Daniel Lee and his wife both work a full time job as accountants but decided they wanted to make a long term lifestyle change and started pursuing real estate. After they got a couple of rentals under their belt, they decided to take on flipping homes. So after reading books, researching on the internet, and going to networking events they finally fell into their first home after Pat gave Daniel an offer after meeting him at one of those networking events.
