Our Chronological Bible Reading for February 11 is Matthew 12. This chapter exposes the danger of spiritual leaders who refuse truth, the blindness caused by confirmation bias, and the mercy of Jesus toward those willing to come to Him directly. The Pharisees watched Jesus not to learn, but to accuse—and many people trusted their voice more than Scripture itself. Today, the same danger exists when believers rely on filtered opinions rather than the Word of God.

In this chapter we see Jesus declare Himself Lord of the Sabbath, heal a man with a withered hand, expose the hardness of the Pharisees, cast out demons, warn against blaspheming the Holy Spirit, confront the sign-seekers of His generation, teach on spiritual warfare, and redefine what it means to be part of the family of God. Those who do the will of the Father are His true brothers and sisters.
