any stress, any worries that you carry in your legs, just dissipates now. And continue moving this golden energy up into your hips. Feel that wave of relaxation move into the center of your body, into your hips, and into your waist. Just letting go. There is no stress. There's nothing that needs your attention now. Let your thoughts come and let them go. Just focus on relaxing and feeling easy vibes. Take this golden light and move it into your torso. And into your sacral and lower spine. Just feel calm, feel the relaxation take over in your back and lower torso. Letting any cares, any worries, any stress of the day, just let them go now. Move this energy up into your middle back. Into the beginning of your ribs. Feel that easy feeling. With each breath, deeper and deeper into relaxation, you go. Deeper and deeper into letting go. Now bring this golden light energy up through your sternum and into your chest and upper back. Feel the muscles in your shoulder blades and in your chest, relax. Feel the lightness in your body and just let go. Move this relaxing energy into your shoulders and into your biceps. Relaxing all of your muscles. With each breath, deeper into relaxation you go. Deeper into letting go. Move this golden light down into your elbows and feel your elbows soften. Let any cares, any weight, any worry just let it all dissipate. Deeper into relaxation as this golden light energy moves into your forearms and down into your wrists. Feel the stress in your hands from all the doing and all the carrying and having to get done. Just feel it relaxing. Let it go. Move this golden light energy down through your fingers and right to the tips. Every muscle fiber is relaxed. Feel the lightness in your arms. Bring this golden light energy and your focus back to your shoulders. And move this relaxing energy up into your neck, relaxing your scalene muscles and your occipitals. Just feeling the lightness there now. Move this golden light energy into your head, up into your jaws. All of your cares and worries, any stress or anxiety, just let it go. You are relaxing. Bring this energy up into your temples and your eyes and your forehead. Feel that furrowed brow give way to this relaxing golden light energy. You are letting go. Move this golden light energy into your crown. Into the very fiber of your hair. So that every follicle on your head is relaxed. There's nothing but relaxation in every molecule, cell, and atom of your body now. If you have thoughts, just let 'em come and let 'em go. Allow your mind to expand and your consciousness to grow. And any thoughts you have become so small. You hardly notice them at all now. You are expanding into relaxation. You have expanded into letting go. Now repeat after me. In this moment, I have everything I need. In this moment, I am free. In this moment, I am completely and utterly relaxed. I can take a deep breath and let go. I let go of the responsibility for others. I let go the pressure from others. I let go the pressure from myself. I let go the need to please others. I let go the need to please myself. I already have everything I need. I am totally relaxed anytime I breathe. Remember this feeling of total relaxation. Of letting go of everything outside of yourself. Of any needs, desires, responsibilities, any stress or anxieties that are weighing you down. And remember that if you just take a moment and connect to your breath, you can let it all go. You can find balance, you can find yourself centered. You can find more peace, anytime you breathe. You already have everything you need. Now take a really, really deep breath and a big, loud exhale and let it all go. As you continue breathing and feeling relaxed, slowly start to bring your awareness back into your body. Let your consciousness resettle into your mind. Feel how light you are in your body. Feel how relaxed you are right now, and know that this can be yours any time you breathe. Make your intention, relaxation with your breath. Now start to wiggle your toes and your fingers. Continue taking some deep breaths. Open your eyes and see with your relaxed eyes. As you come out of this meditation, drink some water. Stay as relaxed as you can for as long as you can. At some point, the rest of your day is gonna call for you. And you can go attend to it from this more relaxed state. From this place of letting go. Come back to this meditation anytime you need it. Much love my soul friends. We'll see you next week.
