Today’s reading in 2 Chronicles 28 and 2 Kings 16–17 reveals the devastating consequences of compromise and worldly imitation in worship. King Ahaz didn't just tolerate idolatry—he embraced it, desecrating the temple and leading Judah into ruin.

But where was the priest? Where were the dissenters? Like today, many just “went along with the program.”

This powerful message exposes the roots of dead religion, the dangers of entertainment-driven church, and the urgent call to come out of Babylon.

We must grasp Yahweh—not the world.
We must pursue holiness—not just relevance.
We must live in Spirit and in Truth.
