Overview of Pennsylvania's Landlord Tenant Act of 1951
This Podcast addresses issues involving leases, especially for the first time Landlord and the Rights of the Tenant. Areas covered are proper wording of the Lease Agreement, Waiver of Notice, Late Feeds, and Notice to Quit. Also discussed are Breach Cases and how to properly file a complaint at the District Court. The last part of the Podcast addresses the Court's responsibilities in scheduling a hearing and the basis of the hearing conducted by the District Judge.
