I talk honestly about how exhausting social environments can become when people expect constant access to our energy, gifts, and time. Sometimes we simply want to enjoy normal conversations, switch off from work, and just be present like everybody else. This episode brings awareness to the emotional toll of always being expected to give, and the importance of respecting boundaries, balance, and the person behind the gift.
